Frequently Asked Questions Answered!

Here are some common questions we've heard from campers and wanted to share our answers with everyone!

If I have to cancel my trip, can I receive a refund?

As our cancellation policy notes, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. The cancellation must happen before 4pm. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeit of all deposits. Cancellations made 48+ hours ahead of your reservation will allow you to receive your deposit refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. We do ask -if you have to make a cancellation, please make it as soon as you are aware that way we can try to fill the site with other eager campers!

When do I check in and check out?

Check-In Sunday - Thursday is 12:30 pm-8 pm

Check-In Friday & Saturday is 12:30 pm-9 pm.

Check-Out is 11am EST for everyone.

Do you have quiet hours at your campground?

We have quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am. This is for the enjoyment of all of the different campers that come to our campground! We ask that you be respectful and understanding of everyone’s camping experience!

Can you boat on the lake?

Yes! You can boat on the lake but it is a NO WAKE zone. So no jet skis or outboard skiers are allowed. You can bring your boat to the campground but it must be parked in the overflow parking, not at your site overnight.

Do you have events at your campground?

Yes! We have a variety of events and activities going on at our campground! Check out our events page here. A campground favorite is our Halloween weekends!

Can my kids go to the pool alone?

The state of Indiana requires that anyone 14 or under must be accompanied by a guardian or 18 years of age or older while in the pool AND the pool area. So if your kids are 15, they can swim at the pool alone. Any children that cannot demonstrate proper swimming abilities or are found without an appropriate guardian or are misbehaving while in the pool area can be asked to leave by our lifeguards or campground staff. This is for your child’s safety above everything! We also do not allow any smoking, pets, diving, or running in the pool area.

Can we bring two cars with us?

You are allowed two passenger vehicles per site if space allows! You can bring other vehicles with you but additional vehicles must be parked in the visitors parking and/or overflow parking.
