staff,wifi&cable good. site half muddy,second time hear fore 1 night,# 21 on 10\24 sat.all the sites 1to 27 need a bucket truck,chipper to cut the dead limbs at the top of the tall trees.luckly it was a calm wind weekend

The place is well kept, the bathroom is pristine. The gentleman who runs it is fried and helpful. The woman is rude and abrasive.

Dead trees right over campsite , very unsafe ! All the campsites are in a hole so when it rains your camper is surrounded by water . Clean stone would be nice in the campsites instead of dirty modified stone that turns to mush when it rains . My kids loved it there and I would definitely come back if the campground is better maintained. For a KOA it was not up to Standards. The staff was nice tho!

Sites are tight , no dump on site , friendly staff . I could do with out The barking dogs . Some campers don't respect the 10:00 7:00 quite time .

Many thanks to the owners of Allentown KOA for having a clean & well maintained campground. Most RV sites looked leveled, spacious between sites, gravel covered, and some not due to use. There are 4 working washers/dryers. My clothes were a bit damp when removed from washer but did dry for an extra quarter (15 min). Bathrooms are clean & well maintained. Quiet and beautiful location.

New bathrooms were the best I have ever seen in a campground with the huge rain head shower. Scott on the staff went out of his way beyond the call of duty to help me change a flat tire on our trailer!

Perfect spot to stay in the area for a few days. Site 31 was a nice site right next to the creek. Some reviews mentioned the showers were cold. I thought that was going to be the case when I started the shower and it was indeed cold, but after the water runs for a couple minutes it gets VERY hot so don't let that be a concern.

Campground is pleasant but needs upgrading. Have not seen any improvements in 25 years since I’ve been going. Also suggest campground not allow large aggressive dogs since we were harassed by one when going to bathroom. Dog was also allowed to run around the campground with no leash in mornings.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

In the last 13 years, all of the cabins have been painted at least twice, a new deck has been put on the pool, all of the deluxe cabins have been renovated significantly, the store has been completely renovated and modernized, all of the washers and dryers have been replaced, and the list goes on.

2026.09: Off the beaten path, quiet, well maintained, and friendly/helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Allentown KOA. Lots of room to walk your furry friends or just go for a walk/run since this location is tucked back a beautiful wooded lane. Laundry facilities were clean and took quarters!!! We'd definitely stay here again!

We reserved a site, based on being close to the bathroom. When I went to use it, the bathroom doors were locked. Staff was called. Staff stated it was closed but there was no sign on the door.. We had to transfer to another lot further away. There was not 100% gravel on the campsite pad; rain made it worse, very muddy. Shower was extremely small, old, like something from the 70s.

This is a very clean campground. From the moment we pulled in, the hosts were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy and we were also escorted to our site.

We stayed in our class A in site 61, my son and his family stayed next to us. We had a nice visit. The site was spacious, clean, well maintained every day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was nice

We stayed in Allentown because Jonestown/Hershey had no open inns due to an RV show I the area, Allentown is a very nice KOA however I was very disappointed with the water pressure. There was none when I went to take my shower. Just a dribble. When I went to do my dishes same thing. Just a dribble. That is unacceptable. It was also difficult to almost impossible to use the cable on TV.

Nice campground, although spots are very small and offer little privacy as they face each other on a tiny spot. Staff is very friendly and campground is very quiet and clean. Have stayed many times and will again in the future. Side point, Free WiFi is very slow during the day. But not a big deal.

Felt very cramped I can almost see inside the cabin that I was next to. And it was very close to all the other trailers the roads are very narrow

The staff was welcoming and cheerful! If I could rate it on just them, it would be a higher rating. Sadly, we thought the sites were way too close for comfort. There was a few pieces of small trash left on our site. and sites faced others.While the restroom was clean, it felt like a dungeon. It definitely needs upgrading and a better location. We had to go down steps since it was under the office.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are in the process of rebuilding our other bathroom, which has more spacious showers. The bathroom will be completed in a few weeks.

Laundry facilities were clean and took quarters (a couple KOA's we've been to have their machines hooked up to an app you have to download to use and add money to...ughhhh). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family run camp site. However many spots are very close and face each other. Very little privacy. Also the Free Wi Fi can be very spotty at times. Overall a nice place. Have stayed several times and will again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a tent site that was well kept with level ground and a dedicated tent pad. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Would definately visit again.
