I have been going to this KOA for over 20 years, it has gone down hill. I had cabin #12 and the Cabin next to me was under construction. I came to R&R and i hear saws and nail guns, and hammers. Not happy. I came to get away from the city and found out the city was going to be next door. the Pool area is dirty, it use to be clean, the pool had black stuff on the bottom.

The person at the reception desk was genuinely nice and extremely helpful; and the park itself was great. The only negative was the email that I received after my booking, following my request for a quiet & secluded location. The park was almost empty, and yet, I was told to use the site guarantee offer for an extra $20, to secure a unique spot, "and" that you folks were a family-oriented resort?

Our second time at this location. Staff are friendly, great amenities for winter camping and location near the state park is excellent.

cabin that we stayed in was nice like before but the heat unit in the front room would not heat any warmer that 66 no matter what temp the thermostat was set to. the jacuzzi water level was too low. one of the jets was exposed and shooting across the top of the water and just splashing

It was short. However the place was clean and ready when we showed up. Staff was very helpful since we arrived late during check in. Did get our bundles of wood but it all worked out in the end

We appreciated the winter rate, but unlike other places we actually got less. My kid wanted to go for her birthday and was sad to find so few activities in the activity room. We had fun at the pool. A lot of people go to this location for sports, so even some unsupervised crafts would be nice. Or just run an early movie on the weekend. We had fun, but it just could have been better. Great service!

The cabins themselves were nice and clean, but the sleeping pads were extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere created by staff driving around in the KOA trucks and ATVs. They never smiled and often stared at us in a way that felt like we were doing something wrong. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming vibe.

Enjoyed every minute even while in the rain, the staff are so kind and attentive to your needs. Kids always have a blast and I can relax knowing they are having fun any place they choose to play here. Thank you so much we appreciate this place.

We had a great time. The campground was clean and safe with fun family options. Staff were kind and helpful, including promptly fixing an rv hookup issue we had during our stay.

Appreciate early arrival offered. Unfortunately not able to take advantage of it waiting for kids to get out of school. Departure day, as a single parent i had to get the RV ready. Kids wanted 1 round of golf with me before leaving. Because it took until 11 to get ready we were told we had to go and could not play a round. Told it was busy even though over half the sites were empty. Kids were sad

This was our second annual camp out with friends. The first thing I noticed is the presence of staff working hard and keeping the grounds clean. The front desk staff our friendly and welcoming. The amenities we don’t use this time of the year; BUT my grandkids will love it. We plan to bring our rig again with them in summer. Prices are fair. Clean and well maintained.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Clean restrooms and cabin. I really appreciated the heater was on before we got there so the cabin was nice and warm.

I got a cabin separate from my daughter and her family. Very close to her though. It was perfect. I noticed loads of staff cleaning, picking up garbage and keeping an eye on everything, it seemed. The cabin was fab, clean. The mattress was comfortable on the bunks. The camp was quiet at night. Restrooms were impeccable. Fabulous handicap shower. And I got a Birds Eye view of the elk as I departed

Nobody else here! Except for work crews & maintenance, there were maybe 5-10 campers spread out through this large campground. I can see the potential here, lots of cabins, play areas, two pools, etc. - but most needed a lot of maintenance. The hookups were quite old, but they did work (at least ours did). The pads in the 100 section nearly all have roots coming from under them. Clerks were nice.

Both the cabins were awesome! We had the Super Lodge and the Deluxe Studio. Very clean and well maintained. Customer service was great. I really liked texting with the customer service representative before the arrival.

The campground was well kept and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that maybe a small step stool or something for a kiddo to stand on to wash their hands. The bathroom sinks are pretty tall and my 4 year old could not reach the water so was constantly moving a chair around. We stayed in one of your gorgeous cabins. Thank you and we will be back

Had such a wonderful stay! The little cabin was small but amazing and really clean! The amenities were so fun and the staff were so kind and helpful (one of them even helped with my son's broken bike)! The pool and hottub was great (a little too much on the chemicals but clean!) And my kids and I had a blast! We will definitely be back!

I was unhappy with my stay. I searched all over looking for seclusion. I reserved your secluded sites that are walk in only to find out when I got there they were closed. I was then told that the two sites next to mine weren’t available so that I would be secluded. Not true I didn’t sleep for 2 nights because campers kept showing up. I recommend keeping your website up 2 date. I left a day ear

This was a great summer spot for me and my family I hope to come here again and I want to appreciate holly, braylin, Jacob, Carly, Jeff, and Steven you guys are awesome and the employees at the fun zone were so kind to me and my friends and family

Great location, spots are pretty close to each other throughout the park, so be prepared for limited privacy. On the main driveways, I would be cautious a few of the main driveways are marked as one way directions on one side of the driveway, but on the opposite of the same driveway are two way, so it really causes confusion and backups, especially during check in time. Great staff and service. I went to the main office to report an issue with our electrical, and they had a repair person at our site before I could even get back to the site. A one man BBQ take out only restaurant is on site, attached to the smaller store next to the outdoor pool. Service is slow since it's the one person, but if you aren't in a rush, it's pretty good. If you are in a tent or a non-hard side trailer like a popup or hybrid, can be a bit of noise with all of the kids and close quarters, so would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
