General Campground Information

Cancellation Policy

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. Holiday and special event weekend reservations must be paid in full. This will help expedite your check-in process. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation. Need to Cancel? Please call us at 812-932-1688 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. RV & Tent Sites: one week (7 days) cancellation notice is required. Notify our KOA by 4 p.m. eight days before your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

WIFI

WIFI is located at the general store or at the Pool Lodge, next to the pool.  Ask how to access Wi-Fi during check in, available at your campsite for your use. Free WIFI is for email and web browsing.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in Times: Sunday - Thursday are 12pm-8pm at the KOA reservation desk; Friday and Saturday check-in times are 12pm-8:30pm. The check-in times are set to inspect and clean your site before your check-in time. All check-in times are Eastern time. After hours, please utilize the after-hours check-in station just outside the Registration Office. If you are expecting to arrive after hours for your current reservation, please call our office at 812-932-1688. Check-out time for Sites will be at 11:00 am Eastern Time, but if you would like a late check-out, please ask at the front desk how to obtain a late check-out. Late check-out is only available if your site will not be occupied that day.

Visitor Policy

A visitor pass is $10.00, including tax, per vehicle/day, and guests may stay until 11:00 p.m. Holidays including special events visitor passes are $15.00. All-day guests must be registered and checked in at the KOA registration office. They are welcome to enjoy all the campground amenities and activities planned for the day. You are responsible for your guest's conduct while visiting you at our park.

Pool Policy

The state of Indiana requires that anyone (14) fourteen years old or younger be accompanied by a guardian of (18) years of age or older while in and/or around a pool area. Our lifeguards will ask any children swimming without an appropriate guardian to leave the swimming pool and pool area. Our Lifeguards put your child's safety above all else and we hope you agree with us. We also must stipulate the following while in the pool area: NO smoking, NO pets, and NO DIVING or RUNNING, NO Glass!

Pet Policy

We love pets! We welcome all non-aggressive pets that visit us on a leash with their owner attached. (It is an Indiana Safety Law we take very seriously on our campground). Please remember that others walk where you and your pet walk, so please pick up what they leave behind. Please do not leave your pet unattended outside your camping vehicle, while you are away from your site for the safety of your pet and fellow campers,. All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A 6' (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's camping trailer, vehicle, or motor home. No pets allowed in campground facilities unless they are identified as service dogs.

Campsite Policy

We allow only one (1) camping unit and (1) tent per site. A camping unit can be an RV (motor home, trailer, or fifth wheel, a Tent Trailer, or whatever you plan on sleeping in).
Tent Sites: 3 tents are allowed on sites if space allows. Two (2)  passenger vehicles allowed if space available per site. All others are asked to park in the visitors parking located near our KOA campsites. If you have concerns with this guideline, please contact the KOA office. Please clean your site and fire pit of trash when you prepare to leave our Batesville KOA campground. This will keep our sites neat and clean for the next guest. Thank you!

Golf Carts

Golf carts are welcome in our campground registration for your golf which includes insurance information and $10.00 for your stay. If you are planning on returning  again we have annually  registration of  $25,00. We have set rules for you and other guests safety. Golf carts must obey the speed limit. The entire park is a no passing zone. From 11:00 pm-7:00 am you may only return to your site- Please be considerate of others during quiet hours.Small children must be in a car seat. They are not permitted to ride on someone's lap.You can only have the number of people on the golf cart that it has actual seats for.In order to operate a golf cart you must be 16 with a valid driver's license. If you are 15 with a permit you cannot operate a golf cart in the campgrounds.

Quiet Time

For the enjoyment of all of our campers, quiet hours are from 11:00 pm-7:00 am. Please respect your fellow campers and understand that while some people keep late hours, others may not or have children. Everyone wants an enjoyable camping trip, so please be respectful to others!

Firewood Policy

You may bring in your firewood in but due to the ash bore disease please refrain from bringing in ash or any fire wood from areas that has been under the ash bore quarantine.

Boats

Bring your boat and enjoy a day on the water relaxing or trying to catch that big one, but keep in mind our Lake is a NO WAKE Zone. No jet skis or outboard skiers. Boats must be parked in overflow parking can't be parked at site over night
