Very nice venue. Their tent sites are not equipment for those with roof top tents. It proved to be an odd set up for me since their tent sites have a gate like set up and you don't have an open site. It's closed off. There was an odd beeping spunding which sounded off at night consistenly from a neighboring business or some sort. Very odd. The grounds were very well kept.

The amenities were great for all aged kids. The cost was a tad high tho for a nightly stay...especially a tent site ($80 a night). My parents came to join us for a night w/their camper and I was quoted 72-97..they were charged 120. The go-cart bikes were great but again misquoted from 5$ an hr to being charged 10$. Otherwise for the most part we enjoyed ourselves.

Clean site and facilities, professional staff and very community friendly. A lot of activities and recreation in the area. Will definitely plan a trip again

My family and friends love it here. Staff were very nice during our stay. Place is very clean. Very fun place to spend time with family.

The Park was beautiful and the staff very friendly! Showers were amazing and the outdoor kitchen saved our lives, it rained for the whole day we were there and couldn't grill so the kitchen was a game changer

We stayed in the deluxe tent site and loved it was very peaceful. The bathrooms in that area were very very nice! Only complaint is a car that raced around somewhere no in KOA property both nights and early morning. But that’s not KOAs fault. We also ate at the bbq place and it was amazing!!

Cars drive by every 20 seconds beginning at 5am. Not even exaggerating. Then dogs were barking constantly and two different smoke alarms kept going off. I got NO sleep the whole stay. It was garbage. And the people at the front desk had no sympathy whatsoever.

I do like the tenting area that has each section fenced in and a covered spot with electricity. I actually moved my tent under cover when the rain started, so by morning my tent was dry enough to pack away.

We had a great time and were very pleased with the facilities, including kitchens, etc. The only slight down side was that the camp village we stayed in, the lights didn't work. Apparently someone was sent to look into it but the following night, the lights would only occasionally come on for a second and then go off again. Not a deal breaker though.

Everything was great. It'd be cool to have some updated board games, and working games (pacman) in the game room. Also more bee catchers.

We got the same camping spot as last year. We love the location. The BBQ at the Fun Zone was great. I appreciate the renovation of the bathrooms next to our site, but the ventilation was so bad it was like a constant sauna. You couldn't dry off after a shower. The room stays wet and your clothes are damp. I didn't take a hot or long shower. The hallway outside of the showers was always steamy too.

This was my family and I’s first stay at a KOA. We had a tremendous time, and couldn’t believe all of the amenities offered. There is something for everyone here. We will definitely be coming back to KOAs in the future and look forward to spending more than one night.

Very very busy place- even during the week- had to wait for showers and they were used almost all the time, so hard to keep perfectly clean. Overall though, staff was friendly, location was very convenient and tent camping was quieter than rest of the campground, which we preferred.

Seaside KOA is a great location just off the beach located in the middle of the greatest sites along the Columbia river. Just south of Washington quirky Oregon town scenic villages close to modern conveniences Costco ect. The grounds are huge heard of elk wondering close buy. Great family fun with two pools a hot tub a wonderful store and some great food made daily. Lots of activity between fishin

Everyone who worked there was awesome, and everything except the bees everywhere was great. This KOA needs to address the TERRIBLE bee issue in the springtime before campers start arriving and the bees get so BAD. Our family had over 15 bee stings in the 3 days we stayed there. The bees were EVERYWHERE. At every campsite, all over the pool area. There was nowhere to go to get away from them.

We loved our stay, every person who worked there was so kind and attentive. Starting from the from desk people all the way to the people cleaning the bathrooms. Everyone so friendly. They have so many things to do there to kids also! Tent site was great only complaint is there are lights on the poles in the tent village and they stayed on all night. Which wasn’t good. But we will be back!

We loved camping in the trees. I was expecting to be miserable around RVs and no trees and we had a lovely tucked away area where we could see only our closest neighbors. It was well staffed, pool was great and bathrooms and showers were nice. Thank you

The bathrooms need to be ventilated more. They are very musty and smell all the time. The last time we were there, koa offered the unlimited pancake breakfast and more food options. So we were disappointed that is no longer available. Everything else was great.

We have stayed at many KOA's over the 8 yrs we have owned our RV! And Astoria/ warrenton koa is by far the best one we have stayed at. Nice level spots, sites with personal dog pens ( which we got and loved and will never not get) we are aware this is a new koa amenity, the indoor pool and hot tub was the nicest and biggest, restrooms and showers clean, maintenance was fast, gift shop was nice, they have so many amenities on the Koa grounds , our personal favs were the pool and the rc track, and the close proximity to the ocean. Also it was a nice place to camp in the summer for my 38th birthday! We had a rv site with full hookups and a pup pen , my cousin rented a cabin for a couple nights and they played pool, jumped on the blob pillow, we fully enjoyed our time

The only problem of this property is the firewood, doesn't burn is just make a lot of smoke and they doesn't accept returns so is better if you bring your own firewood or get it from a different place this happen 4/12/2024, El unico problema con esta propiedad es la leńa que venden no prende solo ace humo y no aceptan devolución lo mejor es que traigan su propia leña o que la compren en otro lado esto paso 4/12/2024

We had a tent space with a shelter, and it saved us from getting rained on! We camped under the clouds of rain!
