Leider nur ein Zwischenstop. Ausreichend großer Stellplatz. Sehr sauberer CG. Gut sortierter Store. Beheizter Pool auch im Oktober noch in Betrieb. Kleines Minus sind die Geräusche von der Autobahn.

I felt very welcome and they know what customer service is all about. Everybody was just happy to be working. It was just a great experience. This was my second time there and it was even better than the first . I can’t wait to go again.

The spaces were really small and close to the other occupant. I heard you do not allow American Flags to be flying on each trailer. I think that is uncalled for. For $100.00 a night, I think these above comments should be addressed. I will probably still be back though.

The sites are tight, but the facility is very well kept. Cute store. The only bummer is the constant 24/7 highway noise.

Beautiful and clean - staff were friendly ( thank you for the freshly baked cookies on arrival!) - the only downside is the freeway noise at night otherwise I would rank it a 10! Easy access to plenty of fun activities in the surrounding area! Hiking and bike trail just steps away! And, the well known Avila Family Barn is a quick walk across the street! Thank you!

We loved our stay from minute one.Friendly welcoming staff gave gifts of cookies,dog treats&drink cozies.Our first time here and we got the best spot.The online description states”We are an old park…” that should be stricken.The park is beautiful,updated,clean,beautifully kept,lots of activities,the best offleash dog area & wonderful staff.We will come again with pleasure.

Sites are tight and close. We had one with a patio, fire pit and grill. Lots if seating plus a table. Semi private and gorgeous. We had a 2 week stay and neighbored with big rigs to teardrops. Everyone of them fit. If you get a back in site make sure you have good back up skills. Overall a very lovely place and can’t wait to stay again

Enjoyed our stay. The ladies in 39 had their thumping bumping music on until 11:15pm and again in the morning. Thank God they left on Sunday.

We were impressed with the park and immediately upon arriving, decided to extend our trip home by booking another night. The staff was friendly and helpful, the park clean and well organized. We'll stay there again as a destination rather than a stop-over.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pancake breakfast was a nice touch. The trees and general landscaping were well done. It’s right by Hwy 101, so is a bit noisy, but tolerable. We would return to this KOA.

We love this KOA. I find it hard to believe the campsite flooded earlier this year because the site was impeccable. The staff were friendly and courteous, the bathrooms were very clean, and the activities were adequate. It's very dog friendly too. There are many attractions in the area, so even having activities at the campsite is a bonus.

This KOA was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly at check in and even guided us to our site and helped us back in. The campground is very close to the Bob Jones trail so we could walk or ride bikes in to Avila. Great location and facility, we will be back!

We always stay at Avila KOA. The staff are very friendly and personable. The customer service is excellent. The store is well stocked and prices are great. The sites are clean and they have really remodeled and upgraded nicely at this KOA. The restrooms and showers are clean. The movie nights and pancake breakfast are a nice touch and the playground for kids is great. 10+�

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
