1: The drain basins are cumbersome. 2: All three hookups were stretched. 3: The sewer was over a foot higher than the outlet on my trailer. I had to take my wastewaters home with me. 4: The store prices are ridiculous. $8 for four k-cup pods. 5: My manual transmission idles at 7... The cart police reprimanded me for speeding. I won't be back.

Site was muddy for the whole weekend. Had to put cardboard under our rv mat to help avoid mud. No picnic table at our site. Had to ask twice to get one. Cook our meals outside and couldn't cook dinner or breakfast without a picnic table for our Blackstone. Water hookup was so far from our rv hookup we had to borrow a hose to reach. No Bingo. Camp was clean. Staff was friendly.

Friendly staff. Nice Pool. Lots of family friendly activities. WiFi needs enhanced (very poor access). Fire ring too small. If we are ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were in a patio site (131) so it was level and all gravel with all new hookups right next to the site. A lot (most?) of the other sites were just grass and looked a little rough with hookups quite far away. I would recommend your KOA but would suggest a patio site.

We appreciated the host helping back in the site and the sites are very large. Everyone was super friendly. They hadn't mowed a lot of the campground. Wish they had sugar free or no sugar added ice cream in the store. Full hookup at every site is a plus but it;s a bit pricey compared to state parks. The showers were clean but the cleaning lady was there an hour before the posted cleaning time

The staff were all so friendly! My kids loved the activities and the staff as well. The Country Rooster was delicious. We will definitely be back!

everybody was super helpful. had us move to another site cause the one we had was too waterlog. even the mix up at the office was handled professionally and very apologetic. will be back.

WOW! I am absolutely impressed. I have been coming a few years now and every year they are improving. I normally stay in a cabin afar. Cabin is clean as always and noticed this year tv size was bigger and now have ROKU set up, it's like I never left my house and can use my personal log in. Wi-Fi has obviously been updated as well, FULL signal. Great place and friendly. I be back again.

I am a seasonal camper, but I am completing the survey for the cabins; Our friends did not have hot water in their cabin and my daughter's cabin had a severe ant infestation. The structures are beautiful, but they need some TLC. I love our seasonal site, but I do with the office could get a wee bit involved when there is a safety issue with neighboring sites. One lifeguard has a people problem.

I come every year sept or oct months and I love it. This time we had a problem with our water. They moved us right away and accommodated our. Very nice people and family oriented. I love it all the time

Other than a noisy furnace in my cabin, my stay was excellent. The staff was very courteous and I enjoyed the accommodations.

We had so much fun on the Halloween 2 weekend. My husband and I had just as much fun as our grandkids did! The haunted hayride was the hilite. Your staff was fantastic on that!! We’ve stayed here on a non holiday and it was so peaceful and quiet. A very much needed rest for us. Everything is so clean and well managed. Love it!! We will keep coming back for sure.

Positive- the Halloween weekend was fun for the kids. Negative- the water in our cabin was unusable, it smelled like sewage in all three of our cabins. My whole cabin smelled faintly of the sewage. We had to use bottled water to even brush our teeth. The young staff members Chelsea and Ericka were very rude and aggressive to one of us. teens with a power trip

Lots of fun activities for the children,friendly staff, and clean facilities. The playground lights were not working so the children didn't get to play much after dark but they still enjoyed themselves.

Had 3 sites, Grandparents, Adult Kids, and Grandkids, the whole family, had a great time. We always enjoy our stays at Andover KOA, ALL the staff are so friendly, happy and helpful, you just don't find that anywhere else. The campground is clean and well kept with plenty of friendly staff and lots of activities for both adults and kids. Just wish they had more permanent sites, I would deffi

The cabin E3 was full of flies when we arrived. The water was horrible and smelled like rotten eggs. The heater would not come on and the cabin was below 50 degrees. The porch was uneven and had a large gap to the door. I love staying at this campground in our RV, I would not recommend staying in the cabins.

Second time staying here. KOA staff was excellent. The staff personnel that guided me (and all others) to their sites was most helpful showing exactly how easiest to back into the site. Since we had 3 grandchildren with us, which we usually don't travel with, the Halloween games, decorations in the campground, the pumpkin patch were all pleasant surprises which the children loved.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The sites were reasonable size, not squished like some places. We are glad to see that efforts are being made to improve a campground with much history.

The sites were roomy but luckily we had friends who had a extra water hose as ours was to short never had that problem before! We thought there was water accessible but was to rainy anyway! WiFi was very very slow so no entertainment for rainy day!

Nice campground with large spaces and the KOA team was extremely nice and welcoming. I rated this a 4 instead of 5 for two reasons. The camp store needs to have a few camping essential foods (oil, pancake mix, coffee and creamer, maybe a cooler with milk, and breakfast meats). The other reason is not the campground but more the area. There are not many external activities close to the site.

Nice quiet atmosphere, cabins are spacious and maintained well. Would like social media page and website to be updated with event details. We really didn't mnow what to expect for the halloween weekend until we got there. Also the well water seemed to have high levels sulfar dioxide. Smell permeated the cabin. We bought water for us and abother cabin from local dollar store to cook and drink.

BEST TIME! What a fabulous campground! Brittany and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Friendly and very helpful! We brought our kids and grandkids here for a last minute weekend trip and we really had the best time. We had a cabin, tent site and an RV site and they were all excellent. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable. We'll be back 😀

The staff is on top of things here. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The sites are large and have fire rings and picnic tables. It has been raing heavy and often the last few days. So many campers had to get tow trucks to get out of their spots. Not all spots have gravel drives. All in all I like it here and will be back. It's quiet here and guest are very friendly

Had a great experience here overall! lt's very spacious and pretty. Everything is clean, and it has a homey vibe. New management just took over very recently and are doing a great job getting the place going again. The campground itself has a lot of fun stuff, and they have a lot of great plans for the summer and moving forward. Definitely recommend!
