I dont like the way the pull thrus are setup, you face the person next to you. When we sat outside we were 20 feet from their door. And the picnic tables are only separated by a few bushes. I would be better to have them all one way.

A dead branch fell from a tree and put a hole in our power awning on the third of July. Employees came and took the dead branch away, 12 feet long and thick as your wrist. No offer to pay for repairs. On the fourth a branch feel on my son’s car. In April at the same campground, a very large branch came down on a trailer and did thousands of dollars of damage. The owner is negligent.

I'm sorry that these accidents have occurred, but we have hired a person who's full-time job is trimming and cutting down trees. So far, we have cut down 20 trees this year. Accidents will happen despite our efforts.

Loved trying the cabin especially with the rain we ended up having. Site was nice set up with table and fire ring with attached grate. Loved the offer of activities. One improvement would be to fix the water spicket near our site. It did not work to be able to bring water back to boil to wash dishes at site. Wash basin water near the bathrooms never got really hot and didn't last long.

The spigot near your cabin works fine. If you have a problem like this, just ask someone for help.

There is only one bathroom in the middle of the campground. You have to goball.the way to the store for additional restrooms. There were only 2 shower stalls in the women's room that worked. Some of the people who worked there were great, but there were times when they were somewhat rude.

Not enough restrooms for number of sites. Extremely unsafe walkway from campsites to main restroom. Very unsafe doorway into laundry area and restroom resulted in fall. Broke my tailbone in fall. Owner of camp said, "No one has complained before." No hurry to finish repairs and improvements. No concern to address a serious infestation of hornets. I have pictures of safety issues.

We were audited by our insurance company a few years ago, and all potential safety issues were addressed at that time. Also, whenever there are issues with bees, we always address them right away, as we did in the case to which you are referring.

We have been staying here for 5 years and we love it! Great prices, great staff, love the pool, arcade, mini golf, and the camp store. It’s peaceful and a great location. See you next year!

Staff member, Scott, was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the bathroom near our site had a working shower. That bathroom was large and clean.

We are in the process of renovating that building. When we're done, there will be three showers in the building.

Went there with a 44’ motorhome. The park was nice. Trump put the hook ups at the site I was on was in adequate with no sewer dump. They say I was on had 3 inches of water on the front portion of the site. My Motorhome started shifting and sinking two hours into our visit. We had to call the main office and move to a different site. The campground was extremely tight to maneuver a big Motorhome

Although we didn't notice any sinking on your site, we did add gravel to the site in response to your concerns.

It was very peaceful and quiet. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The dump station area is on about a 30 degree grade. Very disappointing, could not empty much of our tanks. If your dump valves are heading toward the front of your RV, you will be fine.

Had a nice stay at this KOA. All the staff was accommodating & friendly. Would stay again if passing through. If you enjoy golf make sure you play The Club at Twin Lakes it’s right up the road. The Turkey Grill right on the property is absolutely delicious. I would go there eat & hangout even if I didn’t play golf.

Nice folks and nice wooded campground along a creek out in the country. The low rating I gave is only because of the fact that some campsites are grouped in twos. Our door opened up to someone else’s door with a relatively small space between the two. The large family arrived and started setting up all of their stuff directly outside our door, including our picnic table 6 feet from our door.

It’s was the worst koa I ever stayed at. The bedroom door didn’t close. The bathroom door didn’t close. A total waste of money.

The campground was nice, all the people who worked there were very nice and helpful. The 2 complaints I have are: Our cabin was next to the septic and depending on the direction of the wind it was very smelly. That was gross, had to go inside At timesOur cabin also did not have much room for the picnic table and to have seats around the fire pit, we were almost on the road sitting around the fire

The campground is very well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. There is one issue that needs to be addressed. The water supply for the dump station has almost no pressure. We were unable to do a good job flushing our tanks. Other than that, it is a great campground.

There are two valves that control the water supply at the dump station. One is on the pole and the other is at the end of the hose. Both need to be open in order for the water to flow properly.

It was my first solo trip and it did not go well. Started with a water leak (hot water furnace pipe burst). people could not have been nicer, the gentleman that showed be to my site also had another gentleman come over and look at it (he works on RV's for a living). He diagnosed it, recommended a fix for the weekend. didn't start out well but had a great time!

This was the 2nd time I stayed over at KOA Allentown, in Cabin KT1. This time, the cabin had bedbugs and my partner was bit a significant amount of times. I saw one of them, a pretty big sized bed bug, killed it and presented the evidence to the front office.

Only planned to stay one night but because of mechanical issues I needed to extend my stay. The staff was very accommodating. They gave me so much help and relieved some of my stress. Outstanding staff!!!!! The park is nice and well kept.

Clean campground. Average spots. Reeks of sewage. Wood is 10$ a crate but they only give you half a crate of wet wood. Several staff members were very rude/unfriendly. The amount of business i brought in this weekend (3 deluxe cabins and 5 pull through spots) and they still wouldnt allow us to use the rec center even though I emailed months prior asking to rent it. Would never recommend.

I'm sorry you did not have a pleasant stay. If you are ever dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, you can always talk to any one of us, and we will go out of our way to correct the situation. Unfortunately, we never rent out the Rec. Center. However, outdoor setups are possible.

Site was a little smaller for the size of my tent but got it to work. Needed to adjust to quieter campground as my kids are ADHD and like to be loud and fight with one another. Other then that campground was very friendly and clean

Very nice clean level sites. Restooms and showers are dated but clean. Entire site is gorgeous with river running through the middle.

2026.09: Off the beaten path, quiet, well maintained, and friendly/helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Allentown KOA. Lots of room to walk your furry friends or just go for a walk/run since this location is tucked back a beautiful wooded lane. Laundry facilities were clean and took quarters (a couple KOA's we've been to have their machines hooked up to an app you have to download to use and add money to...ughhhh). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family run camp site. However many spots are very close and face each other. Very little privacy. Also the Free Wi Fi can be very spotty at times. Overall a nice place. Have stayed several times and will again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a tent site that was well kept with level ground and a dedicated tent pad. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Would definately visit again.
