Just a basic campground, clean without many amenities until a storm went through and the WiFi was down for 2 days. There was no answer from anyone. No help from the office other than to give us a card from the provider. Do better Bear Lake KOA, we depend on WiFi and you for great service

The WIFI pass word never worked. The bathrooms needed attention all the time. Customer service, was ok. One of the workers that lives there has a dog that barked all morning. We had access to go to the other KOA to use the swimming pool and the pool was green it looked gross.

We've stayed at this KOA every year for the past 6 years and this year was considerably different. Our cabin was not swept out (and hadn't been for a while), the bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper, the showers barely had water pressure, and the new fire pits were not buried in the ground- which made them so high that we couldn't see the fire at all. It was very disappointing.

Not very person able. Had a car in the park that was really loud especially after quiet time. Think it was an employee’s car. They were staying at the back part of the park. Employees at the desk need to work harder on being nice. We need help getting connected to the WI-FI. She just brushed over us. This park is a no thrills stay?

Someone put us in a 24 foot site and I have a 36 foot unit. I reserved a big site long ago but some nut changed it. Even the manager (Who I had to call )could not explain why it was changed. 7:30 an night and no one on duty? We have always had people in the office ready to serve. Can't say that I ever saw anyone in the office. Your service has left much to be desired

I’ve stayed at several KOA’s in the past and loved them.. I’ve stayed at Bear lake KOA in the past and they have always had problems.. this time we didn’t get the area we paid for and locked in.. we had to deal with one of the staffs child that was the biggest problems during our entire stay and causing problems for other children throughout the camp.. a total bad experience…

We got there and couldnt get our cabin(k1) open. Maintence came, you had to do a bunch of weird stuff to get it open. Then it never licked properly. The air would go off and i would have to put in fan mode, still went off. Then filter light went on. Just was hot and not fun to deal with this. The staff was not very informative at all. I had to request information, like g as rb as ge, pool etc.

Clean, well maintained, sites are large & easy to pull into & out of (we tow a 45’ fifth wheel.) Great location.

It was very quiet for the amount of people. Dogs were well behaved and they had a lot if activities for everyone. A great space for dogs. Easy check in and out too. Very nice!

Restrooms and showers were constantly dirty. Little pressure with the shower heads ripped out of the wall. RV site water connections were missing seals. Large quantities of water were spraying out of the water hook up 24/7. Hook up connections were all backwards. Buddy sites were not really buddy sites due to the poor hook up locations. Horrible views and dirty all the way around.

The sewer connection was below ground level. The showers and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. There was poop on the floor in the restroom that was not cleaned up for hours. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all, and we were told it had not been working for the last month. The park is in a decent location, and the sites weren't bad, but the cleanliness issues were a complete turnoff.

I prefer this location over the Marina side due to how busy the Marina side gets. This KOA is more laidback and allows you to enjoy camping without all the tourists. However, the sites are fairly unlevel. Bathrooms are kept clean and staff are friendly. Right next to trail access, though the Marina side isn't far either if you stay there with your ATV.

very clean, fairly quiet for a holiday weekend. Wicked terrible storm, high winds, torrential rains! Wi fi was down whole time, but was a nice place to stay.

It was fine, but we ended up paying full price for an RV site even though we were dry camping only. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because there was a huge storm that blew our tent over because we were told to set up on the dirt parking area. This meant that our tent wasn’t able to be fully staked into the ground, which created some MASSIVE problems when the storm came through.

Nice clean grounds. A safety issue, a bike path is needed. The children riding their bicycles and scooters as fast as they could get them to go on the same pathways as people walking and vehicles in motion or parked is scary and they were not wearing safety helmets or safety gear.

Upon arriving we were greeted by patches of weeds not grass and dirty facilities. The chemicals that were sprayed on the roads to control the dust were very hard to remove from our motorhome and are Jeep, stuck to the animals fur and had an acidic effect on my skin when trying to clean it. Wi-Fi didn’t work and probably one of the poorest maintained campgrounds we’ve been to.

I enjoyed our stay! We will be back! Here's the "please update/fix" list. Our door to our cabin wouldn't open all the way. Made it hard to get in and out. Weather stripping needs to be looked at. The bathroom locks, mats, cleaning needs to be more thorough. So will all this being said. It still wasn't bad! So I don't want to discourage anyone!! These are easy fixes! Kind staff! Beautiful grounds!

We really liked staying here. Bathrooms were clean and the campsites came with fire rings and had ample space. The showers weren't clean, which was unfortunate because it's one of the reasons we like staying at KOAs. The store also didn't stick to the hours posted, so sometimes they'd be open at their normal time and other times it was much later. We still liked the campsites and bathrooms.

The host were not in the office very much which is not usual for this facility. Middle of the day when checking in at 100pm the host was out to lunch..

Performing lawn work starting at 7:am isn’t considerate to guests. Starting the use of gas powered weed eaters etc could easily be done later while less noisy tasks could happen early on any given day. Traffic speed is out of control within the campground creating unsafe conditions. Office staff should be present during posted hours and they aren’t. Wood is $8+?? Come on guys

Text message everyday telling campers what not to do-But staff did not enforce the rules...Speeding in the park? Rented E Bikes and trucks thought the campground is a race course. Kamp K-9 was nothing more than a dog bathroom-Disgusting. View is of a storage unit, sites are all buddy sites-neighbor was not my buddy. May stop staying at KOA's based on this experience

This seems like the little campground that was almost good. For example - WiFi was there, but not working. The sign on the office indicated that it did not open until 11 am (check out), there was nobody around to help refill a propane bottle (even though the facilities were there), the bathroom/shower were okay, although lacked any sort of signage (and the shower had paint peeling). So... ok

It was so perfect having the buddy sites with our friends and being so close to all the fun kid stuff. Kept our little one busy so we could relax and enjoy too!

Beautiful scenery in all directions, it was too bad we were only passing through for 1 night, it was quiet and mostly empty since school had started a week or so before we stayed there, planning a family vacation here next Summer.
