Cabins were grossly overpriced. The smell when we walked in was over powering. There were ants,but beside that it was fairly clean.The water smelled really bad and was way to hot. The heat didn’t work and when reported it no one came to check on it.There was no Wi-Fi so no smart tv and cell reception was not very good.The beds were only fulls should have been bigger.Staff was courteous and polit

DO NOT RENT A CABIN from here!!! I've stayed at quite a few KOA'S and this one is the absolute worst one. We were supposed to stay for Memorial weekend Thursday through Monday however we left after one night with a full refund. Let's just say (because I'm limited on space) that we looked at every single cabin and they were either infested with roaches, falling apart or the furnaces didn't work.

The cabins are very nicely spaced apart. They are very clean inside and out. I love there's where you can go to be alone and walk around. I also love that they have central air which is very a plus for me. The only bad thing is they don't tell you that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday so you can't call. And trying to get a hold of them is very very difficult.

Our stay was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Our stay next year will be 5 days instead of 3. Our girls had a wonderful time and the cabin was more than accommodating. It provided everything we needed and there was a Walmart just 24 min away for anything we forgot. We are already looking forward to next year.

Stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The campgrounds are pretty well maintained and our cabin was spotless and well stocked with all necessities. The pool was very nice and clean. Being mid week there were nothing going on which is what I expected. Josh was more that helpful from the time we arrived till departure. The store is closed on Mon and Tues and somewhat short hours. Closes @ 5pm. *****!

Booked the overpriced cabin because of the kids activities. I even called 2 weeks before was assured everything chocolate weekend and pool activities. Pool closed sunday. No activities at all. This is a deceptive practice. Your office manager needs customer service school. I should get money back.

We had a nice stay. The cabin was very clean, the shower house was very clean. The only problem they did not have any activities for kids for the holiday weekend. and the store was never open. We went to get ice cream at 7:40 p.m on Sat night and the store was closed. it said it was supposed to be open unitl 8.

Had 2 families in 2 cabins, 4 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had an amazing time. Kids had non stop fun. The two employees we dealt with were extremely nice and very accommodating. They made our time there much better. Thank you

The cabins were fine but a bit pricy. We were told there was a pool and WFI when we called to make our reservation. The pool was not open due to some issues and the WIFI was very weak. The cabin was clean and the grounds were well kept.

Stayed 10 days in a cabin. The cabin had everything we needed, was roomy, immaculately clean. The leaves were in full fall color, a better display than we saw anywhere else during our stay.

It was a wonderful stay, the cottage barn was very clean and it looked like it was all remodeled. The weather was great and the whole staff was very polite and accommodating. Thank you for the very nice stay.

They said their pool was open 7 days a week. We went on Monday at noon and there was a sign they are only open Thursday through Sunday. The game room is a joke. Most of the machines are out of order. Two machines took our money with no play. The gutter on our cabin had a tall weed growing in it and it was so full of debris that when it rained the water rolled back on the porch.

The cabin was great! Fully stocked and comfortable. The only drawback was the strong smell of sulphuric in the water.

Was are second time going there. I was looking forward to using the jetted tub but when it was full it looked like chocolate milk. I was very disappointed because I paid extra money for that cabin .

The people were very friendly. Our cabin was spotless! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was a way to grill. We had to bring our own.

This was our first stay. We rented a cabin (the red barn) and it was BEAUTIFUL. The grounds were well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful. And all of the staff were super nice and helpful. I'm not sure who the first gentleman that checked us in was but he was super nice and the guy who checked us out, Josh, was incredibly helpful, personable, super nice and funny. Will return!

The family Enjoyed the weekend camping at the pymatuning koa we .had a wonderful time enjoyed all the activities , pool The cabins was very clean with fresh crisp linens kitchen stocked with everything you need for the weekend very clean bathhouse and all staff was very friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay but a little put off because our cabin was right beside a sewage pond and the mosquitos and smell were terrible. Also, the water in the cabin smelled so bad of rotten eggs it was very disgusting. The beds were so small and uncomfortable. I figured with it being a corp, it would be a little better. Staff was very friendly. I wish the cabins were closer to common areas.

The staff was friendly, the place was squeaky clean . I am planning to go back there with the kids soon . Mattie The Lifeguard was very kind , my Granddaughter didn’t have a floatation device for pool and she let her borrow 1 and encourage her in the pool .

We stayed in a deluxe cabin & it was very nice/clean. Disappointed in the ‘heated’ pool that was definitely not heated & also in the playground & volleyball court that are dated & not in great shape. All the staff we encountered were helpful & polite & if based solely on them we would stay again.

When we entered our cabin, it was unusually hot. I figured out that the oven was left on broil, and that is why the temperature was so hot! Our porch light was burned out, but didn't realize until after the store was closed. We were disappointed to find out that hot food is no longer offered. We do enjoy the cabins in the back of the campground. This was 2nd year in a row we stayed here.

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin. It snowed, so we were very glad the heater in here was very efficient. Nice, clean, sufficient furniture and amenities. We stayed here over the summer and came back in the fall.

Awesome place. Clean cabin and fresh crisp sheets on bed. Nice place and of course Fall weather is a plus and great for camping. This place has come a long way from years ago. I will be back!

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
