Campground is undergoing a lot of renovation/upkeep which currently gives it a poor ambience. Significant attention needs to be paid to water management/drainage. The late check-in policy was not accurate and resulted in parking in the parking lot overnight for late arrivals. The shop was under-stocked for the start of the season. Staff were very nice, the grounds were clean.

We’ve been staying at this campground for many years and we LOVE it. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! The resort manager, Erica is very kind and accommodating. The park has come a long way! Looking forward to next season

Not impressed; likely not stay again, but family insisted staying next year. Upsetting despite paid reservation for June '24, was told "compute may optimize" me out to another site if someone "more desirable for larger RV" wanted my site, breaking up family group, unless additional $10 fee was paid!!, Really!! What good is reservation? Does KOA "Keep On Adding'" fees?; not happy camping!

Very nice park, nice and clean. All the people were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was having to listen to someone's leaf blower for two and a half hours after I got there..

We had a decent time. I think for it being a Halloween bash it could have been more organized and had more for the price to camp there. Also for how much it is I think the Sunday morning breakfast should be free. The way it was worded sounded like it was free so we went up with our kids just to be told it was 5 dollars for a little sandwich so we went back to our camper and made our own.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our issue was with the aesthetics of the park. We were surprised to see falling down structures, taped off with caution tape. There were many useless/unused areas that “used to be” one thing or another, that have been left standing for years and are an eyesore. We hoped to see a better park when KOA came. We were underwhelmed.

We were not given a choice even though many sites were not taken. The site we were assigned was on a corner, unlevel, near a home, and no shade. Most employees were friendly. First stay at this KOA would have been better had it not been for poor site.

Great Stay at this location! Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. This was the 1st time we had used our trailer and the staff helped me park at the site and even lent me some needed power cords. Thank You for the stay and we will see you again in the near future.

Not happy that those of us who decided to stay thru Tuesday did not have the option to use the pool in the 90 degree weather on Monday. There were still quite a few campers and didn't have the choice to enjoy the pool since again it wasn't open on the holiday.

There is a huge problem with the water pressure and temperatures. The showers themselves are nice enough but I was trying to shower a 3 year old and the water temperature would not regulate. It was either ice cold or scalding hot, never able to get a warm temperature. Then one time there would be water pressure and then there would be no water at all. Not a good experience!

Not very happy pool was very dirty and green. To meany dogs barking at 6 in the morning. Left a day early because of the dogs and pool came here so we could use the pool and could not. The staff was the only good thing about the park

Place was clean and well maintained. Camo sites where easy to back into. The only issue we had was the pool was closed on Labor Day which was an extremely hot day ( 89). It's one of the main reasons we picked this koa was that it had a place to escape the heat.

We were put in a permanent spot way in the back witch they mowed right before we got in witch was nice the staff was great. We did book last minute but the site was dirty with mud and dust and apples everywhere for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it.

We love it here. We have decided to stay on permanently. We are moving to our new site on Monday. It became a little confusing when we decided to stay on. We were double charged for some of the time. I caught the mistake and brought it to their attention. They were very nice and refunded my money right away. We love all the actuvities and how quiet it is. The employees are all very nice.

We stay here often. Very nice campground but the staff is the real gem. They are always nice and very helpful. We enjoy the staff as much as the campground

The sites are all grass. 4 campers share the same electric and water pole. 2 of the campers have to put the electric and water hoses under their camper and go to the opposite side to reach the pole. Not a very good arrangement. One of our campers got stuck in a ditch for over an hour because the campground workers miss guided him into his spot.

The Andover/Pymatuning Lake KOA was very nice overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a patio site which was a luxury, only four patio sites however! The swimming pool is showing it's age and could use some updating. We enjoyed many of the activities, DJ on Saturday night, movie night, Sunday morning breakfast, camp store, and wish we could have done the tye dye shirts! Nice!

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
