I am a first year KOA Workamper and I absolutely love it. This KOA Holiday is wonderful and the employees are outstanding. I have learned so much from my fellows and our leadership. I fully recommend this KOA to both guests and other workampers. I am very grateful to have this be my first KOA experience and I look forward to many more.

We enjoyed our stay but a little put off because our cabin was right beside a sewage pond and the mosquitos and smell were terrible. Also, the water in the cabin smelled so bad of rotten eggs it was very disgusting. The beds were so small and uncomfortable. I figured with it being a corp, it would be a little better. Staff was very friendly. I wish the cabins were closer to common areas.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everyone, staff and guests, were very friendly and accomodating. Nearly all sites had some shade. The sites were level and either gravel or grass. We were at site #125 which was between two large shade trees and directly across from the laundry room, bath house, and pool. Our site was long enough for our 36' class A, with tow dolly and car, with plenty of room.

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. It was very hot and spent a lot of time in the pool which was nice. I liked the check in time because it gives you more of the day to set up and scope things out. We'll stay again.

We’ve stayed here several times and never had a problem but noticed that this time the pool was supposed to be open till eight pm and it closed early on some of the hottest days on record wasn’t happy about that

Pymatuming KOA is always a treat!! We always chose a site up in the back. They are spacious and we need that as we like to utilize all of our outdoor equipment. The pool was fantastic and, as usual, all the staff were great!! We love pymatuming KOA so much we brought 2 newcomers with us this time. They loved it too! See you in october!

I’ve visited there was a lot of empty sites. Just wondering why they put us in one that had no shade. Otherwise we enjoyed Which one was our stay

The workers were helpful and friendly. Only thing they need more help. The store closed at 5 o clock on the weekends. I remember when Erica was there, they were open later. Need to update the bathrooms

Everyone was very friendly and made the stay enjoyable. I really liked the fact that staff members came around and picked up our garbage. The only problem was that the WiFi went out sometime Sunday morning and still wasn’t on Monday morning when we left.

Attendant checking us in late Friday was very nice. The lifeguard was outstanding and went above and beyond her job for all of the guests!!

The workers are so wonderful. It was 80 the life guard came in her day off how special is that. That we were leaving the next day. I love the koa ��

The staff was friendly, the place was squeaky clean . I am planning to go back there with the kids soon . Mattie The Lifeguard was very kind , my Granddaughter didn’t have a floatation device for pool and she let her borrow 1 and encourage her in the pool .

We realized it was cool during our stay. The heater on pool was broken and not to be repaired until Thursday the 13th. Disappointed, we thought we would have access to a heated pool. Checkout is at 11:00 am. My wife was taking our dog for a walk before we left. I was checking out the lights on trailer. 11:06 am I received a call that check was at 11:00. They was polite and asked if any problems

We stayed in a deluxe cabin & it was very nice/clean. Disappointed in the ‘heated’ pool that was definitely not heated & also in the playground & volleyball court that are dated & not in great shape. All the staff we encountered were helpful & polite & if based solely on them we would stay again.

Clean and green. This is more of a destination KOA than a on the route KOA. It's off the beaten track. That makes it quiet. It facilities are a little worn and show they've had years of maintenance, but it all works. Some infrastructure investment might brighten up the place.

Pool not open on Memorial weekend was highly disappointing. The site had many divots in ground that need filled in. It was actually unsafe walking around on our site.

The activities crew does a great job for the kids. Memorial weekend was excellent, brought in a very good band. Kids love the arcade.

When we entered our cabin, it was unusually hot. I figured out that the oven was left on broil, and that is why the temperature was so hot! Our porch light was burned out, but didn't realize until after the store was closed. We were disappointed to find out that hot food is no longer offered. We do enjoy the cabins in the back of the campground. This was 2nd year in a row we stayed here.

I booked 3 days in advance but never notified the pool was down for repairs. It said we could have up to 8 adults. However, when my kids stopped by for a couple hours to see us, we had to pay extra. Didn't see anything about that either! Very narrow driveway to campsite for any long RVS.

It seems the campground has gone downhill since our group first started coming 3 years ago. The pool was not working, grass was not mowed, and the trees on some of the sites could be trimmed so branches are not hanging on the campers.

The staff was Super friendly! We loved the layout of the campground and the entertainment was Excellent! We did not like the narrow areas to back into for each site that were between some decently deep culverts. The site size was fantastic though. Also not thrilled about needing 50 feet of water and electrical line, luckily we had both.

VERY disappointed that the pool was not up and running. Then, when we asked about it, we were lied to when we were told that a mass e-mail was sent to everyone stating that it wouldn't be open. Our group checked their emails and no such e-mail. NO NEED TO LIE!!!! It would be nice to see them put some money back into the campground. It could use upgrades!!

We didn’t find out the pool wasn’t going to be open until we got to the park. There was no reimbursement for this which is a huge reason we come to that park. Also the drives around the park stayed muddy the whole time. You need to invest in something different so we can take walks wo a pool to use. Highly disappointed in the lack of good events for the kids without a pool. We will not be back

Kinda bs that the pull wasn’t open and was never a mention of it til we got there I get maintenance has to be done but the weather has been really nice and should of been done before the memorial weekend when it’s really busy

Staff was very nice. One man even helped me find a bolt to fix a chair. The band was awesome. Generally a nice campground all around. We stay here several times a year.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The pool was closed and we were not notified before we got there. Not happy at all about that. We were never offered anything but an apology for that. They could’ve compensated something. They also hit my card 3 times for the remaining balance of our stay. Thank goodness we had the funds on there for their computer glitch. Nice big spots.

Staff is good but campground is lacking. Stayed 2 days and lost electricity 3 times. Sites are all grass so leveling is difficult. Pool closed for maintenance on Memorial Day weekend but wasn’t posted prior to booking. KOA stays are pricey anyway.

90% of the koa is parking grass sites. Nicely taken care of and mowed. My camper sank down into the wet grass and I had a great difficulty getting leveled up. We stayed for five nights. Even after leveling it continued to sink and lean out of level during those five nights.

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
