Not enough restrooms for number of sites. Extremely unsafe walkway from campsites to main restroom. Very unsafe doorway into laundry area and restroom resulted in fall. Broke my tailbone in fall. Owner of camp said, "No one has complained before." No hurry to finish repairs and improvements. No concern to address a serious infestation of hornets. I have pictures of safety issues.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We were audited by our insurance company a few years ago, and all potential safety issues were addressed at that time. Also, whenever there are issues with bees, we always address them right away, as we did in the case to which you are referring.

We have been staying here for 5 years and we love it! Great prices, great staff, love the pool, arcade, mini golf, and the camp store. It’s peaceful and a great location. See you next year!

Staff member, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the bathroom near our site had a working shower. That bathroom was large and clean.

We are in the process of renovating that building. When we're done, there will be three showers in the building.

Went there with a 44’ motorhome. The park was nice. Trump put the hook ups at the site I was on was in adequate with no sewer dump. They say I was on had 3 inches of water on the front portion of the site. My Motorhome started shifting and sinking two hours into our visit. We had to call the main office and move to a different site. The campground was extremely tight to maneuver a big Motorhome

Although we didn't notice any sinking on your site, we did add gravel to the site in response to your concerns.

It was very peaceful and quiet. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The dump station area is on about a 30 degree grade. Very disappointing, could not empty much of our tanks. If your dump valves are heading toward the front of your RV, you will be fine.

Other than dealing with the indy 5 hundred you should but in speed bumps HATED DEALING WITH THE SPEEDING CARS.

Had a nice stay at this KOA. All the staff was accommodating & friendly. Would stay again if passing through. If you enjoy golf make sure you play The Club at Twin Lakes it’s right up the road. The Turkey Grill right on the property is absolutely delicious. I would go there eat & hangout even if I didn’t play golf.

Nice folks and nice wooded campground along a creek out in the country. The low rating I gave is only because of the fact that some campsites are grouped in twos. Our door opened up to someone else’s door with a relatively small space between the two. The large family arrived and started setting up all of their stuff directly outside our door, including our picnic table 6 feet from our door.

The campground is very well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. There is one issue that needs to be addressed. The water supply for the dump station has almost no pressure. We were unable to do a good job flushing our tanks. Other than that, it is a great campground.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There are two valves that control the water supply at the dump station. One is on the pole and the other is at the end of the hose. Both need to be open in order for the water to flow properly.

It was my first solo trip and it did not go well. Started with a water leak (hot water furnace pipe burst). people could not have been nicer, the gentleman that showed be to my site also had another gentleman come over and look at it (he works on RV's for a living). He diagnosed it, recommended a fix for the weekend. didn't start out well but had a great time!

Only planned to stay one night but because of mechanical issues I needed to extend my stay. The staff was very accommodating. They gave me so much help and relieved some of my stress. Outstanding staff!!!!! The park is nice and well kept.

Clean campground. Average spots. Reeks of sewage. Wood is 10$ a crate but they only give you half a crate of wet wood. Several staff members were very rude/unfriendly. The amount of business i brought in this weekend (3 deluxe cabins and 5 pull through spots) and they still wouldnt allow us to use the rec center even though I emailed months prior asking to rent it. Would never recommend.

I'm sorry you did not have a pleasant stay. If you are ever dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, you can always talk to any one of us, and we will go out of our way to correct the situation. Unfortunately, we never rent out the Rec. Center. However, outdoor setups are possible.

Very nice clean level sites. Restooms and showers are dated but clean. Entire site is gorgeous with river running through the middle.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open for swimming. We feel like that should have been mentioned to us when we toured the campground before making reservations. We still would have made the reservations; however, I wouldn’t have packed our swimming gear.

It was a perfect base camp to explore the area , which included Jim Thorpe. Campground was well kept and staff was friendly and helpful. Camped in a 35 ft motorhome.

Tight camp sites. Was in a site next to a host with a very loud dog that barked at anytime someone walked past. Lots of dog poop in the host's site. Playground, camp store, and bathrooms were very nice. Bathrooms and showers we're nice and clean.

What a nice little campground! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you'll find the store well-stocked. The pool is clean. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access.
