Some difficulty reaching office and getting callback in timeframe that message said I would. When did talk to someone they were very helpful and pleasant. Really liked the escort to site and extra eyes while backing in. Hookups were very far away if you parked on flattest part of site (in center). Might want to note that clearly on website.

After making reservations and expecting Woofstock and all the activities to enjoy, everything was canceled we were told at arrival. There was a total of six active campers. In some sort of women’s conference that Took place., Friday Saturday. This was a very uncomfortable situation for wife and me and other campers that we talked to a total of 2 this campground should be an embarrassment KOA

Been here many times. People friendly and the campground is very clean and relatively quiet. We had a low power issue on site 90 while using the 50 amp. It started tripping our surge protector on the 3rd day. Since there was no one on the 30 amp, we were switched to that which worked fine. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating. Will be back next season!

A lawnmower was mowing our neighbors site ( while they were camping), trying to get close to the edge of their lot. The lawnmower hit our camper slide out with the roll bar of the mower and damaged it. Refered to the Travel Resorts of America Ohio regional manager (park owner) who, after several attempts on my part, will not call me back. They refuse to take responsibility.

Plus was the pool - minus was laundry service was out of service the 6-days we were there. Also didn’t like that they were mowing in active camping sites. The mower was trying to mow so close to our neighbor that the mower roll-bar hit their slide-out!!

Prepaying and reserving ice is nice in theory. However when your reservation is for Monday and Tuesday the store is closed.

Before our stay Hard time contacting the front desk Did not receive a return call for 2 days. The hours for the pool said 10:00 am pool didn’t open until 12:00 The office closed before the hours posted.

The patio itself was great. However, there was no shade around any of the sites. The pool was dirty and not cleaned very well. Check in was not completed properly. It was to be “luau weekend” but there were no planned activities or events for the theme. Overall, I would not return to this KOA property.

The cabins are very nicely spaced apart. They are very clean inside and out. I love there's where you can go to be alone and walk around. I also love that they have central air which is very a plus for me. The only bad thing is they don't tell you that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday so you can't call. And trying to get a hold of them is very very difficult.

The staff were super helpful, and nice to work with. Bathrooms and shower house was clean. The whole property was nicely kept up. Pool was great! We loved it there, will definitely return!

Our stay was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Our stay next year will be 5 days instead of 3. Our girls had a wonderful time and the cabin was more than accommodating. It provided everything we needed and there was a Walmart just 24 min away for anything we forgot. We are already looking forward to next year.

We love the staff- I didn’t get everyone’s name but they are all kind and helpful. Campground clean and well maintained. Pool area clean and great lifeguard safety for the kids. Bathrooms also nice and clean which is a big thing when camping. Thanks :)

Stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The campgrounds are pretty well maintained and our cabin was spotless and well stocked with all necessities. The pool was very nice and clean. Being mid week there were nothing going on which is what I expected. Josh was more that helpful from the time we arrived till departure. The store is closed on Mon and Tues and somewhat short hours. Closes @ 5pm. *****!

The patio site was very nice! The campground it's self needs some TLC. The kids loved the pool and ice cream at the store but other than that very little activities.

Our site was 125 & we liked it. It wasn’t a ‘pull through’ as it appears on the map, but it’s across the rd. from the pool and it had a spacious corner yard with a shade tree to help w/ the afternoon sun. The pool was clean, I did use it on 1 day for about 3 hrs. We also used the dog park, which is a great feature too.

We have camped at this koa several times in the past with good experiences. This time not so much. They are way understaffed and unable to keep up with everything. Several sites have deep ruts from Memorial Day weekend. The grass has grown over them making them impossible to see. Someone is going to get hurt and sue you if you leave it that way. Staff works hard but there’s not enough of them.

Great place to stay, the staff was great. We enjoyed watching the water wars. My dogs enjoyed the creek very much. The K9 camp is huge and this KOA is very dog friendly.

Booked the overpriced cabin because of the kids activities. I even called 2 weeks before was assured everything chocolate weekend and pool activities. Pool closed sunday. No activities at all. This is a deceptive practice. Your office manager needs customer service school. I should get money back.

We enjoyed our stay! Concrete pads was perfect! It was a hot weekend when we stayed they only thing I would have liked was a tree to help with some shade. The smell of marijuana was very strong back by the cabins, but this is out of your control. the staff couldnt have been nicer. Overall, it was very nice and we would stay here again.

We loved the RV site! Parked near a shade tree that shaded us all day. We did have to use the air conditioner, but that shade tree also kept us comfortable. Neighbors were nice, our walks were easy on the legs, and it was quiet. We have this KOA marked on our list of places to return.

We came to KOA last summer and my children had a blast. They usually have fun things for the kids but this time they had one event planned and it wasn’t that fun for my kids. Just wish they would have had more activities for the kids like they did in the past. Not sure if they have new owners or what but it wasn’t fun.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the adult lounge on a hot and humid day. I camped in my Rv not the cabins so I did not rate the rooms. Camp site was very spacious. Pool was refreshing. The store is nice but the door closest to the parking needs repaired. You have to use the other door on the side. I will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The staff were extremely friendly. We really liked the spacious camp sites and the fun feel to the campground. The pool was perfect to cool down and had seating with umbrellas available.
