Loved the campground and I our cabin, my family was really happy and want to come camp here next summer as well. The sofa bed was not comfortable for my daughter the springs were poking her back.

This is my fourth summer visiting this KOA. My son and I had an amazing time unfortunately this was our first time camping without my husband. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I was struggling to put up my gazebo tent and the staff were more than willing to help put it up and take it down. I had to cut our trip short but I will definitely be back next year.

Clean restrooms and pool, friendly helpful staff and lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Will definitely be back.

This KOA has a great kitchen that even offers campsite delivery. Sites were nicely laid out Internet wasn’t strong enough and no offer was given to purchase high speed or provided for KOA VIP customers Loved the adult only pool time

We were completely taken by this KOA. They cared for the property with kid gloves on. They looked after families and their pets . A 10 rateing for sure.

We were very happy with the friendly and helpful staff, especially the staffer who noticed on his rounds that the propane canister for our cabin's BBQ was out of place and replaced it immediately as it was nearly empty. Our cabin was very clean upon arrival - we really appreciated that the uncomfortable pul-out sofa from last year was replaced with a comfy bed. Kudos!!

All I can say is the grandkids loved it. They like they activities that you put on for the kids and they are looking forward to going again in Aug.

We enjoyed our stay. Campground is clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the soap dispensers in the shower rooms were sometimes empty.

My only complaint is that some camp sites the grass is to long and has not been cut in quite some time.

This was our 11th year going there. We love going to this park. The kids always have a great time with everything going on for them or just the time we get to spend together. Looking forward to next year already

We really love the Barrie KOA & have recommended to many folks. The above ratings would be 10 & 5, but for the significant issue of lack of wifi and data accessibility in the park. We like the Adult section, as we really enjoy the quiet, nicely landscaped site and concrete patio/pad and nice furniture. Hopefully the wifi is something that you can address since you advertise that there is wifi.

Significant amount of noise from others until 2 am ok Saturday. Quiet hours not respected nor enforced. Much quieter on Sunday/Monday.

I think there was a problem with the electrical at site 9 and 10 as my ac kept kicking out. You inspected it and found no issues at your end. Later that day I tried it again and all was fine. In my layman’s opinion, there simply wasn’t enough power to that pedestal when reported. This is just my assessment and humble criticism of the situation. My ac works fine in all other camping scenarios.

We're here every summer and this our 4th year but it always feel it as it's our first time because we are really having great time everytime. This place is amazing, very clean and the staff are super friendly.

Wonderful. Like upgrade with interlocking bricks to cabins. Beautiful flowers . Friendly staff ! Clean washrooms ! Service excellent. Loved our stay ! Grandkids cried when we left

We always love going to KOA Craighurst. Again this year we had an enjoyable stay. The only negative thing would be He reserved a full year ago, as we were checking out. At the time we asked to switch to cabin 221. We were told “if the current people did not rebook we could have it.” Well, they checked us into the same cabin we had last year…different neighbours than last year in the cabi

The staff at the Barrie KOA are amazing! So friendly and helpful. They definitely take the place from a 4 to a 5 star. The campground had lots of events and things for the kids to do. Will definitely be back.

I always enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time at the Barrie KOA. I just completed a nine day stay with you - I was NOT disappointed!! I am returning on August 6th to the 20th and can't wait!!

An extremely well cared for campground with great staff interactions, quiet times enforced and extras such as pizza made at store and delivered to sites, wood and kindling delivered to site, garbage pick up from sites ...... We had a wonderful stay. Thanks to all.

Enjoyed my stay, the only issue I had was the gardening work that had to be done was daily and I have dogs so out of respect for fellow campers and workers I kept them inside to avoid constant barking, but other than that it was great as usual!!!

The only complaint I have is the wood provided was really bad, it just produced smoke. For the price we paid it was very disappointing.

Site 5. Location was great but site very small and not pleasant being beside dumping station. Cedar trees sould definitely be cut back if this site is going to be used. Price should reflect size of site.
