The water in the swimming pool was ice cold, too cold to swim in. The office to the location we stayed at was closed the majority of the time we were there. The bathroom showers had sand and hair in them. Other than that, it was a good weekend.

The campground is clean and family and pet friendly. It is within walking distance to town and several restaurants.

We loved our stay at the Trail side KOA. The staff is super friendly and helpful, everything is so clean and there are so many activities right there!

We could not use the tables because they were all broken. The ground were in really bad shape. The laundry had only two machines in the one dryer took two loads 2 dry. We got there at 2:45 and they were already closing up the Office. It was like checking in after hours. This was the most expensive site in a three week cross-country trip, and it was the worst campsite that we stayed at. # refund.

We had a great time and loved our site. The kids loved the playground, jumping pillow, and basketball hoop. It was weird that nobody was in the office and no office hours were posted. The wifi password didn't work and I never got any resolution on that. Also, the bathrooms weren't cleaned the entire time we were there. Saying they are cleaned several times a day is deceitful.

Seems like we were a long ways from either restroom or shower. Kind of wish we had been closer to one or the other. Also, garbage was a long ways away also. Other than that, staff was more than helpful in helping us get set up, etc. No problems with neighbors or likewise.

This was it first time staying at a KOA and we loved it. The staff was very welcoming and amazing hosts. The place was very clean and beautiful. We rented a tent spot which had a great grass pad, a very nice table and fire pit. I would definitely recommend this campground and I will definitely stay here again.

Overall we were happy with the following exceptions: There was no host or registration personnel available during our stay and the store was closed the entire time. Even though the registration confirmation stated the hours it would be open. We feel should have been informed when we booked. Also the site had lots of trash to pick up when we arrived. We understand staffing issues just communicate

Very disappointed “post Covid” to see that this KOA didn’t add back towel dispensers given the aerosols created by the air hand dryer’s. Others we have stayed at either have towel dispensers only or both. Layout of the sites is sub optimal. We don’t carry 20+ feet of sewer hose required to hook up so had to move the trailer to dump. ��

We had a great time, the camp was very clean, lots of fun things to do between the 2 camp grounds. Close to everything. The camp host told us about an awesome firework show that made our weekend! We will definitely be back!

No serious complaints. We love KOA campgrounds. Stayed at many in 5 western states. The staff at this one were extremely friendly and helpful. We were pleased with our site, except for the badly weathered and warped picnic table. Most sites had this problem to varying degrees. No shade for playground. Very slow internet. That's usual. Overall, we were happy campers.

We always have fun when we stay here while in Bear Lake. Love having the private hot tub!!! Need more shade over the tub. The people that work here are so kind and fun!! Very clean restrooms!!! Can’t wait until next year to come back next year!!

Extremely busy holiday, but Dusty and very tight for a 40 foot pulling. Grass was dead maintenance low. we wish that all KLA‘s would have the same standards for example as W. Yellowstone Highway.

Had a great time at this KOA. Friendly staff and great location right in town. Really enjoyed the private fenced in area with our specific site, worth the upgrade for us with our small camper and two dogs.

The staff are just super wonderful and helpful. You also have access to the Marina side koa. Very clean restrooms and we had a buddy spot so it was super wide and roomy. Just can’t say enough about the staff!!! We have a yearly family gathering at the lake and love the KOA’s.

The bathrooms were kept clean and it was great to have toilets near the tents. We stayed in a tent location and our one parking spot for our tent space was constantly being taken by trucks with boats and boat trailers. As if the tent parking area was used as extra parking. This was very disappointing and inconvenient for us as we felt like we were not valued or welcomed as campers there.

We really enjoyed our stay the park is clean and well kept. My only issue is that when we called and asked if we could have tents in the rv spots we were told no. Then the weekend we were there literally every rv space had at least one (in one case 4 tents ) in the rv spots. Would have been nice if we would have known.

The folks working at the KOA were very nice. I was not impressed with camping next to a chain link fence and a storage wall. I hope trees are planted soon as the camp was sparse. I would choose marina for the shade next time. This KOA was mostly just a lot.

NO WHERE does the facility say TRAILSIDE. it only says Holiday. I went by it twice and finally stopped as the frustration took over. Even now you say Trailside, not Holiday. Susan, at the front desk offered no explanation. The pool was down, that wasn’t mentioned, at all, we could go to the otherone The two dumpsters are up front by the road, convenient for no one with bad knees/hips.

Fantastic little private patio we rented with a BBQ, fire pit and hot tub! Clean and friendly place to stay. Had a great time and will definitely be back next summer!

Staff is very helpful and pleasant! The restrooms are extremely! We loved the jump pad, playground and fenced area to allow our dog off leash to roam. We will come back. :)

Overall it was awesome. Nice amenities plus access to the neighboring KOA. Quiet campground but the only downside is that people start playing pickle ball around 6am waking us up too early.

Getting to the campsite wasn't good. Carrying your tent and other items up and down the hill is not good. You should have steps getting to and from the sites. I fell twice going down the hill. Not enough bathrooms or showers had to wait several times. Was unable to shower the 3 days I was there. They were always full. I won't return unless more bathrooms and showers and steps are fixed

Fire pit was full of trash. Had dog poop on the grass. Other campers playing music past quiet hours. The grass spot next to the camper was dead and mostly dirt. Not what we expected for almost $100 a night.

Staff was nice, bathrooms where nice. Camp sites share a common area, this works great if you come in a group but if you are across from a group that takes over the entire common area with multiple vehicles and stuff you feel quite confined to your motorhome

Beautiful scenery in all directions, it was too bad we were only passing through for 1 night, it was quiet and mostly empty since school had started a week or so before we stayed there, planning a family vacation here next Summer.
