Staff was amazing, super friendly. Sites are small & close with no privacy, but that's expected. My only complaint is the street lights. The street light across the road from our site 417 was extremely bright and lit up the entire inside of our trailer at night. We had to hang towels over all our windows to keep the light out so we could sleep, which is crazy. Otherwise everything else was good.

We stayed in site 133 for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. The site was so bad with tree roots we could not find a good spot to put chairs. Very disappointed in this site. Warrenton KOA is on the expensive side and to not be able to use your site for sitting around was disappointing.

Your staff was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted and thanked everywhere we went at the resort and the server at the BBQ restaurant offered to make another batch of pancakes even though we arrived after the designated breakfast time. The resort was clean and well stocked with everything we'd forgotten to bring and the kids loved all the fun activities. Thanks again for a super fun weekend!

11am is early for a campsite checkout. There is no need for a 5 hour turnover when it’s outdoor camping spots. A family with children to feed and pets and a trailer to load up it’s just not enjoyable with that early of a checkout time. We probably will not come back due to this.

Loud parties at multiple campsites were allowed to continue well past 11pm. Without cell service (the WiFi provided didn’t work either) there was no way to contact staff about the loud guests. We kept hoping a staff member would step in, but it never happened. Pools and bathroom were overcrowded, lots of trash at our tent site, aging amenities.

The place was nice enough but I don’t think there was enough free things to do for the price that was paid. Some of the activities you had to pay for, I already paid outrageous prices to be here. The 4$ tshirt shouldn’t be 12$ for my child to decorate. Or the peddle carts 10$ to ride for 30mins. Just seemed silly when they boast about everything there is to do on why the prices are higher.

This was our first KOA experience and the bar was set very high. We had such a great stay. Super clean campground, great location and awesome amenities. Staff was super friendly and the activities were a blast. . We can’t wait to come back.

It was ok. Not happy about having to pay $6 extra for my dogs when I found leftover dog poop in my site. Pick up for my own but in middle of site and also along edge where people walk their dogs. Guess that could be excused but not in middle of site. Rest ok and good for kids but I didn’t need all your extras you charge for. Other than that it was an ok stay. Friendly staff. Great activities for kids. Only downside is noise after sundown..with little kids 9am is as late as they can stay up and quiet hours don't start until later and are not heavily enforced

First stay and we are already planning our next. Thank you for such an awesome experience! Everyone was happy and kind. The driver of the train on Friday made all the kiddos so happy (they loved the cookies). Movie night and karaoke was a blast too! Grays had a great breakfast as well! The park is beautiful with lots of trees. However, we were so far away from the facilities without the ability to use a vehicle since it was attached to our trailer so we did not get to use anything. Also, I think you’re overpriced. There is a state park right across the street. That’s half the price. Had we been aware of it? We would’ve stayed there.

Had a very negative interaction with the staff. Several of them out of uniform staff stepping out into traffic blocking us as we drove by at 6MPH in a posted 5MPH zone. When attempting to explain to the staff that we were only going 1MPH. They rudely interrupted and said “we’re employees here if you don’t like it you can leave”. Great stay . Very friendly helpful staff!! We’ve stayed here many times before but the first time without an RV and a little unsure about staying in a cabin however. The facilities were excellent and clean. We are now thinking of booking for a pre Christmas trip.

we had a great time. the staff was very friendly. our kids had a blast. My only complaint is that I booked two cabins, one for my family and one for my sister's family, and was disappointed that the cabins were not next to each other.

Definitely a kid~oriented KOA; perfect location for families However, the EVENING noise level was over the top..2:00AM. I reported to office but was instructed to call during the commotion. Needless to say, I was NOT going to make a 2:00AM call Seems possible a "heads-up" to the noted party about 10:00PM policy would have been an easy fix. Great activities, the indoor and outdoor pool kept the kids entertained. The club house had a good variety of games and the BBQ caterer was so good. I recommend the pulled pork nachos.

As always, it was great! Only suggestion would be to have the outdoor pool under a coded lock. The current handles are very easy for little kids to open. While sitting a the pool, 2 young children were able to walk right in with no adult (the parent was coming, but still a ways a way). Or if a young child walked away from their campsite, they could potentially get into the pool with no one know

I brought 3 teenagers and we enjoyed our stay. Very friendly. We used the bike rentals and that staff member was fantastic. I used the doggie park quite a bit and it would be nice to give it a refresh and or expansion as quite a few people used it.

For our friends with Kids or grandkids camping with them I would give it a 10. There are lots of things to do and the effort put in to keep them entertained was impressive. If we were camping without Kids it would be rated a little lower. For us the space between units was tight but managable (we were in the 400 units). The staff was friendly and helpful.

2nd year in a row staying at this KOA, we LOVE it. We had the deluxe cabin this time and wow, they had everything we could possibly need. Can't wait for next year.

As always, the KOA in Warrenton is a great place to stay. I feel safe, my property is safe and they do a good job of keeping the fish cleaning station in good working order. Thank you to whoever purchased the new hose and nozzle. That was a welcome surprise!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was perfect and centrally located for the activities for our kids and the restrooms/showers. We always love coming to this KOA and we will definitely be back again soon!

The cabin we rented for my daughter and her family had several bats in it. They moved her family to a second cabin which also had bats. Refunding us 25% of one night is absolutely not an acceptable resolution. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer care regarding this issue. It is not unreasonable to expect that your cabin will be clean and safe with no bats!
