Great location, Lots of things for kids to do

Campground is well managed and sites are maintained. Personnel are very friendly and supportive. Caveat, if you are coming with kids etc, great place to stay as there are lots of activities for them. If you’re like us, work virtual and no kids, I would say don’t book a site in 300s near the activity areas as it will be difficult to concentrate/work. 400s and 200s would be better.

We loved our stay as usual. We have made it tradition to stay twice per summer, and our kids absolutely love it. So many fun activities for them. Very friendly and kind staff help with this experience. We always look forward to the food vendor (Grays Comfort Q) as well. Amazing food, friendly service at a good price. We will be back!

We love Astoria KOA. It is fun for the whole family. There is so much to do for various preferences and ages. It is close to local marvels and the staff are fantastic. The only problem we had this trip was that the indoor pool was pretty dirty.

The first campsites are quite nice, so it is hard to know those exist and then get placed back in the 400 loop. I believe the prices are the same as others in the campground, and these were very disappointing. We felt cramped and like we were back in a loop where people live permanently. The fact we paid an additional feel per site 5 months in advance to lock in was a huge disappointment.

Park was clean. It was unfortunate staff couldn’t accommodate moving sites to be next to family/friends instead of being at the three longest points in the park, considering spots on either side of me were vacant for 3/6 nights we were there and we were told they couldn’t move us.

Everything at the park was great and we enjoyed our trip. Being that close to Astoria, there is so much to do.

I came with friends who had been here before. Totally a place for kids. So many activities and things to do. Not the place to be if you are looking for an adult, quiet relaxing time. Very noisy, and there didn't seem to be a quiet time. Super friendly staff, and they kept the campground very nice.

Great stay. Kids had a great time. And love all the activities the campground puts on for the kids. Even on that rainy Saturday morning. The S’mores Activity Building kept the crafts going and kids busy. Definitely recommending this KOA to everyone.

We loved this campground because it had so many amenities and activities geared towards families with small children. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the grounds were clean and up to date. It was very busy, but still quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Super nice and friendly staff. For the price a wonderful place for kids. The only thing that was a huge disappointment was the gravel roads. Extremely dusty!

Bathrooms seem to be always empty of TP and hand towels. Need to be checked more often. Other then that we had a nice stay.

My husband said the bathrooms were not as clean as you profess. Maybe have a seasoned person checking on the cleanliness of the bathrooms periodically. That is our only complaint.

Unfortunately we are now priced out of Astoria KOA. Also, please monitor water pressure. Last year we came back to a blown gasket at our site (209) and we had a puddle under our camper from too much water pressure while we were gone. After paying for repair we returned this year and had the same issue on the day we checked out. Which will now cost us more money to fix.

Very nice park. If you have kids, there’s plenty of things for them to do there. Two pools multiple bathrooms kept spotless. Not far from Astoria with all the goodies, that is offered. The only knock the new math involved in site assignment. I have a 35 foot rig. I have a car they gave me fourty foot spot. Unwilling to move me to sites around me throughout my staythat were filled with very small

It was a great place to take our grandkids to. Great playgrounds, indoor/outdoor pools, go karts, golf, jumping pillow. They can roam around and feel safe and you are near the beach!

Overall great. location is great! Everything is clearly marked. family oriented. Liked the trash pick up service. The indoor pool was nice. The shower rooms were filthy. It was inconvenient to not have a coin machine for laundry. With as many people that comes through there, the pool and show rooms could benefit from being cleaned more. One gentlemen in the evening had terrible people skills.

Great place, tons of stuff to do however the amount of people who cut through our campsite was amazing. There needs to be more “barriers” (plants, stones, small fence, etc) to allow people to walk around

Everything was great, except the wi-fi. The KOA is in a bit of a cell service black hole, so the wi-fi is essential. At our site (A124) the wi-fi signal strength randomly varied between 0 bars to full bars every time I checked it, and even with full bars there was rarely any usable data available, not even for checking email and other low data usage. Too many users for the bandwidth provided.

The camp is nice except the unpaved area � kids can’t ride scooters, it’s so dusty. Especially when the wind picks up. I wish you guys would pace it all over winter

We really enjoy the park, super family friendly and super nice staff but our site sucked …. So much dust no grass barely gravel. Our table had a huge dig out hole we couldn’t move it bc someone could get really hurt. I can’t get over having to bring my yard blanket and put it in the dirt vs grass like last time. Our site was great last time but this one needs attention

Check in was great, although the young lady that checked us in was not very clean. She was very nice, but her fingernails were long and very dirty. It was hard to follow her show us the map when we were looking at her un-manicured nails. We had a man come to our door of our coach at 8:30 am to tell us that there was a Sasquatch walking through the park.The big jump bubble is so dirty.

This place is wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and nice! So many things to do for families and kids to do. The camp was clean! The swimming pools and spa are very nice! 10/10 would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the barbecue lunch that we had from Gray's Comfort Q. The only problem I had is that people need to be reminded that they should not walk through other people's campsites. What made it bad is kids and adults were doing it. The adults should be setting a better example.

We had a great stay. The campsite was clean and somewhat private with shrubs on both sides. We have a 32 ft travel trailer and the only issue we had was maneuvering out of the site with the way people were parked across from us but we made it. We have stayed there a couple of times and will definitely stay again.

We were really happy to come stay at the Astoria KOA until we got settled in. We understand that this is a popular campground, but because it is so popular, they really need to fix their WiFi issue. We talked to many of the guests that were staying there, and they had the same complaint as us. For that reason, we will probably not stay at this KOA again. It makes it hard for us that work remotely.

Site #448 was very dusty from all the traffic going up and down our road. There should be another inlet/outlet. Nearby campers were smoking marijuana and we had our grandchildren with us. Smoking pot in a campground with children should not be allowed. The worst part was our site was un-level with a drop-off in the back. Had to jump up or down an extra 2 feet to get inside or outside our trailer.

The site we were assigned in the 100 section was paved but the surface was pretty much ruined by tree roots. There had been a sewage spill prior to us that had not been cleaned up. There is now apparently a new speed rule for electric bikes; there is none. I don't think we are likely to return.

Possibly the best KOA I've ever stayed at... I've been here twice and both times, I've just loved everything about it.

This was a very beautiful campground filled with trees. The bathrooms were spotless.
