The Office staff is excellent. My site had more than adequate space. The campground Is well maintained and quiet at all hours. Nice pool. Easy off-on I-10. Convenient to town.

Uneven sites mad it impossible to get our 35’ 5th level and the roads are narrow with tight turns. Several permanent setups and surrounding area was sketchy

Ours was an overnight stay this time. However, we have stayed longer at the Banning KOA in the past. I like that everything works, WIFI, Cable TV and utilities. And the train horn across town is comforting reminding me of when I grew up with trains where i lived.

Very nice campground. Always clean and the people are very nice. We stay here at least two times a year when traveling through.

We had a wonderful stay. This was at least the fifth time we have stayed at KOA in Banning. We love it there. And the manager is very friendly.

We have a class a motorhome & stayed there 7 days, it was clean & very quiet, i gave a 4 rating because the sites need some maint. our site had low tree limbs that when the wind blew it was scratching against our roof. But nice place over all.

The pool was not open during the week. There was a big tree stump/roots at our site which as not pleasant to look at. The positive is that it was relatively inexpensive to do laundry.

Overnight stay. On the way and easy to find and park in site. This appears to be a park for long term residents.

Great location. Very quite. Staff was friendly. The sites are gravel. The only concern is that the pull thur can be a little short. We will stay here again.

We enjoy staying at Banning Stagecoach KOA because the staff is friendly and the campground is not cramped or cluttered.

This is a very nice KOA. Very well maintained. And sites are nicely graveled ( no dirt or sand ) and easy to move your big rig around the park. I’ve stayed at many KOAs and I’d put this one in the top 10%.

KOA Banning is great for short stays. The grounds could be kept a bit nicer though. It definitely served our purpose at a great savings.

Everything was great with 2 small issues. 1. We wanted to use the pool and the grouchy lady in the office wouldn’t open it even though maintenance told me she could. There was NOTHING posted about the pool being closed until May 5. Not on the website, the office, the pool or even the papers we get at check in. 2. We came with little dogs and it was all gravel in our spot, it would have been nice to have had one of the spots with grass. Other than that it was good.

Sites are way to small for big rigs. We barely had room to put our slides out. Damaged back of our trailer leaving due to all the bushes and sites not being big enough to get out. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re longer than 40!We’re 43 1/2. Office staff didn’t answer and never left us a site so we were left to find our own after doing online reservation.very disappointed we normally l

Although the picnic table was missing from my site the Hostess graciously moved me to the site to my left. The same Hostess was on duty the following morning when I brought a small BBQ grill left behind by another guest. I was pleasantly surprised when she said she would call them to let them know she was holding it for them. I have not seen that level of customer care anywhere! Bravo Banning KOA

One night stay. Easy to find park and get in and out of campsite. Looks like majority of sites are permanent but clean and plan to stop on our return trip.

Excellent! It was a wonderful weekend! Teresa and Alex helped with anything we needed! And the use of the clubhouse was a Godsent! Everything clean and very presentable!

Poorly kept campground. Weeds in spaces in some over 3’ tall. Nothing in the camp store to speak of. Most campsites are occupied by long term campers and are filled with junk.

Very disappointed in this KOA. Grass has not been cut in ages. We need to walk in 6” weeds on our spot. Not likely to ever stay there again.

Very unkept grounds. Tall weeds, uncut grass, broken concrete patio. We’ve stayed at many KOA’s that were very nice. This place needs some TLC.

The site #48 was small but worked. There was a large dead tree stump that had burrow holes around the base making it dangerous. The grounds were in need of trimming and hedges trimmed. Bathrooms needed soap , stall locks and hooks. Check in was good, lady was nice. No escorts to sites as usual KOA procedure.

The spots are short and narrow. We have a 36' motorhome with 4 slides and towing a car and we hung out into the road and were told that was ok it's common. If you have a small rig and are not towing it may be ok. But for us it just cost us substantial car repairs.

Very quiet and clean park. Was disappointed that the office, pool and game room were closed the 2 days we were there. Teens with us didn’t have anything to do to keep occupied.

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
