When we arrived at the campground, there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom - in any of the 3 stalls! The office was closed and wasn't going to open until 1:00pm the next day. Also, of the 3 toilet stalls 1 door did not have a lock on it. We had been camping for two weeks and found better maintenance in US Forest Service vault toilets than in this KOA. We expect better from KOA.

We never stayed there I left a message on the office phone no one responded. I emailed twice to let them know I canceled no response. I got charged on my credit card anyways

I've got a 28' trailer, so with tow vehicle I'm 50' long. My last 2 visits, I've been put in a campsite that is shorter than 50' so I stick out in the front or back (or both). When doing a 1 night stay, I usually want to stay hitched. Please consider this when taking 1 night booking, and you may need to review the details for your campsites to ensure they accurately reflect max trailer length.

Water charge is a joke.the grounds aren't kept up like they used to be, trees not trimmed and trash not picked up.

Storage area was locked early one day. Bad enough that it is closed on Mondays, but then to lock up early one day is not cool. My contract reads there is a combo lock and even lists a combo, but there is no combo lock A dog in the park likes to bark and is left tied up outside all day - even when no one is home. There is dog poo everywhere! I had to leave the dog park as there was so much poo!!

First time staying at this park. Stayed one night on way thru. This a a nice, clean park with easy access off and on to I-10 freeway. Will definitely stay again. Only negative, sites are a little short - we got a pull thru hoping to not have to disconnect our tow vehicle but we had to disconnect.

Late checkin, everything was ready upon my arrival. Clean and quiet facility. Thanks

It was a quick overnight stay to get out of the extreme heat. Everyone was pleasant and clean,

We weren’t there long enough to form an accurate opinion

The campgrounds is one of the best manicured & cleanest we’ve stayed in. There were nice shade trees and white flowering bushes. We were only there one night but it was very kid friendly with lots of activities to do. In addition to the pool there was a nice volley ball court and other games available. I would have stayed in this park longer if our schedule would have allowed.

We paid for a grassy patio site. We were given a site with burnt grass that looked pitiful. Fortunately there was another site available.

Let me start with the positive first, the property is beautiful & the staff is polite. Price is fair. On the other hand the dog park is not maintained & has dangerous and unnecessary items. Also, I feel that the maintenance team could do a better job keeping walking paths lit and free & clear of wood planks that people can trip over on the dark walkway. Lots of sprinklers causing mud and slipping.

Park needs a bit of work. The staff is excellent and very friendly. This our 4th stay and we will definitely return.

NOT MUCH TO SAY, JUST STAYED 2 NIGHTS WHILE ATTENDING AN EVENT NEARBY

great stay. very clean n nice

Site was not level. I noticed that a fair amount of campsites people were having issues with their sewer adapter threading into the sewer pipe me included. I stayed in four different Rv parks on my trip and this was the only one I had a sewer problem with. Other than these issues I thought the park was clean and quiet. I would stay there again

Honestly they deserve a 5 but unfortunately during our stay (with two dogs) no one maintained the dog park once. Our last morning we went to the dog park and not only were the trash cans over flowing, but there was poop piles EVERYWHERE. We hope this was just a glitch and will return.

We stopped late at night and was able to get one of the 3 sites available. It was easy to get to the site and the campground is very nice.

Rest rooms were dirty and site/bbq not cleaned up from cigarette butts.

Very nice! It was amazingly quiet most of the time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only stayed a few days, the grounds were well kept and the breeze at night was very nice. Facilities were very clean, and the pool looked nice, although we didn't use the pool. Very nice location, although close to !-10 you really didn't hear that traffic. We will be back!!

the only problem no dog pup bags and people were not picking up

Very relaxing and quiet. Clean. Not crowded at all. We were able to move campsites to be next to our friends with no hassle. Definitely will be staying there again. We are a baseball family and my son had all stars in Beaumont. The stay made it easy for us to be able to go back to camp to unwind and get back out. Thank you!

Many people did not clean up after their dogs! And poopy containers in the dog area were never emptied

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet campground. Just an overnight stay but same complaints as others, no TP or soap in bathrooms and only one door in the women bathroom locked.

Lovely breeze, 40 miles from home. Clean, nice restrooms/showers. Pool, playground, dog park, laundry. RV storage at reasonable rates. Pull thru, water, electric. Great staff.

The site is easy to find and very close to Los Angeles and Orange County. But the RV site is too small to enjoy the relaxation. When we are at the table, we can hear neighbors talking very well. The site is too small than expected.

NICE CAMPGROUND. PLEASANT STAFF. ALL HOOK-UPS WORKED. LOVED HAVING THE CLUBHOUSE FOR GROUP ACTIVITIES. CLEAN UPDATED BATHS. ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. WILL COME AGAIN.

Nice and quiet RV park. Branches need to be trimmed for taller RVs.

Beauty of a location. Sewer lids did not screw into pipes so smelled sewer many times. Cable did not work.

Couple of electrical issues at the site but it was rapidly addressed and made for a nice evening. Very clean and really quiet. Well done KOA

Very nice place to stay. Close to Joshua tree national park and palm springs. Just FYI more than 50% are permanent residents so choice spots are taken

1st time visit to Banning Stagecoach KOA Journey For 1 night. Tent camping. This is the 3rd KOA property I have visited so far since I became a member of the summer of 2023. Banning Stagecoach KOA Journey is located on South San Gorgonio Avenue south of Interstate 10. It can be reached by taking the South 8th Street offramp. Head South. Then left on West Lincoln Street. Then, right on South Gorgonio Avenue. The entrance is on the right side just past Banning High School. The campsite is situated at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, which rises up to 10,000 feet above the valley floor. It is a very imposing sight to see from the campsite. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I must admit I did not ask for their name. My apologies. I was provided with a map of the campsite, which allowed me to find my tent site for the weekend. Each site has a picnic table, a water faucet. The groundcover is grass. It makes it easy to drive the stakes into the ground. There is a volleyball court, dog park, swimming pool, playground, and showers. In addition, there is a clubhouse for large groups. The sites for recreational vehicles and campsites have their own space. It is a very quiet site during the day as well the night. Overall, it is a nice campground. Ideal for individual travelers, couples, groups, or families with or without children. And pet owners. I am looking forward to my next overnight stay at Banning Stagecoach KOA

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.
