We loved the amenities they offered! Sand sled rental, pizza, pedal cars, pool, etc. We felt like we didn’t even have to leave the site.

We were treated with a smile and some excellent costumer service. Les gave us ideas of other things to see in the area. Everything was clean and tidy. Jo also gave me some shredded cheese for my tacos that I forgot at home. Thanks so much.

This is our third time staying here. Very clean site. We love that there’s so much to do to entertain us. Love that we can rent sand boards for the sand dunes now. The bathroom across cabin 5 could use ventilation.

So pleasantly surprised at this Journey KOA. The owners were fantastic and extremely pleasant. The grounds were well maintained and the facilities were a 10. Nicest campground we saw in the area - and there were plenty. There was freshly made pizza at the campground that was delivered to your site. Definitely an award winning campground!!!

Stayed in camping spots in open field by pool. Lights from buildings are inconvenient but otherwise it was great. Pizza and other food options can be purchased and delivered to site. Weekends have special food options. pool closes at 7:30 on weekdays(not sure about weekends) Have to pay to use pedal cars. Coffee is free at this location. Great playground. Lovely hosts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The showerhead is too low. I had to squat to wash my hair (I'm 5'5 feet tall). Very dated appearance with visible signs of mildew and no good place to put soap / shampoo. I heard road noise throughout the night and my neighbors decided to create a smoke plume, which was disruptive. Wish fires were prohibited

We stayed with friends and booked the buddy site, which made it very easy to camp together. Bathroom/showers clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Alamosa KOA has a lot to offer families - the location and dirt bike track was a plus for our stay.

For day1 I booked the electrical tent site and got primitive site T8 (Beware of mosquitoes). 2nd day I booked an RV site+tent and they moved me to same T8. When asked I got RV site #9 with electricity (no 20 amp) and no table, no shade. I used common table for my food. My KOA experience was not 5 star. KOA Alamosa is overall good and staff is friendly. I might not stay here again. Thank you.

I’ll start with the great staff. Upon arrival, I had every accommodation made aware to me, which they have a lot to chose from to make our stay much more enjoyable. Super clean restrooms/showers. Cabins were very comfortable. The atmosphere that I got was like feeling at home. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

The people that run this campground are great. Always nice and very helpful with anything that is needed. I had some trouble with my camper and they worked with me and let me stay a few more days than was planned. The campground is clean and very well maintained. We will gladly stay here again.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was clean and comfortable and had a refrigerator and fan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The pizza was great. The mosquitoes were plentiful.

Great campground. The views of the mountains are better than the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay and also the laundry is second to none. The homemade fudge from the store is also very tasty .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds, bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept. They had a good sized gift shop which carried the little camping and personal items you forgot to pack or ran out of during your stay. We all had a good time.

Nice campground with a lot of activities to do for kids. It's has very nice store with souvenirs and cute jewelry. As well as sandboards rental and f pizza with with delivery to your site. Loved their breakfast pizza.

Really nice campground with a view, amazing pool, shaded sites. On check-in, staff told me they are at end of irrigation season so still a few mosquitoes. They DIDN’T tell me they spray for mosquitoes at night and we had to hurriedly shut windows against spraying and awful smell. Is there West Nile in area, as camp neighbor suggested???

The staff was amazing. It was very clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 out of 3 days we stayed there due to bacteria.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
