This is an amazing location! The RV patios and cabins are the best! Super clean and comfortable. Lots of things to do on-site and in the sourrounding area. The managers were responsive and helpful, we hope to go back again!

Staff was amazing. I could not tell that they had been flooded 3 times in the as many months and as recently as 4 weeks prior to our stay. They have done a phenomenal job to make it look like nothing had happened. The only thing was the pool was still being repaired, but that was understandable. Love the location. Do be ready for freeway noise.

First time at this KOA. Even though it is a little close to highway was surprising quite at night. Grounds are very well maintained even after having to deal with flooding in January. Pool was not open but was aware of that before we came. Very well set up for families with kids.

Although we had a great time we were disappointed the pool was not open.. the showers could have been a little cleaner as well.. they had a lot of mold.. all of the attendants were very friendly and always hard at work..

Easy checkin process, very helpful and knowledgeable inside main store. Good area for kids to ride around and play. Booked an extra day last minute and able to accommodate to stay at our same spot.

Right off the highway with lots of noise even at night drove me crazy. Can’t fault the pool flood washout and hope for a smooth rebuild. Management very nice. It’s the location which sucks, however, a big plus to be off the Bob Jones trail.

Although the sites are tight, the campgrounds are well manicured (even despite the recent flooding) and the staff professional and courteous. Please keep your rates where they are...we are being priced out of some neighboring campsites �

No hassle stay, with easy check in and departure. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Staff was awesome! Friendly, helpful, guided us in to park the trailer, gave us and the dogs welcoming cookies, handed out Easter treats on Easter Sunday, movie night with free popcorn, fun scavenger hunt upon arrival to get the lay of the land. Pool and spa were closed due to recent floods in CA but understand. Dog park was nice, big and clean.

From the app to departure it was a stream lined process and the facility itself had wonderful events and plenty for the kids to do. It’s was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful and the trailer slips allowed easy access.

The staff at this KOA were friendly and helpful. the campground is small for a KOA and the sites are VERY close together. Our site was !30.00 per nite & right near the bathrooms so people were literally walking through our site 24 hours a day,. This was our 2nd stay here as we have family nearby and it is convenient for us for that reason. We probably will not stay here again.

Placed in a very small site with a 30 ft trailer. Little room for the truck to park. Noise rules could’ve been enforced better. Our 2022 experience much better than this one. Guest interaction overall could’ve been better also.

The staff are wonderful, helpful and kind. we were very disappointed that the pool and spa are non existent. I think a discount for the site would be offered. I was really surprised that it wasn’t. Another option would be that you guys worked out a deal next door for your campers. I would also suggest a dog wash be added to the camground, it would be a great addition, being close to the dog beac

It was very relaxing. The bathhouse was clean and so was the entire campground which is great considering the weather of recent weeks. Some sites are quite close but we spen a lot of time at the adjacent site with our friends’ theirs was bigger. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was a great stay.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
