We had a great time at Bear Lake Trail side. Loved how we were within walking distance to Raspberry Square. The staff was so friendly. And we love the buddy site layout. We got to be friends with our site buddy. All campgrounds should be configured this way! Rather than sitting on someone's sewer, we got to know them! Loved it!

Not happy with the grounds and the grass being dead and also not happy being put on a buddy site for our layover. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was not accommodating at all. I messed up booking the buddy site and asked the counter staff if we could move sites. They told us there was no option of moving since they were fully booked. We watched 8 sites around us stay unoccupied for our whole week of stay. Also we paid for a 30amp site only to find out it was 110. We had to share 30amp power from our neighbors pole which keep blowing.

I need to get a longer camp site next time. Ours was a bit too short. Other than that we had a great stay!

We paid for a buddy site along with our RV and had no room for our kids’ tent. We got it all set up on a small patch of grass by the fire pit, only to be told we had to move it. They made us move our car and set up the tent on the gravel, which meant we had to park our car somewhere else and couldn’t stake our tent because the ground was so hard. The next day a major wind sent our tent went fl

It was fine but our water at site 51 leaked continually and they knew about it but didn't fix it because they said it would require turning all the water off at the KOA for a day. Therefore I had to turn on and off every time we wanted to use it to avoid flooding the place. We should have been given a pretty good discount as a minimum but we were charged the normal rate.

We've had a great time this past week and a half at Bear Lake! Trail Side is within walking distance to Raspberry Square with lots of shopping and restaurants! And of course the bike/walking path that runs through Garden City. Plus, campers at Trail Side get access to the Marina Side KOA and all their amenities! We had a lovely shaded buddy site and had a great time with our buddy camper.

On the whole, the camp is pretty good, but our pull through site was awful. Barren with no trees, right on the end near the main road. Nice bathrooms, playground, sport courts!

Joy is the best. Spotless bathrooms. Management actually cares!! It’s about the people and not so much the place. So clean and fresh and welcoming.

The water system was leaking and when asked about it they said it was a big project. They said they would have to ask the city to turn off the water. The sewer drain was higher than our drain on our class C motor home . So every few hours I would need to go and raise up our drain pipe about two feet so the sewer would drain out of our tank. There was no shade. I could go on for more

Staff was amazing and very accommodating and friendly! Bathrooms and showers were clean. Campground was level, but the sewer dump pipe was a bit high out of the ground. Quiet and comfy. Great place to stay.

Nice place. Pleasant staff, clean restrooms, clean campsites, Brought up issue with people not picking up their dogs poop and they took care of the issue right away. Wish there were more shade, pads for trailers, if changing bathroom codes let everyone know.

The KOA was very nice and clean. The biggest problem was the height of the sewer drain. We walked around and they all seemed high - difficult to get the sewage to drain. Also, we were in site 52 and the water spigot leaked terribly. Water leaked the entire time. It was just a total waste of water. The staff was super friendly.

It was hard to sleep there. Woke up at 5:00 one day to some really loud consistent noise. There is some construction going on close by, so maybe that was it. I guess I had higher expectations. The bathrooms were amazing though, and everyone seemed nice. Hookups and everything worked great.

The Site was fine. The 10pm quite time was not enforced. A group was playing loud music well past 10pm with a lot of loud talk and laughter.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
