On Hwy 160 and Juniper Lane: The Alamosa / Great Sand Dunes KOA Journey is 3.5 miles east of Alamosa at mile marker 237 on the north side of Hwy 160.

Hi! my name is Debora, I am one of the KOA owners and I am Gluten sensitive. I have found a way to enjoy pizza at our KOA, so I don't have to feel left out when my hubby Les and I want a Pizza Night! While we do not have a separate pizza oven for GF, our procedure seems to work. We purchase frozen GF cheese pizzas and load them up with GF toppings. We place the GF pizza on a clean sheet of foil to prepare it and send it through the same oven as the regular pizza. Our staff use clean gloves in preparing the pizza as well. If you think this will work for you, please let us know and we will fix one for you. Thanks!
