We open our monthly winter sites in mid-October on a first come first served basis. If you have a desire to winter in the Albuquerque Area this is a perfect location. Monthly rates include electric, water, sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and trash. We have various activities each month and and all monthly residences are welcome to participate. In addition, we have two dog parks, a 24 hour laundry facility and a propane dispensing station.
