Sites extremely unlevel, Starlink, Dish and campground WiFi did not work which made remote work difficult. Low water pressure. No trash pick up. Clean park but dated, friendly check in.

We came with a 24’ class c, towing our suv on a 21’ alumina flat bed trailer. The site we were assigned was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for all our equipment and camping space. Everything was neat and orderly. Grounds well kept. Lots of kids at times making it an enjoyable place. All’s quiet and pleasant. We met all our vacation plans to visit Boothbay, Acadia np, and Yarmout

This campground charges twice the price of much nicer, better campgrounds. The facilities are just barely adequate. The bathrooms are small and tired, the pool is tiny, and the campsites are arrayed along a fairly steep hill. Ours had a rotten platform and table that are well past their useful and safe lifetimes. Would not recommend this campground.

What a fun and well-maintained place, we enjoyed our stay. The wifi worked really well, there was a million things to do, the staff was super. I loved their sweet kitty that helped us register!

Did two overnights in a truck camper. The back-in sites were leveled well and easy to maneuver into. Hookups were convenient. The terraced lots made it feel private despite having adjacent neighbors. There were activities for families to enjoy, a camp store with essentials and some gifts, a playground, and a pool that was well-kept. Showers/Bathroom facilities were also well-kept in KOA fashion.

The young lady named Page could not do enough for us in our stay. I was very impressed with her enthusiasm and friendly personality. I thank all the staff for there commitment to make everyone welcome.

The location is close to highways, so a good spot to stay passing thru on your trip. The staff was super friendly, the office & store were clean and organized. The entire campground was a hill, so there were wet spots & mud. Our RV site was not especially big, but others had quite a bit of room. The cabin & tent sites looked great.

This is our second time visiting this KOA. The owners are very friendly here. During our visit the weather was extremely hot so it was great having a pool to cool off. We would definitely come here again!

I made a reservation a couple of months ahead for a pull-thru site and paid a ridiculous $75 for a 1 night stay because I was 40ft long while towing and did not want to unhitch tow. Got there in pouring rain and site was unlevel. Went into office in morning and make owner/manager berated me for booking the site because he had to turn away “real 40 footers”. Totally unprofessiinal and a jerk

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This reservation was made online as 40 ft MH and not 25MH. Staff trying to let camper know that best to put the actucal size of MH plus towing to get the best possible site or even a site.

We enjoyed our time! The kids loved the dry erase board. We enjoyed the heated pool. Great fireworks display for 4th of July. Would definitely come back!

camp office/registration staff are the nicest KOA staff I have ever met! Very helpful, respectful, friendly. Campground must be a bit of a challenge being on a hillside. But it looks like it is well maintained. It would be helpful, esp for some of us older achy travelers...to have a trash receptacle at the top of the hill......Hubby didn't want to drive the loop again ....thank you!

It was a last minute request and we were so happy they could accommodate us. We had an easy pull through site, fairly level, a bit tight pulling out the next morning, and great neighbors.

Wonderful campground tucked away and private! Spaces are tiered among maple and birch trees. Ample length for our 44’ fifth wheel. Jay came and put grass hay on a puddle that had formed because of days of rain. We stayed a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool was clean. Charming surrounding communities!

Enjoyed the stay except for the owners daughter that kept walking around endlessly to ours and other campsites trying to sell rocks. Even after we told her no. She was also consistent about telling the children in the pool what they could and couldn’t do. Even when asked to stop and rules were being followed. The owner herself is lovely.

The campsites were very nice but you should arrive with your water tank full because their water has a very foul smell to it.

We just did an over night. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. We did not use the facilities. Sites are heavily wooded.

The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The site was very easy to get into and most of the sites appear to be pull through sites which is nice. Our site was level and nicely covered with stone. However the water pressure was VERY poor and the water had a HEAVY odor of sulfur. We did not drink the water or use it to cook because of the heavy odor.

Y'know, we travel a lot and have stayed at dozens of KOAs, and have never felt compelled to rate them - but this place was an absolute gem, and the hosts enormously helpful and accommodating. It isn't concreted or asphalted over; it is very rustic which we really enjoyed. Grounds and flowers immaculate; services great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks, Jayar and Becky!

Wonderful staff, extremely helpful-professional-courteous. The facilities are “tired”. They are working hard to get ready for summer. I will stay again if I am in the area. God Bless!

We were uncomfortable with the check in process done by a child (guess 11-12 years old). Very tired bathrooms, in need of a cleaning. Conditions at this KOA were such that I felt the $74/night fee was very high. We choose to stay at KOA’s because of high quality standards. We were disappointed in this KOA.

We stayed for memorial weekend and ended up leaving early due to no activities or pool for the kids even though the website said there would be activities throughout the weekend and the pool was to be open. Small playground good for very young children. Nothing for older kids.

Stayed here 3 nights as our base while exploring the area. Pull throughs are long and level, cut into the hillside. Bathrooms and laundry are modern and clean. Owners were pleasant check in a breeze.

This is a really nice place. The view is great. The pull thrus are very large with fire pit and piquenique table.

Late fall season stop so park was not crowded. We had a pull through spot #22 with full hook ups available. The park was gravel and a generous size, we were able to park easily 44' long motorhome and toad without disconnecting. Bathrooms were clean, on demand got water system for showers was marginal and water seemed overly softened. We would stay again if in the area.
