We just came in for one night on the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to change to a more attractive site with trees. They have pizza and other goodies and live up to KOA standards. I wish they had more grass, but I understand the climate.

Awesome campground! Lots of things to do. Staff very helpful and friendly. Laundry room was the cleanest I have seen. Level sites with plenty of room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Campground was close to the Sand Dunes which was our goal to see. Nice playground for my grandsons, decent bath house, options for patio sites, and breakfast options on the weekend. Campground was clean and staff rode around in a golf cart checking on everyone.

Great location for visiting the Dunes and venturing into Alamosa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and sites not too close together. Our only complaint was the weak Wifi. We would definately stay here again.

First time staying. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of activities going on, unfortunately we were not able to participate. We were busy touring. Would definitely go back.

Campground very well maintained. Staff was very friendly. They delivered firewood to our RV site. They even took orders for pizza by text or phone and delivered pizza to our website. Pizza was very good! I would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Had vehicle problem and they took us in at the last minute so I could get truck to dealer. Ended up staying extra days to see the area! Definitely will be back!

Very nice pool area and the staff brought our purchased pizza at the KOA cafe to the pool for us to enjoy! Very clean bathroom/shower area. Nice grounds.

We enjoyed visiting several sites in the area as well as taking in the general area of Alamosa. This was our first trip to the area and will be back again at some point. Everyone at the KOA Alamosa were great and the park met our needs.

Check in was so efficient !! A man (Don?) was standing in the drive with a clip board…he checked us in on his clipboard and lead us to our site following his golf cart. Wasn’t in the drive 3 mins before we started to our site!! AND he was super friendly and helpful.

What I nice campground. They run a tight ship. Quiet at night!!! Pancake breakfast was yummy. A nicely equipped little store as well. Location great. Staff and owner could not have been nicer. Only downside was our campfire was right along the road at our end site and we felt like the official greeters of on going campers!

Stayed two nights so we could go to the Great Sand Dunes NP which is about 30 minutes away. Campground, bathrooms, and laundry were clean. It was good for walking the dogs since gravel was on the park roads. There was also a a walking trail on property. A heated outdoor pool, basket ball area, & cart course were also on property although we did not use these.

It was incredible! Staying here is like the taj mahall of the valley. Lots of trees to offer shade and a nice pool to cool off in. It wasn’t my first stay here and it for sure won’t be my last. I brought a ton of friends and they all loved it too. The dog park is a plus. The camp is clean and tidy. I love it. Prices are perfect too. Don’t forget to get some pizza!

Excellent KOA for our group this last weekend! Very friendly staff,, clean , fun , organized campground! We were greeted immediately by Garth ,, escorted to our lovely spot, and he came by to check on us several times!! Jo was super nice also !!! We highly reccomend Alamosa Campground! lovely and proximity to Sand Dunes was an easy drive !! Thank you !

This place was clean, family frendly and nice camping sites. There were fun things to do within the KOA with your family. I also liked that they had a pancake breakfast on Sunday morning because I did not feel like making breakfast that morning. lol It was a great place to stay and will go again!

This was the best RV park we stayed at during our travels. From the moment we got there, we were escorted to our site. The place was clean and very welcoming. The only negative was that we stayed only 1 night. We also missed the stars due to clouds and a little rain.

This is one of my favorite spots. We were surrounded by mountains, close to the Sand Dunes and La Veta. The staff is friendly, the valley peaceful, and they serve pizza. They also have the best fudge I've ever eaten. The nights can be chilly - great for Smores and tall tales around the firepit. This is a great place to spend a few days.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone was extremely helpful and responded to my small questions really quickly. My niece and nephews all mentioned how friendly and helpful everyone was. I would highly recommend this campground.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
