Cabin was clean and well stocked with heater, fridge, microwave and TV (although there were only a couple of watchable stations). There was a convenient fenced area for our dog to go potty off lead.

The folks there have worked hard to keep Mother Nature from washing their camp down the hill to the river this summer. The camp is adequate and the cabin that we rented was just fine. The camp dog (small) is not kept up on a leash and is aggressive so be prepared, especially with if you’re walking your own dog. No stores close by so come with what you need or drive about 45 minutes round trip.

Great stay for the long holiday weekend. Weather was phenomenal as was the staff. The sundae special on Saturday was well attended & very reasonably priced. Jayar & Becky always try very hard to accomodate all of their guests, this weekend was no different. Thank you, looking forward to the next stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean and welcoming. Our children had a great time playing on the playground and in the pool. They also loved the crafts and ice cream sundaes! We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing as always! The ice cream social was a hit & well attended, couldn't beat the very reasonable price! Staff worked hard to keep gravel on the roads that got washed away from all the rains. Look forward to the next visit!

This is a fairly old campground. Check in went fine. The roads are very narrow and need to be redone. Had to use four-wheel drive just to get to the campsite. When we got to the cabin we had to clean the shower. The floor was also not swept. Had to buy all new sheets and pillows. One of the bunk beds smelled like urine. Only stayed one out of the three nights. Packed up during the second night.

Excellent stay, everyone was incredibly friendly. The only issue was the ac unit in the cabin, the ac was unusable do to extensive mold/mildew buildup, thankfully it was not too hot. Evening hours for the store would be an excellent addition.

We have address the issue and the ac unit has be cleaned. Please let office know ASAP of any issues and so we can fix them while you are here

Third year we have rented a cabin at Augusta/Gardiner KOA. It has always been delivered extremely clean and ready for our stay. The staff has always been very helpful and happy to assist. Have never had any issues staying here. We will be back!

We stayed in a cabin this trip. It had a full bathroom, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and accomodating.

This is a very nice, family owned business. The showered in our cabin wasn’t working very well when we got there,. After we notified management, it was quickly fixed. Very nice campground and staff was friendly. When we return to ME, we will certainly reserve a spot here

We loved our stay.. the cabin was amazing and we are already talking about our next stay. The only complaint is the shower wasn't cleaned before and the shower head was broken. The pool table wasn't clean either.. but the staff was amazing and we still stay again

Very nice campground. Cabins very nice only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower. We didn’t mention it because it still worked. Very friendly and clean.

Awesome stay. Owners were very receptive to addressing issues that arose with disruptive/inconsiderate neighbors. Always appreciate their kindness. Stay was great, sad you'll be closing for the year. Look forward to coming back next year!

We liked the quiet setting. Friendly staff and owners. The water has a strong sulfur smell and the cabin was smelly and dirty with gravel all over the porch, perhaps an oversight we left it much cleaner for the next guests. It was not the worst KOA we stayed at and far from the best. However the best part was the location to nearby vacation spots

The water is on a well, that gets tested every month by the state. Various weather conditons and lots of use, the water table gets low and we get a "sulfer" smell every now and than.

Becky & Jayar are the best! The pool was nice & clean, the Kamp K9 dog park is getting improvements, and the cabin was just as expected - the a/c worked perfectly. A great stay as always. Looking forward to the next visit!

We enjoyed our stay. Quaint but small cabin, minimal amenities, fridge and microwave. Nice tv. Bathroom acceptable. Water had a minimal sulfur smell, remedied by filter change. Short ride to coastline. Would go there again. Staff was very nice.

This was a mini family reunion and the sites were mixed up. Becky explained what happened and was able to move the camper closer to us. Lots of activities for the kids. Nice upgrade to the cabin with bigger TV. Close to home but far enough away to relax. Yes, we would stay again. No hesitation.

Our motor home, burnt up and I called Augusta. They switched our reservation over to a cabin with no problem. The cabin was fantastic! The owners were really understanding.

Great stay! Campground was still busy so late into the fall season, but very quiet at night. Staff was busy during the day doing groundswork. Pleasant surprise in the evening when the campground golf cart came around selling wood. Cabin was clean & perfect for our needs. Always nice to see Becky & Jayar! Thanks again!

I was disappointed, the websites lists many activities including mini golf and a pool in which both were closed, mini golf was nonexistent. I prefer campgrounds that have pools for my son and booked this because the pool was suppose to be open until Oct 31st.I’ve never stayed at any other KOA campgrounds but I assumed they offered more. Slightly disappointed because website makes it seem differe

Our pool is open Memorial to Labor Day.It is listed that way on our website/general infomation paper. We had to pull our mini golf for safety reason early this season.
