They have the best food available! The pizzas, burritos and Sunday Pancakes were superb!! The absolutely the friendliest staff of any KOA we have stayed at. They were just so helpful!!

The staff was amazing! The text messages were a great way to communicate. The breakfasts were great. The sites need some maintenance it looked a bit shabby and the pool had a yellow/greenish tint so I would not let my kids go in.

We had a great time. Lots of activities to do. Food available for those days you don’t feel like cooking. And nice patio area to just relax and enjoy the scenery and outdoors.

Stay was pretty good. Camp was clean, staff was friendly. Only minor issue was we rented boards for the sand dunes but we got rained out and didn’t even get to try them out. I was hoping they would offer a refund or offer something else instead but they did not. Doughter 5th bday party camping weekend too.

We enjoyed our stay here - it is quiet, clean and comfortable. The campground is 4 miles out of town, so that makes it even quieter! The history of Alamosa is cool to learn from the museum, and the town itself is nice. The hosts were friendly and the camp was well kept, no problems with electricity, water or sewer. For those wanting to see Mesa Verde, it is not far away. We recommend it!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great amenities and easy in and out spots. I would suggest they check road closures/openings in Colorado driving app when helping customers. Many out of towners don’t know the road closures and what services to look at for length and weight limitations.

Staff so kind! Being there over July 4th weekend was so much fun. The staff surprised us with a pancake breakfast, a July 4th bicycle parade for the kids, an ice cream social, and a hotdog/chips/cold drink light meal along side a lively pool party complete with a DJ playing terrific music! Great Sand Dunes NP is beautiful and you can see distant mountains from this awesome KOA

Although there are " fancier" KOA's, we enjoyed our time here very much. The staff is awesome and have lots of activities going on for those who want to participate. They have breakfast available and GREAT pizza, all delivered to your site if desired. The pool was nice. The grounds are well maintained. A great place to stay!

We were greeted by Bruce and led to our beautiful patio site! The views were amazing! Easy access to the Great Sand Dunes NP, Zapata Falls and downtown Alamosa.

The Management was fantastic. We stayed at this camp ground 4 years ago, and they have done some much to improve the facilities. The owners and operations staff very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and organized. They had lots of activities for the kids. It was also nice to have food available for purchase, as this facility is a little remote, you would need to drive to get food.

Great Koa. The staff are friendly and helpful, they really want you to enjoy your stay. Lots of things to do on site and plenty of info for offsite activities. The cleaning crew goes above and behind to keep the bathrooms and such clean. Great laundry facilities, with fast washers and dryers. And the Hunts pizza and other foods you can order and get delivered to your site was a wonderful surprise.

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. Our site was unfortunately occupied by a late comer the night before, so a bit of waiting for our site, but was handled fine. Site, utilities were good. Didn’t use any facilities, no comment, trees could use a bit of trimming (big rig). Turning on the road at departure was tight due to mailboxes and width of the exit. We would go back if in area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had menus from which you could purchase breakfast and dinner. The only issue was an unpleasant odor that we felt may be coming from stagnant water in a pond. It would be nice if they could find a way to minimize the smell. Overall if was a nice KOA and we would recommend it.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
