Pool is subject to close for maintenance and staffing.
Lifeguards are required to be on duty by Ohio State Law.

Your Arrival

Follow the check in flag upon arrival. On high volume weekends, we will assist you at the gatehouse so that you do not have to exit your vehicle. On low volume weekends, we will assist you in the General Store for check in. If you are arriving late or after-hours, welcome packets are in our Late Arrival box located at our store front. Please pull into our pull-through drive to locate the box. Arrivals are in order by last name. Our sites are back-in only, each site is a sewer site. If you need assistance, please call our after-hours phone 234-308-3767.

Reservation and Refund Policy

Advance reservations are strongly recommended. We follow KOA's national cancellation policy. A deposit equal to at least your first night's stay is required to guarantee your campsite or cabin.Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 440-273-3431 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation Deadlines:
  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking. Cancellation Details:
  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
  • Early Departures are non-refundable for unused nights.

Park Insight

We are blessed with large sites, so please remember a minimum of 50 ft for your water, sewer, and electrical hook-ups. These are highly recommended and necessary. We do offer a small selection at our general store.

Camp site check in time is 1:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Registration and Visitors

All guests and visitors must register at the store when entering the campground. Two adults and two children are included in the base camping rate. Additional overnight and day guests may be added to your reservation or pay for a day pass upon arrival. Rates are $7 per adult $5 per child except Holidays and Special Events. Day visitors to your site are welcome to stay until 9:00 pm. 2 vehicles are permitted on each site. Please ask the store or gatehouse for guest parking. It is the campers responsibility to inform your guest of campground guidelines.

Quiet Hours

Quite hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please quiet music/radios at this time, but remember to be mindful of your music volume at all times. All children 17 years and younger must return to their site by 9:00 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Disturbances after quiet hours will not be tolerated.

Camper Etiquette

We are a family campground and are inclusive to all of our campers. Alcohol is permitted in the campground, however, all adult beverages need to be kept in a cover or cup at all times. No drinks are allowed in pool area. Excessive drinking, explicit language and/ or drug use will not be tolerated. Proper attire must be maintained at all times. Please respect all campers and their spaces. Please do not walk or cross other camper's sites. Please respect and maintain a reasonable distance from other campers and children while smoking. There are several cigarette butt receptacles throughout the campground for your use. Please keep all pets on a leash, or within a visible fenced in area. Excessive barking and aggression are not tolerated. All owners are responsible for picking up after their pets for safety and sanitary reasons. There are several doggie pots throughout the campground for your use.

Pets

All pets must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of 6ft or within a visible fenced area at your site. ELECTRONIC LEASHES AND FENCES DO NOT QUALIFY.  Please clean up after your pets to avoid a clean up charge. Well behaved animals are always welcome. Noisy, aggressive animals are prohibited.

Speed Limit - 5 MPH

Speed limit is 5 MPH. Please be advised everyone must follow the 5 MPH to help protect our kids and pets. Speed limit is strictly enforced.

Firewood Policy

No outside firewood is permitted on the campground. This is to help stop the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer. Help protect our Ash trees! (visit www.ohioagriculture.gov/eab or you can call 1-800-OHIO-EAB) We do sell firewood and are happy to deliver it right to your site until 10pm!

Boats

No boats are permitted on sites. Please register your boat with the front desk and ask about boat parking. Spots with electric to charge your boat are available for a fee. Please let our staff know if you have a pontoon boat, as you will require assistance to get through the gate.

Golf Carts

Guests bringing golf carts need to register all carts at the store during check in. You will need to provide proof of insurance and all drivers must be valid driver's license holders, NO EXCEPTIONS. The cost for a golf cart is $7.00 a day or $150 for the season.

Smoking

No smoking/ vaping is allowed in buildings rentals or pool area. Place cigarette butts in proper receptacles, not on the ground. Please respect campers and children's spaces while smoking.

Campfires

Campfires must be contained in fire rings at all times. Please do not leave them unattended. (Please note in rentals you can NOT move the fire ring. Placing a fire ring over underground wires is a $200.00 charge.)

Photography and Filming

You may appear in pictures or film that may be used in advertising, news reporting, public relations or other activities regarding the campground. Reservations at the campground or a visitor's pass constitute your consent for Travel Resorts of America to use any pictures or films it deems appropriate without payment, inspection, or review.
