We made reservations for a trailer spot. When we arrived and went to our site, it was not long enough for our truck and trailer. There was also a tree right where we open our slide out. I called the front desk, and they gave me some other options to look out. We found another pull through site that was very nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It was great bathrooms clean and stalked. Having a laundry room is awesome. The recreation room was awesome for kids. Will camp there again.

We were in our travel trailer and our son and his family were in one of your cabins. Plenty to do. Staff was great. Grandkids were very happy! We will be back!

This was our 2nd visit within the last 6 months. During both visits the cable TV reception was horrible. Please fix this

Upon arrival the check in desk were fantastic (as usual). However a few of the people running the kids area (bikes and train) were not so pleasant. When asked to “move it” so a bike could pass by. And then train driver making a child exit the train because he thought “she cut the whole line” when our group was at the front of the line. Very unprofessional.

We come every year for spring break and we love it! Location can’t be beat, the activities at the campground keep our kids busy no matter the weather, friendly and helpful staff! We love this place!

We had a great long weekend stay at this KOA. It has so much for the kids to do, family friendly, safe and clean. The employees are all so friendly as well, like Disneyland style friendly. Definitely recommend staying here to others!

Not a good camp spot. To far away from all the activities. Didn't feel like we were in the main campground at all. Lots of walking to and from all the rest of the main campground. Spent alot of money to feel really left out of the reason we came there.

We stay here a couple times year and always enjoy it. The only complaints are people constantly walking through campsites, which I understand is not the parks fault. But maybe more signs and a reminder at check in? We had both kids and adults walking through our campsite which was even on the end. Also noticed a lot of dogs off leash and coming to our site causing our dogs who were on a leash bark

Wonderful polite helpful and informative staff members. We brought our grandchildren for spring break and they enjoyed all the activities provided also campfire's and s’more . Many memories were made on this trip. Thank you

My family and I had a good time there is a variety of activities to do as a family. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that swimming pool being a volleyball game on the shallow end so everyone could enjoy the pool. There was young ladies bringing alcohol to the hot tub and clearly don’t know how to read the signs you have all over.

We love staying at this KOA. Your fun zone staff personnel are amazing. My kids always have such a blast doing the bounce pillow, gem mining, bikes and mini golf. We were bummed to not have been able to do tie dye with our days but we still always enjoy our time there. Thank you.

Lovely park, everything about it! From the first to the last beautiful tree and the folks working there itw just a wonderful park. I would have preferred a choice about staying in what is considered long-term parking and a spot out in the general area. While it all very nice the main part of the park just seemed to be alot more active, closer to laundry and the fun.

The campground itself is a very nice place to stay. Very family oriented. The only fall is the wifi. Our new TV could not hookup to their wifi. Our tablets kept buffering. My tablet finally asked if I wanted to hook up to my cellphone for wifi. That worked. As for the TV, we had to go antenna. We got about ten channels that way. Other than the wifi problem, I would recommend this KOA campground.

Our stay was wonderful except for all the unsupervised children in the pool. Would recommend doing an adult only swim time where the parents can enjoy the pool and hot tub in peace. As well as monitoring the pool to make sure all children have parents watching them.

We really enjoyed the campground and our stay. Staff was all friendly, polite and helpful, which we appreciate. However, the indoor pool really needs some attention. The chlorine levels were way too high, which caused a lot of eye irritation, coughing and bloody noses. The hot tub has a broken jet which powerfully sprays people in the face. It has become a tradition that we get to take the grandkids there at least once a year. They always enjoy so many things that you guys offer. Whether it be the train ride, the tie-dye, or I think their most favorite the last two years is the digging for gold! Thank you as always for helping make her stay amazing!

Very clean, employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sites are very nice, roomy and easy to access. My only complaint is that I had no cell phone access from this KOA. I have never run into this issue when we have stayed here. I was not able to use my hotspot. I have Verizon as my carrier and have not had any issue in the past. Was not able to access KOA network.

This was a great summer spot for me and my family I hope to come here again and I want to appreciate holly, braylin, Jacob, Carly, Jeff, and Steven you guys are awesome and the employees at the fun zone were so kind to me and my friends and family

Great location, spots are pretty close to each other throughout the park, so be prepared for limited privacy. On the main driveways, I would be cautious a few of the main driveways are marked as one way directions on one side of the driveway, but on the opposite of the same driveway are two way, so it really causes confusion and backups, especially during check in time. Great staff and service. I went to the main office to report an issue with our electrical, and they had a repair person at our site before I could even get back to the site. A one man BBQ take out only restaurant is on site, attached to the smaller store next to the outdoor pool. Service is slow since it's the one person, but if you aren't in a rush, it's pretty good. If you are in a tent or a non-hard side trailer like a popup or hybrid, can be a bit of noise with all of the kids and close quarters, so would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
