Great staff, very helpful, and fun location. Nice campsite, very clean laundry and restrooms. Hot coffee offered first thing, well stocked gift shop/store. Nice place to stay to enjoy Sand Dunes National Park!

Absolutely wonderful - from morning coffee, to breakfast pizza and pizza for dinner, the dog areas, great RV spots, clean facilities; and, the first rate, top notch team always there greeting you with a smile, a laugh and sharing stories. Always a pleasure to stay. ��

This was a good cg. They had what we needed and it was a quick 30 min drive to the Dunes. We were there a little between seasons, so some amenities were not available!

Clean, quiet, safe. Second time staying here. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were lovely and hot water. The dog area was clean, but I wish it was larger so my dog could get a good run. Poop bags were absent. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Improvements, and facility upgrades, and maintenance was evident. Overall, a lovely stay.

Our stay was nice and quiet with help available from our hosts, Dale and Jo, at every turn. Our camper heater was not working and they advised us of companies to call to help, as well as providing us with electric heaters to use during our stay. The restrooms were very warm and clean. Town was a short distance away, making trips there convenient. Would highly recommend!

We come here every year and the management team always go above and beyond to give best stay. Great views from campsite. Location is perfect for shopping or exploring. Management gives great suggestions to give you your best vacation experience. Will be back next year!

Dale and Jo were the best! They recommended things to do and places to visit. You can't beat her fudge! We went at the time of year when the store and pool were not open, but other than that what we did experience was great!

Jo and Dale were super responsive as wanted to rent sand sleds and answered questions about the area. Would definitely stay there again. Looking forward to the coffee shop being open.

Anyone familiar with Alamosa knows March is the off season for camping because of the cold. Off season or not the KOA was clean and well kept. All the hook ups worked perfectly. The KOA is centrally located and was the perfect location for a day trip to Monta Vista to photograph sandhill cranes, another day trip to visit the Great Sand Dunes, and finally an opportunity to see alligators.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
