Great place with a ton of amenities, perfect for kids! BBQ place on site, 2 stores, beautiful grounds. We like the shady spots in the trees, some pull thru spots are in full sun. (Those spots are more level though.) We ran all over the Oregon coast from there, it’s close to so many things. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Staff is amazing and so friendly. Everything is kept in tip top shape and sparkly clean. We’ve been coming here every summer for the last 4 years and have 0 complaints. One thing I have to complain about is it’s so hard to leave. Also shout out to grays bbq for amazing food and service.

We love our stays here. We've been coming here for 25 years plus. The people are friendly and very accommodating, and one of our favorite things is Grays Comfort Q Bbq for breakfast. The man that runs it is incredibly friendly and kind. The food is great and it's so nice to not have to cook. The outdoor pool walking surface is incredibly hard on the feet, and there should be a restroom

The spot I was given wasn't clearly defined to the neighboring spot. I set up a tent on what clearly looked like my site and definitely not impeding anyone else's area. After 4 days of a 7 day trip of it being there, I was asked to move it for some reason. On day 6 someone moved into that other site. It was a major hassle. Never good when a subjective protocol overrides common sense.

They put us in the 400 section, which felt like the "ghetto": all gravel, dusty and segregated from the rest. They shut off the water in the 400s 2.5 days and into the morning of departure. Yes, they sent texts with updates, and it wasn't their fault, but they should have sent a water truck to deliver water for our tanks. We paid for FHU, got partial with no refund. I will never stay there again.

My pup & I had a very nice stay here. It was very quiet after 10pm. Everybody was very nice & respectful. The staff at the registration office were all very helpful & polite. This KOA is very close to Cannon Beach & Seaside. Great affordable place to stay to explore three beach cities and more.

You have a lovely place. The bathrooms and showers were gorgeous. Your Wi-Fi was spotty. Now I’m not a huge Wi-Fi user on vacation except for at night when we sit down to enjoy a little TV so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me but it is annoying.

3 nights stay. Very nice campgrounds. Clean bathroom and shower. Staff very organized and helpful.

Clean areas everywhere, fun environment, I felt safe letting my kiddo roam with her friends. The only part that slightly confused me was when the couple to the left of our cabin at first was loudly swearing and fighting, and then loudly physically affirming their love, let’s put it that way. But that is more on them, and I should have called staff, only the office was closed. Oh well.

Would be a 5 if the wifi worked. I work on the road and had to ride into town to get anything done. Also, koa may want to think about an adults only section. It was so loud with kids at the pool until a bit passed 9pm :-( . If i can only go 5 mph the same applies to all the electric bikes, scooters etc etc. fitting up an down the road all day. The cabin was really nice and so were all the staff.

Not happy about having to beg to move to a comparable site when we had no water service. I had planned on enjoying the evening by the indoor pool and hot tub but instead had to come to the office and deal with that and then had to pick up camp and move to another site and set up again. This is a KOA resort, customer service should’ve come first. We should’ve been offered another site immediate

We apologize for the inconvenience. An unexpected emergency water line break that required immediate attention temporarily affected the water service in your loop. While many guests just chose to remain in place during the repairs, we did promptly accommodate your request to move to another site.

very well maintained KOA,very spacious. We have a 33ft 5th wheel and we fit perfectly in the pull through and some back in spots,plenty to do and is close to everything.We come here every year for soccer in the sand.

brought the 5th wheel here. Amenities were great! The layout of the campground was great, easy to navigate big rigs. Sense of family at the camp was very nice. Great food as well from Sean Grey! Thank you for helping make our family vacation an actual vacation!

We have been coming for about 7 years now every summer to stay and enjoy time with our grandkids. We really enjoy this KOA with all the amenities you have to offer. Our only GRIPE is that many of the other camper speed through the camp ground. This is dangerous. The speed signs are NOT large enough and there are not enough of the sings nor are they the correct color to stand out and be noticed.

Exceptional Service we could not of been happier. Midway through our stay we had to leave due to medical tests. And the dude that runs the barbecue is one of the nicest persons I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my 73 years.

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, puttputt golf, magic show, bounce pad and volleyball. Would be fun to have a hot tub outside and flatter area for firepit and tents.

Camp site #306 was extremely unlevel and our tent trailer sat at a -5 degrees during our stay.

Overall good place, wish the sites weren’t as dusty and had grass instead so we wouldn’t have dirt and dust all over our shoes.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our site was wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. What would keep me from going back is how fast people were driving. It made us feel incredibly unsafe with our kids. I didn't see anyone enforcing the speed limit. There are far too many kids around to not take this seriously.

We had a wonderful time as we always do. This time we went was right after school got out and it was everyone's kickoff to summer so it was packed. Lots of kids and dogs and people running around everywhere. We love this KOA in particular so we will always be going back. But will try and choose a time when it wasn't so crowded.

It was great! The only thing that was hard was the lack of water spigots. We stayed in KK36 and the water spigot was on our neighbor to the left. It was right where their fire pit and table were. Fortunately it was vacant but if someone had been there it would have been super awkward to use the spigot. It would be great if each cabin could have their own, similar to how the other cabins do. Thx!!

We had a great stay at this KOA! We have 3 kids aged 3, 4, 8. There were so many activities, peddle carts, movie nights, general store, indoor and outdoor pool, bouncy place, mining. We stayed in a cabin with a kitchen and full bathroom, but there are lots of lodging options. I know a lot of people don't do the same camp site twice in the PNW, but I think we will for sure be back!

I have one complaint about our stay. It seems that everything comes at an extra cost, which seemed very unreasonable at times. We have family in the area and asked that they come to our campsite for dinner. I expected maybe a visitor parking fee, but it cost them 7.50 per person. They only came for dinner, not to use pool or any other facilities. Very disappointing. 3 guests were infants too.

We had an amazing time. There was so much to do and all the activities were fun and easy to do. We went to the s’mores activity building and the staff were so helpful guiding us through the activities. The cabin we stayed in was great. Just enough room and even had a porch swing. The bathrooms were clean and the store had some items we needed that we had forgotten. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great summer spot for me and my family I hope to come here again and I want to appreciate holly, braylin, Jacob, Carly, Jeff, and Steven you guys are awesome and the employees at the fun zone were so kind to me and my friends and family

Great location, spots are pretty close to each other throughout the park, so be prepared for limited privacy. On the main driveways, I would be cautious a few of the main driveways are marked as one way directions on one side of the driveway, but on the opposite of the same driveway are two way, so it really causes confusion and backups, especially during check in time. Great staff and service. I went to the main office to report an issue with our electrical, and they had a repair person at our site before I could even get back to the site. A one man BBQ take out only restaurant is on site, attached to the smaller store next to the outdoor pool. Service is slow since it's the one person, but if you aren't in a rush, it's pretty good. If you are in a tent or a non-hard side trailer like a popup or hybrid, can be a bit of noise with all of the kids and close quarters, so would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This place was amazing!! Great location, amenities and very friendly people and staff. I would definitely recommend. Tent sites are very nice and private, wagons are supplied which are helpful to bring all your gear in. Close walk to bathrooms and showers.
