The showers often do not have hot water. I brought this up to the staff on 2 separate stays (out of several). I was told they are aware but are unable to fix it. Other than that, the area is clean and the RV lots have ample room.

Great group of folks there. Easy access, good internal roads, nice new electrical/water/sewer connection. Keep up the improvements. Well done to all for the work done so far. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again and have recommended to others already. Only thing is they need to have gravel areas for the camp sites. Little muddy and trailer sank a little.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Must say first, the campground is very clean and beautiful. I had checked in on line and paid my total for my stay. When I went in they said I still owed, and I said I am paid in full. After looking into it, they said " Oh Yeah". But my biggest disappointment was on Monday. The pool was closed. I was told they didn't have a life guard. I want a refund.

when we arrived at camp ground and before we unpacked the flies were the worst i have ever encountered and were like that the whole stay.Used shower and half way through it the water turned cold.The water run off was terrible it was mud hole.The fire ring was to close to camper and setting off my smoke alarm couldnt move fire ring it was made into concrete pad.The site was long but too narrow

Sites need graveled and leveled. We had heavy rain while we were there, sites turn into mud pits. No hot water in shower house at 8:30 am. Man mowing grass after heavy rain blowing the grass toward us as we sat outside. This was our second stay this summer. Probably won’t return to this Koa. We had water issues in the shower house first visit too. All workers were very friendly!

We had an amazing time! The sites are spacious, bathrooms extremely clean, staff was incredibly friendly, and food was delicious! I can’t wait to come back!

The stay was perfect! Check in was smooth and the guys that helped us back in were friendly and knew what they were doing. They even helped when we didn't have the proper adaptor. My doggo loved the dog park. The kids went the reptile show on saturday and really loved the hayride. I highly recommend staying there and just enjoying yourself.

Nice But Check out Time Needs To Be At 1Pm Not 9Am

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We totally understand, leaving is hard. Our check out time is 11 a.m. due to check in time being 1 p.m. for sites and 3 p.m. for cabins. This ensures we are able to reset for the next guest. We do offer a late check out if there is no arrival for the day.

We loved our stay @ this KOA. We met some very nice campers and had a great time with them. The staff was very helpful. I love how they take you to your sight and help you back in. Very beautiful campground, we will return again

Not enough shade for premium sites.

We definitely understand the shade situation. unfortunately we took a hard hit to our trees from a tornado, we have planted new tho, it will take time for them to be moved to the area.

Campground clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had a great site with a gravel pad for the trailer and concrete patio. Family friendly. I wish it was closer to home so we could stay here more often.

Wonderful stay. Only issue was most games in the arcade were broke and money was lost. Only one washing machine worked and toilets were out of order. With so many people there it was an issue at times. Overall, I will be back. It is as a great campground.

We love it there. We put out camper in storage and decided to come back every weekend in August. Everyone is super friendly and the area is beautiful! The dog park is pretty awesome too! ��

Biggest issue was the water and electric hook up was on the wrong side and had to move rig closer to hook up.

Pool wasn’t heated, very cold! and bottom of the pool cut my foot open due to huge craters in the concert, critter time was unorganized and under staffed. But check in was easy and fast, fire wood was a good price and the foods and ice cream inside the clubhouse was very good!

Home for a family reunion. First time staying at this site. Staff was helpful and friendly. Sites were beautiful. Would stay here again next year.

Campground is always clean. Personal are friendly. Sites are roomy. The pool and shower area's are clean. Our stay was great. Only negative I had were the bumpy and unpaved roads.

Nice campground, very friendly staff. A number of the grass sites have the water and electric hook up on the RIGHT side of the site. Make sure you have enough water hoses and electrical extensions. Our first time there the office lent us a 30amp extension. Overall, I like this place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the adult lounge on a hot and humid day. I camped in my Rv not the cabins so I did not rate the rooms. Camp site was very spacious. Pool was refreshing. The store is nice but the door closest to the parking needs repaired. You have to use the other door on the side. I will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The staff were extremely friendly. We really liked the spacious camp sites and the fun feel to the campground. The pool was perfect to cool down and had seating with umbrellas available.
