Didn’t look inviting as you entered from the main road. Our picnic table was awful. Warped with paint peeling, did not use it. The rest of our stay was great!

We had a great time! There were so many activities to do, but the pool was probably the favorite of the kids. All of the staff was super friendly and the camp store was reasonably priced. A great family destination. I’m also happy to report the bathrooms were kept fairly clean. Just a little bummed we didn’t catch any fish! We will be back again!

This KOA is ok for families and Kids. Very busy, not quiet and very old Showers and Restrooms.

This was our 2nd stay and was 4th of July weekend. The camprground was busy but still quiet & relaxing. I was surprised there wasn't planned events though sadly someone did a karaoke concert one night. They had 3 singers, girl was good the others were HORRIBLE!! I wish they would've been told to stop but it was before quiet hours. We plan to come back, hope there is no singing, lol.

So fun! Large campsites!! Even on a holiday weekend, we never felt crowded!! Amazing staff and activities!! Totally recommend this place!!

We LOVED our first stay and we will DEFINITELY be back. The disappointing part was the wifi in this technology driven world we live in! I don’t mind roughing it, but better wifi would be a great upgrade! But we will see you soon!!!!

Great place for family fun! Friendly staff. Nice campsites, clean rest rooms, well-maintained pool. Our 7-yr-old granddaughter’s favorites were the hay wagon rides, the goats & the jump pad.

Great pool! Great landscaping! Bathhouse showers were partly modernized, and working well. In the camp store we found friendly staff, local MI wine, and a sluice bag from the most detailed mining display we’ve ever seen. The light-up tractor night parade, the incredible playscape and splash zone, and a super clean pool made this a family-friendly stay. Bonus, we saw blue birds and finches.

The high ground at the back of the site I was assigned made it impossible to level my rv where I could connect to the sewer. In fact, backing up on the hump would not have allowed my tanks to drain. Went to dump station instead.

Pool heater is broken and slow internet. Very friendly checkin person. Sites are nice but very dusty. The day we stayed was very hot and the unheated pool actually felt good. Met some very nice people while there. All the hookups worked great.

Staff was excellent. The camp spots are in serious need of repair. They are very soft and not level. Our camper actually sunk the leveling blocks. For the KOA price per night I would expect better. Also all the roads are stone and full of holes. Every time somebody drove bye a huge dust cloud covered our camper.

Great setting in the forest. Staff were more than nice and helpful. The only miff I had was that our sewer hookup was wonky on site 21. Worth a look at. Otherwise everything was great!!

We love your Campground!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! It is a very peaceful, relaxing stay here. There is a lot of things for the family to do here to. The Music Hay ride is fantastic. Mohawk is so sociable and kid oriented! He is the perfect Camp host along with his wife and family!! We will be back again! Our dogs loved it too!

Campground is very well cared for and has very attentive staff & management. Large sites, mostly shaded. Our site was dead-on level and had more than enough space for our 25-ft trailer and tow vehicle with room to spare.

So. Much. Fun! Our grand kiddos were able to get their fill of playground fun and having the pool and jump pad right there was also a huge bonus! The campground is well maintained, the bathrooms were very clean, the people were super friendly, I loved how the sites were all so long so the campfires were away from our camper. Mohawk was an amazing host and the tractor rides were the BOMB!!

It was a short weekend stay and it was perfect! Mohawk and all of the crew were helpful, friendly, & upbeat. We had carpenter bees nesting in our picnic table & they came quickly to replace it for us. Our site was clean, beautifully grassy, quiet, bathrooms were updated/clean, and the Glow Ride was so fun to see. Wish the pool was bigger. Our stay was so good we booked another the night we left!

No frills, but a nice place for a weekend or overnight. The sites have lots of trees and our area was nice and long, enough that we could have stayed hooked up and had more cars. Parking is slightly challenging as sites were perpendicular to road and surrounded by trees. A skilled backing in job for sure!

My Son and I came over for a race weekend and we , my family, have stayed at KOAs often. We had a very good time at the local raceways. Our camp site was very nice and the staff is GREAT, Friendly and always happy to help if we needed anything. Thank You Allendale KOA for the pleasant stay.

The owner has an awesome mohawk and gives tractor rides! Clean, friendly and welcoming. Lots to do on campus with a great pool, outdoor games and fun park. Our kids loved the tether ball courts.loved the local food as well (pizza, hot dogs, etc.) *wink*wink*

I wasn’t there much but it was very quiet and very clean. I loved the energy on Friday night seeing the hayride with music and very high energy.

Loved our stay here! The owner is so nice (you can tell he enjoys what he does). Our site was easy to get in & out. Clean bathroom & shower. Other things we enjoyed: walking trails, lots of trees, well kept landscaping, feeding goats, water wars, hay ride, neon ride (music is terrific), paint ball was a blast! This campground did not disappoint. Caution: the speed limit in 4.93 mph. Do not exceed.

We had a pop-up camper and stayed in the very back by the pond, lucked out and didn't have any neighbors so we had a big section to ourselves while still being close to the bath house. Loved how much there was for kids at this campground. Goats, playground at both the front and back of the property, and a giant bounce thing that my girls loved! Everything was very clean and well kept, we had a nice and easy stay (with 2 toddlers!) and the owner could not have been any nicer and helpful! Would recommend this place to anyone, even if you just need a cheap place to crash near Grand Haven.
