I booked 3 days in advance but never notified the pool was down for repairs. It said we could have up to 8 adults. However, when my kids stopped by for a couple hours to see us, we had to pay extra. Didn't see anything about that either! Very narrow driveway to campsite for any long RVS.

It seems the campground has gone downhill since our group first started coming 3 years ago. The pool was not working, grass was not mowed, and the trees on some of the sites could be trimmed so branches are not hanging on the campers.

The staff was Super friendly! We loved the layout of the campground and the entertainment was Excellent! We did not like the narrow areas to back into for each site that were between some decently deep culverts. The site size was fantastic though. Also not thrilled about needing 50 feet of water and electrical line, luckily we had both.

VERY disappointed that the pool was not up and running. Then, when we asked about it, we were lied to when we were told that a mass e-mail was sent to everyone stating that it wouldn't be open. Our group checked their emails and no such e-mail. NO NEED TO LIE!!!! It would be nice to see them put some money back into the campground. It could use upgrades!!

We didn’t find out the pool wasn’t going to be open until we got to the park. There was no reimbursement for this which is a huge reason we come to that park. Also the drives around the park stayed muddy the whole time. You need to invest in something different so we can take walks wo a pool to use. Highly disappointed in the lack of good events for the kids without a pool. We will not be back

Kinda bs that the pull wasn’t open and was never a mention of it til we got there I get maintenance has to be done but the weather has been really nice and should of been done before the memorial weekend when it’s really busy

Staff was very nice. One man even helped me find a bolt to fix a chair. The band was awesome. Generally a nice campground all around. We stay here several times a year.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The pool was closed and we were not notified before we got there. Not happy at all about that. We were never offered anything but an apology for that. They could’ve compensated something. They also hit my card 3 times for the remaining balance of our stay. Thank goodness we had the funds on there for their computer glitch. Nice big spots.

Staff is good but campground is lacking. Stayed 2 days and lost electricity 3 times. Sites are all grass so leveling is difficult. Pool closed for maintenance on Memorial Day weekend but wasn’t posted prior to booking. KOA stays are pricey anyway.

90% of the koa is parking grass sites. Nicely taken care of and mowed. My camper sank down into the wet grass and I had a great difficulty getting leveled up. We stayed for five nights. Even after leveling it continued to sink and lean out of level during those five nights.

May 3-5th, 2024; First time booking at this KOA and not impressed! A month into the camping season and there was a lot of vacancy, and maintenance seems to be a huge issue. The Grass was horrible, very high, not mowed, and dead grass laying all through campsites. The office staff was helpful in letting us change our site to a patio instead of grass site. Definitely NOT up to KOA standards.

This was our first KOA stay. The staff was awesome and loaned me a rake for grass mounds in site. I think the staff was going in many directions trying to catchup with the grass after long bouts with rain. Mounds of grass, grass up to the table tops, and many empty flat gravel sites open - but they would not let us go there even after we offered to pay more. The campground was 20% full.

Upon arrival the grass throughout the whole campground was extremely high with rows of dead grass clippings in each and every site.. The grass under the picnic tables was as high as the seats and was obvious they had not been moved to be mow since sometime last season. After contacting the office and some workers, they did come down and did their best to clean the site up as best they could.

Very nice, staff was friendly. Grass was a little high, but it had been very rainy the previous weeks so it couldn’t be mowed. Restrooms very clean, nice game room.

We came to visit nearby family and witness the eclipse. We arrived after some heavy rain, and the narrow roads and tight turns required to access the trailer sites made it difficult to stay out of the mud. I almost got stuck, but staff were very accommodating and helped us get into a drier spot. In general, the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Staff was friendly. Restrooms were neglected. There was poop on the floor in one stall and poop all over the toilet in the other stall. This was that way from Monday evening thru check out Tuesday morning. There are plenty of campgrounds in the area that make it difficult to want to return to this one. I wish I had a better review but I wasn't impressed with this location at all.

Nice park, large sites. Friendly staff. They need to put stone or asphalt for campsite pads. It was very wet and campers had trouble. As with all KOA's investing in maintenance is always a good thing.

Campground is undergoing a lot of renovation/upkeep which currently gives it a poor ambience. Significant attention needs to be paid to water management/drainage. The late check-in policy was not accurate and resulted in parking in the parking lot overnight for late arrivals. The shop was under-stocked for the start of the season. Staff were very nice, the grounds were clean.

We’ve been staying at this campground for many years and we LOVE it. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! The resort manager, Erica is very kind and accommodating. The park has come a long way! Looking forward to next season

Not impressed; likely not stay again, but family insisted staying next year. Upsetting despite paid reservation for June '24, was told "compute may optimize" me out to another site if someone "more desirable for larger RV" wanted my site, breaking up family group, unless additional $10 fee was paid!!, Really!! What good is reservation? Does KOA "Keep On Adding'" fees?; not happy camping!

Very nice park, nice and clean. All the people were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was having to listen to someone's leaf blower for two and a half hours after I got there..

We had a decent time. I think for it being a Halloween bash it could have been more organized and had more for the price to camp there. Also for how much it is I think the Sunday morning breakfast should be free. The way it was worded sounded like it was free so we went up with our kids just to be told it was 5 dollars for a little sandwich so we went back to our camper and made our own.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our issue was with the aesthetics of the park. We were surprised to see falling down structures, taped off with caution tape. There were many useless/unused areas that “used to be” one thing or another, that have been left standing for years and are an eyesore. We hoped to see a better park when KOA came. We were underwhelmed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the adult lounge on a hot and humid day. I camped in my Rv not the cabins so I did not rate the rooms. Camp site was very spacious. Pool was refreshing. The store is nice but the door closest to the parking needs repaired. You have to use the other door on the side. I will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The staff were extremely friendly. We really liked the spacious camp sites and the fun feel to the campground. The pool was perfect to cool down and had seating with umbrellas available.
