Over all the stay was great however the road leaving the tent area needs to be leveled it was rough terrain. I appreciate the laundry room open 24hr. The staff were very friendly.

Great facilities, clean showers and overall good stay. Tenting sites were not spaced out. I understand that KOA cannot effectively manage patrons and the surrounding area; however, the solid hour and a half of fireworks around 9PM on July 23 was not an enjoyable experience.

Super place, owners take care of it very well and give you attention when you need it. Great pool, outdoor games, atmosphere, and beautiful tent area. Also bathrooms and laundry room are top notch. We'll be back.

Bathrooms were clean and dry and the playground and pool were a hit. It was especially nice to have pool toys available. equipment and facilities were noticeably broken and aged however and the nature walk was seriously overgrown (problematic for those with a poison ivy allergy). I was also disappointed with how little the surrounding area offered for activities.

Tent site had standing water which attracted mosquitos and was very small with barely any privacy between sites. However, perfect for families with small children.

It was not very well kept. I got a good shock off the electrical box when I tried to connect. expensive for what you get!! Old collapsed camp with asbestos shingles quite close to my site.

Very nice location. Easy ride to Augusta and Waterville. They were flexible in scheduling when I had to extend. Very friendly service. Clean showers and toilet stalls.

We were very impressed with how clean and well kept the grounds and buildings were! We stayed 9 days as we have lots of friends and relatives in the area to visit, and our children were made welcome as they came and went over our stay. My daughter plans to come back in her own at a future date, and we will be back to visit !!

This is a child-friendly, pet-friendly campground. It reminds me of when I was a child and my parents would take us five kids camping. I love this place. It feels welcoming and safe, and everything is clean and well maintained. I stay in a tent, and the sites are in a wooded section that is not too far from the bathrooms. The Pavilion has comfortable chairs, electric outlets, and wifi.

Great family run campground! Restrooms and showers are very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and is located within a few miles of hiking, kayaking and very close to Gardner Maine. However, This campground is more of an RV campground than for tenting. There are 8 tent sites and are very small (but clean). I would definitely go to this campground again!

Nice site protected from the sun. Firewood bundle was a very nice mix of wood, easy to splinter. Friendly and helpful staff. Camp store had nice mix of items available

It was easy to check in, and everyone was very friendly. There was a fun playground and a couple of other amenities that we didn't have time to try out. We did buy some firewood and they hand delivered it to our campground!

As far as the tent sites they’re not really in the woods or spacious at all. It felt really cramped together. Wish there was more adult activities as basically all there is to do is sit at your own campsite your whole stay. Would recommend for a family with small children but there’s nothing to really do unless you actually leave the campground to do activities around where the campground is.

It was really nice, although the pool wasn't opened and they were still setting up for the season you can tell the couple runs a tight ship there, the bathrooms were phenomenally kept, as well as the camp grounds and grass.

While the staff was very friendly and the back drop of the camp sites were beautiful, this KOA is a little older. Bathrooms were cleaned, and property is well maintained. BUT there’s long term/semi-permanent campers right next to the tents sites. This would have been fine if the resident did not start playing music on a speaker from 2am until 6am. Bring ear plugs and this is a affordable stay.

Stayed here 3 nights as our base while exploring the area. Pull throughs are long and level, cut into the hillside. Bathrooms and laundry are modern and clean. Owners were pleasant check in a breeze.

This is a really nice place. The view is great. The pull thrus are very large with fire pit and piquenique table.

Late fall season stop so park was not crowded. We had a pull through spot #22 with full hook ups available. The park was gravel and a generous size, we were able to park easily 44' long motorhome and toad without disconnecting. Bathrooms were clean, on demand got water system for showers was marginal and water seemed overly softened. We would stay again if in the area.
