Didn’t expect the Halloween activity. That put it over the top. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and are planning to come back.

So many fun activities for the kids! We were busy all day long and my niece was so exhausted by the end of the trip that she slept all the way home to Portland

Clean, quiet, fun activities. Would love it if there was an adult-only hour on the bounce-pillow and mini golf for us empty-nesters. :)

Our site was private and spacious. From check in to shopping for souvenirs and snacks at the store; every employee we met were super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful with a ton of recreation. The pool and restrooms were spotless. We will definitely be returning.

We all had a great time. Showers were very clean. The pool could have been cleaner, lots of sand on the bottom when it opened in the morning. All in all we were very happy with our stay and all of the fun things to do with the kids. We have already made our reservations for next year. :)

We have stayed at a lot of KOAs across the country. While this KOA has great amenities, it's not suitable for our family due to lack of true ADA accessibility and staff unwilling/unable to allow us to verify cabin suitability for our wheelchair bound son. We also dealt with extremely disruptive neighbors and no enforcement of rules. Unfortunately, we’ll be staying elsewhere next time in the area

Kids had a blast. The pool was a huge hit as we spent a lot of our time there. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities for the kids. The only issue we had regularly was people freely walking through our campsite, even during meals. I didn’t know how to stop it. Other than that our stay was fantastic

Always a great stay at this KOA. This was our 2nd year coming in October to experience halloween fun. My daughter had a blast with the costume parade , trick or treating, haunted cove and SAB activities. Cabin was clean facilities were clean. Great quick trip!

We reserved a 45-80 ft site, and they had us in a 40’ site. They said it would be another $59 to go to the size we we had reserved. The staff in the store and office were rude and not trying to be accommodating to anyone.

very pleasantly surprised by the halloween then but loved it, this is a great campground in a great location just very few little;le complaints , the site could have been a ,little more level, and the showers could use maybe a small mirror and some more shelves we will definetly be back

The staff is so friendly and they go above to make everyone’s stay perfect. I love their texting system, they are very quick with their responses. The Haunted Cove is amazing and all the activities too!

We came down for one of Halloween weekends. The campsite decorations, kids activities, haunted trail were all exceptional. I'd guess we had 150 to 200 trick or treaters. We even got a quick soak in before we left.

This was our first time staying at any KOA. Ee came during the Halloween festivities. We had such a great time, very clean campground, lots of activities and fun for adults and kids!

I stayed in the Studio Cabin and found it to meet my needs for the four nights I stayed there. Although the cabin can sleep up to 4 people, I would not recommend it for a family of four unless the weather is dry and warm, allowing for time outside. The bunk beds are good for storing gear. The shower was a bit small, but it did suffice. Overall, I was pleased.

I brought my family and grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. We loved the fire pit and the cabins. It was lovely. We had fun playing miniture golf, swimming and being at our cabin.

We started in a Cabin with No bathroom. Hard on us bc my son is Autistic & has IBS so I went in the next morning and upgraded us to a Cabin with a bathroom in it. Honestly it was nice to have a bathroom and Microwave/Fridge but 4 the extra $145 we paid I expected more like actual dishes, dish soap, a sponge to wash with. I think that $50/$60 more should b enough. Staff was wonderful though

KOA Warrenton is a wonderful campground for families. Very organized layout with a variety of activities for everyone. We would stay there again and bring family members and friends.

A negative was that the cabin was remarkably dirty. Floors hadn't been swept all summer I suspect, and not washed since before that possibly. Additionally, when we arrived there was a bat in residence who we had to persuade to leave. Other than that, very happy with our stay, so thankful for a warm dry place to spend a few rainy days.

Love staying here but this time my cabin was so dusty. Every corner had a family of spiders and the backs of tv’s have never been dusted. My son was sneezing the whole time we were there. I paid almost $400 was hoping for a clean cabin

Amazing. Only aspect I’m upset about is the fact that we didn’t try out KOA sooner. My kids had the most fun, not a dull moment the whole trip. Well worth what we paid, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and before we made it home we were already planning our next trip! We even left an item in our cabin and were contacted SO FAST. Amazing campground, awesome hosts, everything was awesom

We have stayed there with family every year for 5-6 years. You have finally priced us out. Way too expensive AND my grandsons bike was stolen. So no…probably not coming back

KOA's reservation software could use some improvements, as it appears franchisees don't get all the info they need. The PAVED pull-through site we were assigned, which we paid a lot for, required us to unhook, unpack the leveling blocks, walk through mud on the site and clean up dog doo from the previous site occupants in order to get to the hookups. :-( Plus one star for clean bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at Warrenton / Seaside KOA Resort! Everything was great, clean, comfortable, and very family friendly. The staff was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that this is already our second time staying here, and we definitely want to come back again. Thank you for such a great experience!
