Enjoyed our stay, friendly camp hosts, they are driving around the park often and very helpful... They don't have a swimming pool, but KOA campers can use the indoor pool just a short walk away and lifeguards are. on duty.... Yes I would return.

Dallas was awesome. Checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Restrooms were very clean. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Nice place the hosts brought cute crafts for our kids to do very thoughtful. Would highly recomend!!! Loved it.

We went July 4th weekend. It was packed. We had a very loud, very large family in tents (a village) with ATV’s behind us. They were up at 7am on their toys. The location is great but for me, I would find a quieter campgrounds next time. Love BEAR lake! I will be back to the area for sure!!

Very nice working with the staff there. You have hired wonderful 'people' people and wow are they hard workers. They deserve a raise.

IWe reserved a site with a 50AMP hook-up and to have a specific spot.When I arrived at check in they had moved me to another spot because “some friends wanted to be by each other”. We ended up putting us in a 20AMP spot which we couldn’t run our air conditioning on which made it very uncomfortable. We also had guests we paid for turned away.

Very nice place to stay. However we on the north end of the park very to the AZV trail. Heard AZVs ripping around there at all hours day and night. I would definitely stay there again, however I would ask for a spot on the SW part of the park.

Is was a great place & people. Very friendly stuff & great customer services. I just want to mention one point though, sometimes the stuff give miss information when they were asked about the area or pool hours etc.

The campground was so loud all night long until around 3 A.M. The shower facilities were dirty and no space to get dressed in after showering. I would not recommend this campground.

I got a tent site. I lover my stay every year that i come i always come here and pray there's space. Tent site clean and nice and Bathrooms always clean and with nice hot water. Staff always willing to help and very kind. KOA team were awesome. I will continue to come here and bring my family friends here. This is the place i recommend everyone when coming to bear lake.

Overall the campground was good, water pressure and clean laundry area and restroom/shower. The checkin however was very annoying. After playing phone tags for a few days prior asking to have 2 sites next or close to each other, the person at the checkin was still unable to arrange this... after waiting >30mins, nothing changed. Next morning multiple sites were unoccupied....bad customer service

The staff was very friendly and professional. When we had to leave early, they were understanding and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Staff is nice and friendly. Don’t love that the sites face one another so you’re basically sharing a strip of grass and looking at each other all day. Our site had lots of garbage in it. Bandaids, beer bottle tops, straws. Bathrooms are clean. Needs more trees. Good location if you don’t want to be right near the water.

Everyone was super helpful and accommodating checking in. We definitely enjoyed our stay and felt safe even with new COVID-19 restrictions taking place. We’re all extremely happy with our stay and with the staff as well!

Wonderful staff!! Extremely welcoming and helpful! They took coronavirus measures and I felt reassured. Everywhere was very clean and store well stocked with necessities! We had a great stay and stayed safe!

Had the nicest people running the KOA this year! The bathrooms were amazing I wouldn’t know I was at a camp grounds. So much for kids to do while we cooked at the camp site.

Great staff. Great camping sites that are well maintained. Bathroom areas kept very clean. Fun play areas for the kids :)

Always such a great time at bear lake koa. It’s clean and well taken care of. Susan and Hal, some of the camp hosts made us feel welcome and appreciated. Susan came out to the kids regularly and asked them how much fun they were having. We really appreciated the kindness!

The KOA staff is really nice! I just would not stay here again if you are not planning on going on an ATV. I had no idea this was not the best family friendly spot.

Love stay at the Bear Lake/Trailside KOA! The place is very popular and I can certainly understand why; friendly/helpful hosts, great amenities (right down to nice and clean restrooms and good pet areas), level RV sites, quiet hours enforced and super close location to Garden City restaurants and spectacular ATV trails. This is my second stay at this KOA and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great tent sites. Lovely green grass patches. Loud at times due to arc trailhead near the tent sites but that cant be controlled by koa. Not as much for kids to do at this site compared to koa marina site. Jump pad and playground are in good shape. Friendly staff. We would stay again

Really enjoyed this KOA. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Our dogs loved them as they were always passing out dog treats. Quick and easy place to jump on the atv trails. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the enjoyable weekend.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
