It was a really nice clean, an peaceful, nice shade an grass ,we had are sxs an rode on the trail that takes off right next to the Koa, easy access in an out ,close to the car wash to clean off your outfits, an blocks from eating and shopping.

Was a nice and clean site. Limited trees. I do like the buddy sites as your neighbors hookups are not right outside your door. Not much in the way of amenities for the price. Also, very limited hours of the check in hosts.

The location is great! It has a little more space than the other KOA in town, but the workers weren’t the nicest. They stared us down as we pulled into the property and didn’t make us feel welcome at all. They were rude about a tent and drove around in their golf carts constantly. The jump pad didn’t seem to be operating correctly either.

Close to downtown.If anything I would recommend is that there be better instruction and offer transportation down to the sister KOA where more amenities are located. Keep the lights on at the pickle ball and basketball courts until quite time. Once the office closed they shut everything down. That left three plus hours doing nothing with dozens peopl

The campground was clean and nice. Our only complaint is the sewer connections for our RV were uphill. It was incredibly hard to dump the tank without spilling the backflow.

$100 for 22 hours on a tiny grass pad, no shade whatsoever. With a nice view of RV pads with full amenities. We were told no generators, but that doesn’t apply to trailers?? This is highway robbery.

We’ve stayed at this KOA a couple times already and we really like it. Quiet compared to others . Love the amenities and it’s always well kept ! Great job guys.! Thank you .!

I would give a 5 rating but the code to the bathrooms were changed and we were not notified. We had to wait until the next morning when the office opened to get the new code. Not cool!

Staff helpfully, just very over priced for what you get. Ugly site looking at a chain link fence and metal sided building. Dead grass, very tight spacing. Price higher than a true luxury resort!

Travelling for 2 weeks by motorcyles. I called ahead before booking to confirm that there is grills and a dish sink available, but once arrived we were told we needed to walk 1/2 mile with our food and dishes to have our meals use the ones at the Marina side KOA down the road. Staff had no knowledge of the local area or where to access a public beach directing us 9 mi back to a paid beach

Facilities and location were great. Tent sites very close together and not a lot of privacy. Also, people don't respect quiet hours; so you're out of luck if you have loud neighbors at all hours of the night and morning.

It was a great stay, just wish it had more mature trees for shade, but do understand that it is a newer KOA than Journey.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
