,There was a lack of communication or your staff end when I got there I didn't have any linen and I paid for linen when I booked the cabin so I had to prepay for linen the Wi-Fi is terrible up there every time you ask the staff about the Wi-Fi they repeat the same thing we fix it on it when they could just tell the truth there is no good Wi-Fi up there so I was not able to watch TV.

The cabin I stayed in (A7) has a clean and we'll maintained interior but the exterior was beat. Rot was evident in the siding, the porch was slanted and had crooked posts... generally it was unappealing. Also the lack of defined roadways made identifying the cabins by number difficult. I would advise staying at new cabins only

The gentleman who guided us to the site and helped direct us in, was wonderful. He loaned us a longer power cord and hose and trimmed the tree branches so our camper wouldn’t get scratched. We met some really great people!

This campground was a very nice campground. The staff was exceptional with employees taking you directly to your site and helping direct you backing in. It’s a quiet family campground with nice spacing between sites. There were a lot of activities for families but we were just looking for peace and quiet. Great campground for either. I would recommend.

The campground was fantastic and I was so so so impressed at the programming and weekend activities even though we were not around for them. The pool and bathhouse as well as the laundry facilities were excellent. There was a slight smell of propane in our cabin and maintenance was sent right away to check it out. Everyone on staff was cheerful and helpful. Thank you all!!

Your electric and water are so far away from where you have to park the rv you could at least put gravel on the lots it is a mud hole when it rains your staff was great nice people

It rained all weekend (obviously not their fault) but what I blame them for is the lack of gravel pads on actual campsites, they need to spend a few bucks on their sites - sooo muddy I couldn’t let my dogs out , making for a long wet weekend with quite possibly the worst camp wi-fi ever. The staff was very friendly and super nice , again - rain was not their fault.

Bad drainage for water but it is what it is. Main problem:electric hookup. Asked for 30amp site, all I need. RV next door on my side of electric box using 30amp. Host told me my site is 50 when it shows 30 on camp map, he let me borrow adapter at least. New RV who needed 50amp came in later &went to office about electric. New host came unplugged me...I was there cooking, no warning or sorry.

The Cabin was perfect! The venue where we had our NCRR went well. Even with bad weather we were able to accomplish all we had our table of events. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for camping. Hope to see you again next year!

it was sooo wet that all but the few pull through site had campers sinking in mud!! Now yes, they got rain, but the true reason for the mud was poor design that has not been fixed since the 1970's(?). The roads are too narrow, the sites do not have any or not enough gravel, some have none. Improvements have been reviewed but are too costly - too bad. This place should have seasonal, +12 sites.

Staff was friendly, we were very disappointed on the pool hours and that they would not reopen the pool on Sunday after an all day rain. Some of the sites need to be gravel and they are a little uneven but the campground appears to be making improvements. Other than that, great little park! The kids loved it! Very nice Camp store and loved the hot food you can order. It tasted very good!

We are sorry to hear our pool didn't meet your needs. Our county requires certified lifeguards. Any lighting, high winds or storms we are required clear the pool. Public pools usually follow: If you can see it,flee it; if you can hear it, clear it We definitely understand how this can be a downer.

Our family reunion was held at Andover/Pymatuning. Office staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a great weekend and the facilities, campsites, and cabins were very nice.

Our group had a wonderful time at the KOA. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! We were thrilled we could bring our pup along too. We will absolutely be returning.

Nice stay, we had bad weather so we're unable to enjoy the amenities unfortunately. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin, plenty of space but could do with an update. Playground could also use a refresh, was a bit run down as well. Friendly staff, nice location with access to a small creek, no lake access unless you do down to the state park down the road.

Very clean campground. Large lots with nice picnic table and fire ring. The only problem i had was I asked to be upgraded to a patio site because it was supposed to rain the whole time we were there. I was told none were available. Sites were available the whole visit (we looked at all 4 while we were there.)

The customer service was bad everytime we called we never got anyone, the pool was constantly closed, I think the 1st 2 days we were there we got to use it, otherwise it was closed they said cause they heard thunder but no one else on the campground did. The game rooms machines were broken. No recreation activities for kids/teenagers. Cabin soooo outdated and bugs galore.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This is troubling to hear, we have a greeting station, store and overnight hosts. We offer an after-hours number that is monitored at all times. Friday to Saturday every weekend we have an activity every hour. If this is not the service you encountered, we would like to discuss this with you.

The only problem we had was with the pool. The pool was rather small..no need for TWO lifeguards, especially when the sign said "Swim at your own risk." Storms had come through during the day; evening was sunny/clear. The lifeguards had been sent home! No one was permitted in..despite the sign! We wanted to swim!

I just wish they would of told us they would be changing. The gate key on Monday we had to walk around after 9 pm to find someone to let us in when campers stay longer they should put a slash and list both codes so we can get in if you are out all day

Nice park but a little older. Water and electric hook ups were in one area shared by four sites. I had to move my travel trailer over to reach them and was off the level part of the site making stepping into camper difficult. Other than that is was great, very quiet and maintained.

Large grassy sites, beautiful clean pool, large well kept grassy dog park, nice store, great ice cream. Super friendly staff, garbage pick up. And so many activities we couldn’t even do half. Wonderful fun time by our family. Live band too! We loved it!

We had a great stay. Definitely one of the friendliest campgrounds we've been to. The only downside is the wifi leaves something to be desired. It has nothing to do with the KOA but be forewarned that the cell service is spotty in the entire Pymatuning area.

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
