I like it very much is a nice clean place for camping with the family and friends I’ll recommend it For sure we’re going back next time ;-) And the workers are excellent People A+ Hope we see ya again ............. (-; 8/12-13/2020 :-)

We had no reservations and did not realize it raspberry days as we were traveling through for our first time. We stopped at the first Koa and the two gentleman who were standing our side one was named Curtis was very helpful they did not have anything available there but looked at tail side and found a sight for us. Our stay was so awesome!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful and we love Dallas!!! We’ll be back next year!!!

The 2 lady’s inside the store were great .. funny and very helpful.. I was in site 47 the people that were in site 46 were very rude they stayed up till after midnight all three nights I stay there and I did not get to sleep Until after midnight.. but other then that it was a good place to stay .. thanks

wish they had an outdoor swimming pool.. I thought that i booked the other bearlake koa. The spot was very noisey due to the propane factory and rock quarry across the street. The people who worked at the KOA were awsome and were the only reason I gave the score I did it would have been a 2 or 3

Susan in the office is amazing! Great to help with reservations. Nice park. Fewer kids than the Marina KOA. Good Wifi for working.

It was difficult to get a hold of staff sometimes. There's a call box if no one is in the office during office hours but no one answers the call box when I used it to get a hold of someone. This site is very quiet at night which was great.

Hosts were amazing. Friendly and helpful. We got the last site for Raspberry Festival and it was a tight fit. Unless you had a rpod and a little suv no one should be given that site. Especially as it was a pull in. There really wasn't a good place to pull out. I think some maintenance to water system could be done, it leaked. And as usual the sites were right so we had kids and adults in site.

Susan and Hal are delightful and thorough. They care about the campground, campers and making sure things are clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Hello I have been staying here at this campground prior to the KOA operating it for the last 15 years. It has always been a great stay. This year in 2020 it has gotten even nicer and the host and employees are super great! The lodge was clean and the restrooms were kept up! I recommend the camp ground to everyone! There were no ants or flys this year and the lawn was keep nice! Thank you!

A quiet place to stay, bathrooms are clean and the staff is courtesy & helpful. The only recommendation I would have for management is putting in a change machine (quarter machine) in the laundry room.

Prefect campground for us. Great location to Bear Lake. This is a smaller KOA than the other KOA in town, so it is quieter which is great for seniors!

All the staff I interacted with were always helpful and friendly. Nice little dog park. One suggestion - when I arrived on Thursday the dog park was out of bags and the trash recepticale was completely full. The trash was finallty emptied on Saturday and the supply of bags replaced but I suggest it be more often. I took my own bags to cleam up after my dogs but there were lots who did not.

The staff was amazing and so helpful with everything. The camp sites were way to close together so you could hear everything from your neighbors. I would stay again if the camp sites were a little more spread out.

campgrounds are to close. My babies were surrounded by smokers and got to breath poison whenever we were there. noise levels were not monitored at night. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper 3X And left me crying out for help from strangers multiple times while I needed to wipe and my toddler was crying because she also needed to pee but couldn’t because I was stuck on the toilet. The stall itself was just a regular parking spot with hook-ups, but the staff was friendly, the restrooms were dated, but clean, and the were several activities such as a bounce pad, basketball, horseshoes, etc. Overall a nice place.

The facility was really nice. The people who work there were very nice. There was no encouraging of wearing masks. Other than our family I think I only saw one other family wearing masks. I did not see signs anywhere encouraging masks when in the public areas. I understand people will not wear them when they are at their own campsite but should In public gathering areas.

All the staff were exceptional, especially Arthur and his wife. They even loaned me a hose and pressure reducer when I realized I had left mine at home and they had no more to sell me. My only dislike is how close the sites are to one another.

Staff was not very friendly, The description leads you to believe you would at least see the water from the campground but you’re not that close. Love the area but will try the marina KOA next time.

We got the site with the private hot tub it was great but they filled it to full so the water spilled out and shorted out the tub.. but other than that it was good

Nice. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed for the night so can’t comment on the amenities offered. They provided everyone with wristbands—which is new because we’ve been to several KOAs and this is the first time I saw this. I assume it was to keep others out. Sites were relatively level.

Great staff! Sprinklers were on at our assigned site, Connor gave us a new site and brought us a free bundle of firewood. Despite our tent breaking in a thunderstorm we had a great stay! Definitely will stay again.

The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to there was polite and professional. My only complaint is the sites at the end have zero shade, so dont forget your canopy

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
