The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the rest of the campground is in need of some SERIOUS attention.The pool was drained the trash dumpsters were all over flowing with the exception of the two by the main office.The basketball hoop is about 6 1/2 feet up and unable to move up and the basketball was flat. Unless you get a patio the sites are in the grass not putting a 18k camper on the grass

We realize that the new store manager did not have time and possibly proper training for a holiday weekend. Store was not stocked. Pool was closed and notification not sent out to those with reservations. With the rain, no laundromat available to use. Your grounds need some work. Grassy areas are nice but not when they are full of rain water and then mud. Big plus - your cabins are very nice!

Sites are long and spacious but need some work. More stone needs to be added to avoid the mud when it rains. Site was extremely muddy and filled with puddles when raining. Campground has an odd layout where it is not easy to drive through the campground.

We camp with a large group and pay the lock in fee. Sites were still double booked. Pool was not working. This has not been the first time. It appears no maintenance is done. Trees need trimming, faucets are leaking. No activities. Our group of nine are exploring different opportunities for next year.

Overall disappointed for a holiday weekend. Dumpsters where overflowing, understaffed to the point seasonal people where helping and possibly doing the majority of the work. The staff was nice and helpful that was there I more felt bad for the work hours and conditions they where under. Staff was also using personal vehicles due to no availability of golf carts for them to use.

Camp ground was way different this year, have been coming here memorial and labor day weekend for years! Paid a lock in fee and was moved to different site when we arrived! Paid a year in advance! Used to seeing camp ground employees through out, didn't see anyone but at office! Hoping when we arrived for labor day my lock in fee site is what I paid for!! Hopefully they can do some improving!

We will most likely not return. The grass was unmowed and very high, pool was still closed, laundry room was out of order. We had several issues with a seasonal children who would curse, push, hit and bully the other kids at the playground. There are no planned activites for the kids anymore. There isn't enough to do to justify $70+ per night. The 2 employees we encountered we kind and helpful.

The guy helping at the campground that checked us in was great! I would give him 5 stars for his customer service skills. Extremely hard to get into site with single lane driveway and ditches for water on each side. This was basically all sites. Plug outlets VERY far from trailer bring extension. Couldn't access creek. Kids loved the gaga ball court! Not sure i will be going to any other KOAs.

Seems that this park was not ready for the season. We arrived on Thursday, was told where we had to park, needless to say, with all the rain, we got buried. On Friday they started to tell incoming campers about lots being soft. If I would have been allowed to position different, we could have avoided this. People had to call in tow trucks to get out. Park was of no assistance. Will not be back!!

Stayed a week before the Memorial Day weekend. It rained every day and night turning the campsites into muddy quagmires. Many had to be towed out. We had no problem pulling into our site, but anyone with a class A or large 5th Wheel had a terrible time backing into their site. All sites are back-ins. The utility hook-ups were very far from the RV. Recommend 50' minimum cords and hoses.

Horrible time. No upkeep on the grounds. Multiple complaints to management about a group of very disrespectful kids to others, nothing done. Spoke to the folks next to us who also said worst koa they have ever been to and they camp them frequently. Left early due to the riff raff. Absolutely horrendous experience.

You have done away with everything that made it worth the extra money to stay at your KOA, NO supervised activities for the kids, no garbage pick up at the sites, the pool had no water, the on-site restaurant was closed, didn't even show a movie for the kids. When we asked why the got rid of everything, they replied the other travel company they belong to said they had to, I'll look elsewhere

We were given a very squishy site. There were more dry spots. We want a site with gravel next time. Staff was friendly. Camp host helpful.

My only issue is that I wish the website had said that the bathroom/shower facilities were closed for renovation, as we had planned on using them. Other than that, everything was great. Best camp host I've ever encountered!

Although our stay was during the off season we found this campground beautiful and extremely well maintained. Staff was very friendly. It is located well off any major highway. Therefore extremely quiet. We had a very good nights sleep.

This seems to be a very nice campground! We only stayed one night as we were making our way back home. The staff welcomed us as though we were lifelong friends. The park is far enough away from main highways that there was no noise which was very enjoyable. The campground is huge so you can do plenty of walking or biking and there is a path to the river.

I really enjoy staying at Andover Ohio KOA, it is fun having seasonal events that you can participate in. It is peaceful and relaxing. It is a great place for couples and the whole family. The KOA staff are very polite and helpful. the staff are like having part of your family around camp to help out when needed. Your leashed family pets are welcomed at the campgrounds too.

Everyone was so friendly from the minute I got there. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the restrooms were very clean. They even had a work out room, I’ve never seen that at a campground! I enjoyed all the activities, especially the guitar, and even won the bake-off !! �

Very nice and attentive staff. Super friendly. Property was very well maintained. The park wifi was the best, most reliable campground internet we have ever had at a campground. We highly recommend Koa Andover!

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
