The campsites were large, and there were quite a few activities planned. Our only disappointment was, even though we had reserved our site 6 months ago and requested to be next to family, that didn't happen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful despite being visibly understaffed. Campground was nice and well kept. We camped during the Memorial Day washout, lots of people getting stuck, lots of mud. Overall nice campground.

Many sites are grass with no gravel. It rained all weekend and it was a muddy mess. Many trucks/campers got stuck and had to be pulled out. Also had to pay $75 for an extension cord because I couldn't get close enough to the power outlet to plug in.

the place was a swamp, campsite was nothing but muck. it cost me a fortune to have AAA flat bed come and winch our motor-home out of our campsite. was expecting a nice stay but it turned into a lot of time and money to get out of the spot we were assigned to as bad as the entire campground is they should have gravel sites. fire pit was a lake with a ring inside it, fire doesn't work well in wat

Bathrooms were clean, sites need gravel and fire pits, too much water from rain, very muddy, other campers got stuck pulling out. The staff needs more training, delayed checkin but manager got us taken care of.

Once again, this camp changed hands at beginning of season, no organization, lots not maintained. Only plus was a lot of cancelations and was able to get a better site. Only lots mowed were where the workers camp. The lady that called to confirm our arrival and the gentleman that took us to our site, were very pleasant and polite. Not sure if we will return.

Well if they say they are understaffed you would never know it! Once again the end over Pymatuning KOA Halloween spectacular did not disappoint! It was all of the fun festivities and kind employees there once again! The decorations everywhere got you in the Halloween mood all the excitement about the site competition. And again we won first place!

The new bike rental is great, but I am disappointed to see the decline in kid's activities over the past year. We made this our "go to" spot because of all the kids events like walks to the creek, tie dye, crafts, movies, candy bingo, etc. A lot of that has disappeared. The pool wasn't even open over July 4th, so we didn't book! If this continues, we may be looking for another "go to" campground.

The campground was very clean and quiet. The staff was attentive to our needs. The activities planned were a great bonus, my children and I had a great time.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean the showers work fine. They had planned activities. Had a nice relaxing week. Note: for anyone wondering we had to have a 50’ water hose to hook up the water and an extra electric line to plug in to the electric box. If planning to stay you might want to check on that.

Very unlevel ground,could open awning due to tree branches,dogs barking during quiet time. Lady in store was great at check out. Also free breakfast was a nice plus!

We've stayed at a several KOAs around the area and although they have all been great experiences none can top KOA Pymatuning. I have had the pleasure of staying here a few times now and hands down these are the kindest people you will ever meet. We love it here!!!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities. Terrible super uneven sites in a grass field filled with ruts to twist your ankles in. Electric and water hook ups a million miles away from sewer hook up. I don’t understand why they didn’t level sites with gravel or paved pads before installing sewer hook ups.

Some difficulty reaching office and getting callback in timeframe that message said I would. When did talk to someone they were very helpful and pleasant. Really liked the escort to site and extra eyes while backing in. Hookups were very far away if you parked on flattest part of site (in center). Might want to note that clearly on website.

After making reservations and expecting Woofstock and all the activities to enjoy, everything was canceled we were told at arrival. There was a total of six active campers. In some sort of women’s conference that Took place., Friday Saturday. This was a very uncomfortable situation for wife and me and other campers that we talked to a total of 2 this campground should be an embarrassment KOA

Been here many times. People friendly and the campground is very clean and relatively quiet. We had a low power issue on site 90 while using the 50 amp. It started tripping our surge protector on the 3rd day. Since there was no one on the 30 amp, we were switched to that which worked fine. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating. Will be back next season!

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
