Loved the rustic feel of this KOA! The staff was sooo helpful and friendly daily! Restrooms were super clean. Great place for fun with kids and perfect location for day trips!

Had a great stay! Vary family friendly! Grandkids a time of their lives did not want to go home! Only draw back was the poor WiFi at the park!

The place was really clean there was a lot of space fun activities we did have a camper next to us that pulled in around midnight and started putting up a tent hammering and making all kinds of noise the kids were screaming until almost 4 in the morning this was Ridiculous something should’ve been done about these individuals and the second thing could’ve been better there could’ve been dogg

We were very impressed with the Deluxe cabin as well as all the amenities provided by the campground. We will definitely be planning another trip next year!

The people are friendly and the sites are great. The one thing that was disappointing is the Wi-Fi service. If you’re camping to disconnect, this is the place. But we like to watch football at this time of year and it was not possible. It was frustrating even trying to use our phones for information in the area. Otherwise, it’s a fun environment.. especially for kids.

A beautiful park and we loved our site “59”. Very nice concrete pad and patio. We were backed up to beautiful wooded area. I would have given 5 stars but horrible cell reception and could not get satellite. We stayed in a 43 foot Motorhome and the site accommodated our towed vehicle as well.

We expected the RV pads to be in better condition. We had an exterior carpet, but it did not help. We had no grass to speak of! With a pet and our going in and out it was a difficult experience in beautiful surroundings.

We really loved meeting "Mohawk". I love that he has his own brand. Really stands out. Over the weekend, the tractor rides were over the top! Not a typical tracker ride. This had fun music, lots of LED lights on the side, and many kids following on bikes like the pied piper. Lots of games and things for kids to do! So refreshing to see kids play and not on their cell phone.

We enjoyed our stay at the Allendale KOA, quiet, rustic. Many activities for children, the weekend hayrides were a blast! and fun to watch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was quite during our stay. The laundry room was dirty no paper towels to wipe up if you needed to clean up. Tops of dryers dirty. The two so called ponds were over grown with weeds and pond scum. A lot of areas had a lot of over grown weeds. Bath house out dated floors needs repainted or replaced. Seen young kids driving golf carts a few times.

Really enjoyed the Allendale KOA. Beautiful, shady long RV sites. One problem is there is no grass, in the fully shaded sites. After a rain, there was sand tracked everywhere. Time to dump gravel on all sites!

I think it was probably good for what it is. My kids had fun at the pool and on the hayride. It's not really our style of "camping," but it was nice to try out a different experience. I was glad there was a laundry mat and I could use an app on my phone to work the machines. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay and basically used it for a "landing ground" as we visited Grand Rapids and traveled the Michigan shore visiting family.

This KOA was very child oriented. They had multiple activities available for children that were amazing. There was the pool, bounce pad, water balloon launch zone, paintball course as well as a playground. It was very family focused!

I have camped there many times. The owners are very helpful. The bathrooms are well taken care of. My granddaughter’s enjoy the hayride’s and the other activities. I already have another weekend booked.

We thought it was expensive for a parking lot stay. Liked that it was a secure entry. Nice pool but too many kids to want to use it. Too many full timers making it an expensive parking lot.

Lost power entire day could do attractions. Pool shut down too. It rained so hard, puddles were everywhere and difficult to drive thru. Its an older establishment, restrooms were not always clean or kept up. Staff were nice, hayride was fun. No bounce pad, the jump run was a little of a let down since it wasn't full aired up. Had a tight squeeze to fit into spot.

We had a large corner lot. The owner and staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there and will be going back to camp there in the future.

We stayed with another family. And they did great making sure our sites were close to one another. So many fun activities for kids. And very nice staff!

Beautiful campground, well maintained and quiet. I do feel 5mph is way to slow and overly enforced. The tractor parade was going much faster. 10mph would be easier to drive and wouldn't require a golf cart escort to to monitor speeds.

Was my sons 1st camp bring 5 years old and u guys did not let us down. Loved it all from feeding the animals to the paintball shooting to the pool. Awesome environment and friendly people

Our site was very spacious. We were grateful for hot showers. There are so many things for even young kids to do so nobody gets bored! It did rain most of our stay and made it pretty miserable for us with 2 young kids, but nobody can control the weather. All of the staff we ran into were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return when we need to visit the Grand Haven and Grand Rapids areas!

The sites were deep which was good but very muddy. I know that can’t be helped with rain etc but some gravel or blacktop would be nice. The rig next to us had screaming parents/children and their compressor for AC (did not need AC) ran all night. So I doubt we come back.

The campground staff were very helpful and kind. Our site was clean, shady—just a lovely setting to feel at home. When we had trouble with our cable TV, they were right there to help—even staying past closing time. We would highly recommend a stay there.

Two comments. First of all the pool steps were slippery and my friend fell and hurt herself. Something needs to be done about the steps. Secondly it would be nice if you recycled. Other than that the cabin that we stayed in was wonderful and we had a great stay. Your staff was also very friendly and helpful

The bathrooms need to be modernized. The were very cramped. The laundry room needs more light. While our site wasn't affected, some of the sites had very serious water drainage issues. Hopefully, this will be addressed.

This was not what we expected out of a KOA. Gravel roads, several sites are seasonal/year-round trailers. Brown water! We used three filters on the water! We got spoken to because we weren’t wearing our mandatory wristbands while sitting at the picnic table at our campsite! Wifi was weak but, available. Full hookup was convenient. 5mph is strictly enforced. Several golf carts around.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay in July 2022. Our deluxe cabin was perfect for our family of 4, maybe our favorite layout in one of those yet. Everyone was friendly and there were many activities to keep us busy around camp on the days or afternoons we weren't going anywhere else. We had a large site and since we were there during the week, not many neighbors. We would def stay again if in the area!

Fun little campground. They have two playgrounds on both ends of the campground. We definitely loved the pool in June. The tractor load of firewood is definitely worth it if you're spending more than just the weekend.

We stayed at this campground twice this month. We stayed the night of 11/28 and the staff was so kind to have our site clear of snow. Thank you so much. Easy late arrival check in. We recommend and would stay again.
