Amenities and spot was good but there was no WIFI and no cell signal at alll for me to do work had to leave and stop at a rest stop and run generator to catch up

Well, this was our 2nd time since 10 years ago, and the experience was super!! the whole campground has been renovated since then, pools, bathrooms and cabins. This time I went with my RV and the staff was wonderful and the service was awesome. Highly recommended.

For us, the campground was a great local stay (approx. 1 hour away) for a quick weekend get away. Great biking trails within 15 minutes of campground and only about 1/2 hour from Lehighton part of the Poconos which was a plus for us. The staff was very friendly and the campground was well maintained. We will definitely book again if we have the opportunity.

The campground is simple and clean. It is far enough from the highway that it is peaceful. There was a problem with the main bathroom and showers the first day and a half, but suitable accommodations were made until the situation was rectified. The location is excellent. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. Trout nursery, Leaser Lake, Lehigh Zoo, close to Allentown and Bethlehem.

We only stopped for one night while traveling north from Florida to Massachusetts. However, we would definitely stop again and consider staying longer. The staff us very accommodating greeting us and assuring we were set up. The sites att clean and spacious with clean electricity and water. The dump station was conveniently located on our way out.

What a lovely location! And quiet: All of the other KOAs at which I have stayed on this trip have been next to the highway or train tracks. Just a burbling brook here. I just wish it wasn't a "dry" campground because I like a glass of wine with dinner.

This KOA certainly surprised us, nestled back into the woods, away from traffic, it was very quiet, and the little creek that ran through was very nice.

We arrived and set up on Friday then Saturday came and the owner came to our site and spoke with my wife about our dog barking. Later that day he returned and spoke to me again about our dog who was not barking but other dogs were and he got off his golf cart and stepped towards me until my daughter told him it was not the time or place to have a argument in front of my toddler grandchildren.

Beautiful little campground. Absolutely silent at night and totally dark except the moon and campfires. Showers have been clean every time we’ve stayed here. Plenty for kids to do; swimming pool, arcade, mini golf, playground, hiking areas. We will be back!

We love the New Tripoli KOA. An AWESOME little campground. The only complaints I ever have is the bed mattresses- I prefer a firm bed so it's hit or miss depending upon which Kottage we end up reserving. Otherwise, it's the best! ���������

This was a cute camp ground, check in was easy and they showed us to our site. I only stayed one night, but there was so much to do if we stayed longer. We will be sure to stay when coming through the area

We arrived late afternoon after nearly 300 mile trip looking forward to a nice shower and relaxation At check-in we were told that the toilets and showers were out of order. The owner said that he would open one of the cottages to be used for toilet and shower, that was one toilet and one shower for the entire campground. Instead of relaxing we were waiting in line for the one shower. Disappointin

A rude awakening when the septic tank truck was running early in the morning. Also, very disappointed that there was only 1 bath house. We hope that gets fixed. But kudos to Scott! He was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. We hope to visit again, but hope that things get fixed. I have been a fan of KOA, and I hope to stay that way.

The park was tucked away far from any cell service and site was very unlevel. Did not know when booking that the park was alcohol free.

We have always enjoyed our stay in Allentown. It is so peaceful and very quiet. Our dog also enjoys his walks around the campground. When he is outside the cabin taking a snooze, he doesn’t hear a new camper driving by. We look forward to to returning to Allentown and hopefully in the fall.

Motorhome 32 feet and towing a Jeep and fit in camp site fine. First time at this KOA and won’t be our last! Located in the woods with a little stream. There are lots of things for the kids to do. Dorney Park is just 15 minutes away.

Great park - clean and friendly staff. The supplies at the dog park at times were not there. Staff drove by and failed to refill the container until very late in the day The place is tucked in the country.

I come here every year sometimes 2xs a summer. I always bring ppl with me n tell ppl about this place. It's a beautiful happy and safe place to be with kids and pet friendly (even tho I dont have a dog lol) I will continue coming here for years to come.

we stayed for the 3rd year in a row. were there for about 16 nights and it was a great convenient location for us to visit friends and family in the Lehigh. valley We will stay again in 2027 when we come through PA again.

Bathrooms could have used attention. Also the wood sold from store was too wet and new to even burn.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you ever get wood that won't burn, just tell us and we will give you a replacement at no cost.

Roads into and in campground are tight. You need to be careful even just coming and going with or with out your trailer attached

2026.09: Off the beaten path, quiet, well maintained, and friendly/helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Allentown KOA. Lots of room to walk your furry friends or just go for a walk/run since this location is tucked back a beautiful wooded lane. Laundry facilities were clean and took quarters (a couple KOA's we've been to have their machines hooked up to an app you have to download to use and add money to...ughhhh). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice family run camp site. However many spots are very close and face each other. Very little privacy. Also the Free Wi Fi can be very spotty at times. Overall a nice place. Have stayed several times and will again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a tent site that was well kept with level ground and a dedicated tent pad. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Would definately visit again.
