Worst site on the campground: nearly on the road, no shade, no chance to change the site, fully booked, but 6 sites around us free in the night. Worst KOA campground, too expensive for the offer.

Way overpriced for the condition of the park and amenities available. The advertised grass area at our site was nothing but dried weeds. Dusty and dirty. Exit road was being watered as we left getting our vehicles wet. Very disappointing.

The grass was dead and we had to put out a fire that was outside of the firepit because there was dead grass and leaves around the outside of the firepit and the heat from the firepit caught it on fire. The firepits are so deep that it is hard to cook in them.

We always love staying here. The bathrooms at the end of the camp by the tenters were a horrible mess everyday. We used to remember seeing someone come twice a day to clean. Didn’t see that this time. Loved the reminder texts everyday about the general store etc.

It was great as usual! The only drawback I had was that I reserved two tent sites and weren’t placed together. I know that you can pay an additional fee to lock them in place but I feel like there should be more of a “if i see two tent sites under the same name and contact info they probs want to be placed together”

Well kept campground.. Super clean bathrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Audrey in the office was very accommodating, friendly, helpful. All the grounds keepers were friendly.

Internet did not work. We were not informed upon check in. We called the hotline, they said it was an ongoing issue and they did not have a timeline for the repair. Huge inconvenience for anyone who paid a premium to stay at a campsite so as to be able to work around the holiday weekend, like us. The front desk woman was rude and not helpful.

We arrived after check in hours to two cabins. The bigger one for 6 was filled with spiders. We even saw a black widow and we were all scared to sleep there but since it was night time we bought a non toxic spider spray and ended up sleeping there. I feel like the staff should check the cabins for spiders and fix the big hole underneath the door that didn’t close tight.

Employees were friendly, helpful and the campsite was clean and very well maintained. Other campers were respectful. I would have like to to choose my own campsite or see where I was staying or what the options were online when reserving our stay but it was only there was something available and you can reserve it or not.

Not many large trees would be my only complaint. The showers were nice, the bathrooms were clean, and all the activities to do for the kids and the family were pretty good. Really no complaints here.

We arrived a little later than planned. Check in was so easy because of the map left for me in the drop box. The staff was super friendly and helpful anytime I did have questions. The campground and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Let’s start with the good, the bathroom was clean ,neat and updated. That’s it for the good! The location is just bad, it’s in a Business light industrial area. The view included a concrete mixing plant, a storage area for propane tanks, a car wash, and a storage area. The site itself is many blocks from the lake. We arrived at 4 PM. Campground was clean, as well as all facilities, staff very courteous & friendly. Location is the drawback. Directly across from truck/car wash & another business, along a busy road. Our site was along the road & across from car wash. Would be a benefit to plant trees along perimeter toward carwash & street.

Staff is fantastic. We had some mechanical issues and two of the staff (one on his day off) dropped everything and helped get us up and running and saved the day/vacation. Can't say enough good things about these two. The camp is clean and well maintained, everything you would expect from a KOA. We will be back.

The site was very clean and well taken care of. Communication was very good about all the things we needed to know. Wi-Fi and services were great. Location at bear lake was amazing.

The only problem I had is the site was pretty far off level, I had to raise the rear axle of my coach about 12 in off the ground to get level.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
