Nice friendly and helpfull staff. Great play area for the kids. Clean and nice place to stay. Very close to the free-way makes it easy to find but also a bit noisy.

This was our second time staying there. Our site was perfect, flat, clean gravel, shaded, and wide. The connections were located right where they needed to be. The staff was helpful, energetic, and cheery. Noise policy was strictly enforced...what a pleasure. We'll be back!

Excellent, clean KOA! Crystal clear pool, hot showers, pancake breakfast & movie nights! Every staff member was helpful and kind. A 5 min drive to Avila beach or you can just hop on the Bob Jone’s bike trail (we walked, kids biked) for 3 miles of exercise before we relaxed at the beach. The Avila Valley Barn (right outside the gates) didn’t disappoint.

This was the cleanest KOA we have ever stayed at. Wonderful spaces with really nice BBQ, fire pit and chairs, tables. Super clean and nice showers. Very nice staff in the store. Store very well stocked. Great bike path that takes you right to the beach, 3 miles. We will for sure come back. You can hear the HWY but it didn't bother us.

Great location on the central coast, close to the beaches and San Luis Obispo. Nice, level gravel sites with good hookups. The lots are on the smaller size but they put some wood panels up to give a bit more privacy. Facilities include a very nice pool and hot tub, lots of stuff for families. I especially enjoyed walking the nearby Bob Jone trail to Avila Beach. Highly recommended.

This KOA place was beautiful. Everyone that worked there was very kind and helpful. It was close to any activity we were there to see and visit. The dog park was very nice. We will be going back to visit.

The whole staff was very friendly made us feel welcome, very clean bathrooms and resort park. They have a store with everything you need, you’ll be surprise how much stuff they carry compare to other camp grounds. Great place 2 miles from the beach

Great RV park, love the patio sites, very well maintained, a lot of staff throughout the park to assist, all of them very friendly! Love the proximity to Avila downtown, Shell ad Pismo Beach. The Avila Ranch Barn was a fun place within walking distance. Bob Jones Trail was a beautiful walk! We've book two future trips already and can't wait!!

Staff was warm and friendly making check in fast as we were exhausted. They escorted us to the site and guided me in. The only down side was water pressure went down as the numbers of users went up.

We were upgraded to a premium site which was fabulous and made all of the difference. The private patio, table, BBQ and fire pit was great. I will pay the extra n the future for a site like this! On top of that the staff were very friendly, and the bathrooms were super clean!

We had a great stay for Mother’s Day Weekend while visiting our daughter at school. The staff was really nice, the store had everything we needed and the pancake breakfast was great!

The kid friendly movie was terrible. Kids were scared so we left. Our site was large enough to accommodate two cars but had to leave my car out in a dirt parking lot. Then you allow people to park in the very tight exit which only allowed an inch on each side of my trailer. Lisa the front desk lady was very nice. The place was well taken care of. The campground is quite near the highway 101 but the place ist so beautiful, staff very friendly, so.that doesn't play a role. We had s good time with kind neighbours.

Great staff, wonderful facilities, and an amazing location. We were hoping to do a cabin in the future but it's not clear whether any allow pets and prices are higher than many hotels & vacation rentals.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
