You know it is a great place when you remember the names of the staff and they remember you! The grounds are beautiful and have recovered nicely from all of the January 2023 storm damage. Can't wait to plan another stay!

Everything was perfect. The bathrooms were clean, every single staff member was friendly and the park had so many activities to keep us busy.

We loved the central location of this KOA, and truly, the staff was so helpful and cheerful! We rode bikes to the beach every day, and walked to the Avila Barn to see the farm animals and buy pies and treats. The sites are very tight, but we were out and about with much to do, so we didn’t spend much time hanging in our campsite. We had a wonderful stay, and would go back for sure.

Pulled in after hours and left by 10:30am, didn’t really get to enjoy it as it was just a place to try. Was our first time renting an RV and first time here, staff were super friendly for the short time we met them in the morning. Hopefully we can again, we are from AZ.

Arrived late and only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. Great pitch, nice touches made the park feel homely. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed the game room and movie night with free popcorn. They even put on the basketball game on the big TV for our enjoyment. Everyone was very nice. The welcome cookies were a nice touch.

we loved our stay. the staff was kind and helpful the site and entire camp was beautiful and clean. Only suggestion is to maybe get some newer bikes for rental they were a little rickety. we would highly recommend this facility and hope to return someday.

Great place and friendly staff. The campground is very clean. It’s a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend and return here the next time I’m in town.

Always a great stay, employees are professional and knowledgeable. Don't know the gentlemens name but he was a great help to a couple parked next to me who were just starting out RV'ing and had many questions which he patiently answered, and thank you Lisa, she is always helpful and fun, with great suggestions for where to go visit in the area.

We liked the campsite and the location. The sites were small...so you have to be good at backing in...and I am so it was not an issue. The first site we had was too unlevel to set up in so we asked or a better site and the office was able to accommodate our request. Very friendly and helpful staff....

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
