Very enjoyable and great accommodations. The double bedroom cabins were very spacious with room for everyone.

The campground doesn’t really have anything in regards to activities for kids or even adults to do, the pool was closed half the time because they didn’t have life guards, the office NEVER answers your calls! They are not handicap accessible, so taking my handicap child to the pool we had to walk from the cabin, and that’s a lot for him! The cabin was ok, needs updating!

We really enjoyed our stay - part of a family reunion. However, the shower leaked and there was no light bulb in the bedroom lamp. I let park employees know about the shower but forgot to mention the lamp. Looking forward to camping there again next year.

Nice. Disappointed that pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we stayed there. Also, staff not able to answer my questions about the upcoming customer appreciation weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and stay again. Just a few things we noticed: AC filters needed cleaned, window sills and high cob webs/dust observed, recommend fire pit updates. Over all happy with our weekend there!

Andover / Pymatuning Lake KOA is a wonderful facility and a great place for a vacation. Everyone on the staff were very pleasant, cordial and helpful. We will return again next year for another family reunion. Thank you Andover / Pymatuning Lake KOA!

I don't have very much to say about this stay, the amount we paid for this stay is absolutely horrible due to their cabin we stayed in 4x now and just keeps getting worse. Carpenters ants eating the ceiling away, Jacuzzi needs replaced or put a nice seating area with a TV. Shower is way too small. Pumatuning state Park cabin we stayed in was brand new & $ 300.00 cheaper w/ brand new Jacuzzi.

It was fun. The cabins need banisters, especially for older people. If something was wrong with the cabin your worker showed up and fixed it right away.

We stayed in cabins. They were really clean and very nice. The staff was all beyond nice and helpful. Great store on site. And plenty of activities to do.

Quick weekend away combining Father’s Day and see daughter who is away all summer for a chemistry internship at Kent State. Great time and nice place. Took our dog for first trip and he did well

The camp grounds was wonder! People are friendly and welcoming. Cabin could have used a lil work but that made it more rustic lol. I will return soon. Great place to come alone or with friends and family. Thanks KOA!

The campground could use updates. The roads were not paved and the loose gravel a danger when biking. The sites are long and narrow…my husband had a new truck and where the fire rings were located it would have been smoked out. The washing machine was not working properly and the clubhouse arcade room was not open the hours it had listed. we purchased 2 sites but could use our KOA card on one

enjoyed the getaway. was relaxing. weather was great. I had to clean the bathroom sink and counter ... it was not cleaned well. regardless, we will continue our annual glamping trip

WOW! I am absolutely impressed. I have been coming a few years now and every year they are improving. I normally stay in a cabin afar. Cabin is clean as always and noticed this year tv size was bigger and now have ROKU set up, it's like I never left my house and can use my personal log in. Wi-Fi has obviously been updated as well, FULL signal. Great place and friendly. I be back again.

I come every year sept or oct months and I love it. This time we had a problem with our water. They moved us right away and accommodated our. Very nice people and family oriented. I love it all the time

Other than a noisy furnace in my cabin, my stay was excellent. The staff was very courteous and I enjoyed the accommodations.

Positive- the Halloween weekend was fun for the kids. Negative- the water in our cabin was unusable, it smelled like sewage in all three of our cabins. My whole cabin smelled faintly of the sewage. We had to use bottled water to even brush our teeth. The young staff members Chelsea and Ericka were very rude and aggressive to one of us. teens with a power trip

Lots of fun activities for the children,friendly staff, and clean facilities. The playground lights were not working so the children didn't get to play much after dark but they still enjoyed themselves.

The cabin E3 was full of flies when we arrived. The water was horrible and smelled like rotten eggs. The heater would not come on and the cabin was below 50 degrees. The porch was uneven and had a large gap to the door. I love staying at this campground in our RV, I would not recommend staying in the cabins.

Nice quiet atmosphere, cabins are spacious and maintained well. Would like social media page and website to be updated with event details. We really didn't mnow what to expect for the halloween weekend until we got there. Also the well water seemed to have high levels sulfar dioxide. Smell permeated the cabin. We bought water for us and abother cabin from local dollar store to cook and drink.

Everything was great. Only thing we had an issue with was the gentlemen on golf cart Sunday night stopping by while I was inside and making my wife very uncomfortable.. Other than that loved it.

The weekend stay was nice for the nephew's birthday, the cabin was okay but the deck and steps need attention, rotting boards at steps and no handrail for people with restrictions.

We went as a group (4 cabins, 2 camp sites.) all of the cabins were to be in the same area. One needed to be handicap. When we got there 2 cabins were in A 2 were in B. There was no handicap cabin in section A where they put the handicap person. We went to the office and was told they were all booked up. No one else came that weekend they were all empty. Our handicap friend had a terrible time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the adult lounge on a hot and humid day. I camped in my Rv not the cabins so I did not rate the rooms. Camp site was very spacious. Pool was refreshing. The store is nice but the door closest to the parking needs repaired. You have to use the other door on the side. I will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The staff were extremely friendly. We really liked the spacious camp sites and the fun feel to the campground. The pool was perfect to cool down and had seating with umbrellas available.
