We were there for a weekend in the off season. From what I saw, there's plenty for the kids to do. The existing lots are nice and grassy and I noticed some concrete pads that are being constructed. The staff are very friendly and they have a very well stocked camp store.

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was very cute! We enjoyed the cabin a lot and the staff was great. The campground itself appears to need some work. Goats were a nice touch.

The stay was good. 1 concern, being a 40 foot, 16000# fifth wheel, when backing in, we sank a couple of inches. If there had been significant rains, we may have did more damage or even got stuck. maybe the addition of gravel or crushed stone as a better base.

Everything was perfect! The cabin was clean and well stocked, the personnel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. All staff were very friendly and nice! I feel like some areas of the camp ground are very nice and other areas could use a little TLC like weeding and some paint touch up.

It was such a quiet, calm, clean campsite! All of the employees were very friendly! The restrooms and shower house were clean at all times.

Great stay. KOA Allendale keeps its facilities clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful as well!

It’s a great location for us, and we noticed some improvements from our last visit a couple of years ago. Maintenance is still needed to achieve the level of accommodations that we normally see in a KOA Holiday facikity.

Only stayed there one night was not there but just a few hours nice campsites with lots of shade back in the park but the entrance could use some TLC.

These guys go the extra mile to make sure kids are entertained. So many fun little activities for kids to do (The Glow Ride on Friday and Saturday nights is fantastic) and all the bathrooms are clean and well ventilated! Very quiet, but yet a great location being less then 30 mins to both Lake Michigan and Grand Rapids. We're looking to purchase an RV in Spring and will be back here next summer!

Enjoyed our stay, property is beautiful with large lots. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very friendly. bathrooms/laundry are VERY clean! The place is a little run down and could use a good clean up of piles of junk in several spots. The entrance could use some sprucing up because it’s not very inviting and there are many old trailers sitting outside. Pool area needs updating too.

The place is beautiful and has a lot to do (especially if you have kids). However, some people staying there were inconsiderate. Dogs constantly barking when one of the rules was "no barking" & neighbors yelling at 7AM. The bathroom was flooded at some point & should be cleaned more than once a day too. Liked the site, but would have loved it, if I was able to choose my own. Overall, decent stay.

The stay was awesome! The staff was great!! We will definitely be booking it again and tell our friends about it! Many activities, pool, hay rides!!

Our site was a big narrow but very long. It was a little unclear when first pulling up where to park while checking in. Overall everything was good but the place looked a little run down from the abandoned house at the front, junk trailers being stored along the drive in, poorly kept up volleyball area (so many weeds) and the empty building nearby. The pool looked like it lacked enough chairs.

It was nice having full hook-up, however the sites were quite narrow and some didn’t have room for awnings and slide-outs to both be out fully extended. We felt like we were right on top of our neighboring campers. Playground was nice and the tractor rides for kids was great as well.

this is what family camping is all about. First time at this spot and we will be back again, and again. The Mohawk is he best. went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed (forgot our bed pump!)

Great camp with large shaded sites. Manager/owner is hands on and really enjoys his job. Don’t ever change the look and feel of this campground. It is perfect!

Very Friendly and family oriented. Owners were polite and seemed to care about the campers and their stay. Grounds were clean and well kept. I will definitly be returning in the future!!

This KOA is fantastic! One of our top two, but definitely top when it comes to Hospitality and cleanliness! The owners and staff went well out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! The sites are huge with plenty of activities for everyone! Flower gardens are beautiful! This will be a destination every year!! Check it out!

Fun little campground. They have two playgrounds on both ends of the campground. We definitely loved the pool in June. The tractor load of firewood is definitely worth it if you're spending more than just the weekend.

We stayed at this campground twice this month. We stayed the night of 11/28 and the staff was so kind to have our site clear of snow. Thank you so much. Easy late arrival check in. We recommend and would stay again.
