Great RV park, love the patio sites, very well maintained, a lot of staff throughout the park to assist, all of them very friendly! Love the proximity to Avila downtown, Shell ad Pismo Beach. The Avila Ranch Barn was a fun place within walking distance. Bob Jones Trail was a beautiful walk! We've book two future trips already and can't wait!!

Our stay was great. The sites are so nice and the staff were very friendly. The pool reopened so the kids.were excited. Great dog park.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The facility is well kept with great amenities. The location is minutes from so many beautiful beaches. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I always enjoy our stay with you guys, the staff is always amazing, seeing other campers I believe that they as well are enjoying their stay too, we look forward to our next visit, thank you for a awesome time.

Staff was warm and friendly making check in fast as we were exhausted. They escorted us to the site and guided me in. The only down side was water pressure went down as the numbers of users went up.

We were upgraded to a premium site which was fabulous and made all of the difference. The private patio, table, BBQ and fire pit was great. I will pay the extra n the future for a site like this! On top of that the staff were very friendly, and the bathrooms were super clean!

We had a great stay for Mother’s Day Weekend while visiting our daughter at school. The staff was really nice, the store had everything we needed and the pancake breakfast was great!

The kid friendly movie was terrible. Kids were scared so we left. Our site was large enough to accommodate two cars but had to leave my car out in a dirt parking lot. Then you allow people to park in the very tight exit which only allowed an inch on each side of my trailer. Lisa the front desk lady was very nice. The place was well taken care of. The campground is quite near the highway 101 but the place ist so beautiful, staff very friendly, so.that doesn't play a role. We had s good time with kind neighbours.

Great staff, wonderful facilities, and an amazing location. We were hoping to do a cabin in the future but it's not clear whether any allow pets and prices are higher than many hotels & vacation rentals.

My kids and I have been to several KOA’s and we all agree that this is our favorite! I read some bad reviews on Yelp, so I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised to be blown away by everyone’s kindness! All employees seemed so genuinely nice! Wish we could have stayed longer. You know it is a great place when you remember the names of the staff and they remember you! The grounds are beautiful and have recovered nicely from all of the January 2023 storm damage. Can't wait to plan another stay!

We loved the central location of this KOA, and truly, the staff was so helpful and cheerful! We rode bikes to the beach every day, and walked to the Avila Barn to see the farm animals and buy pies and treats. The sites are very tight, but we were out and about with much to do, so we didn’t spend much time hanging in our campsite. We had a wonderful stay, and would go back for sure.

Pulled in after hours and left by 10:30am, didn’t really get to enjoy it as it was just a place to try. Was our first time renting an RV and first time here, staff were super friendly for the short time we met them in the morning. Hopefully we can again, we are from AZ.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
